1Equilibrium and mechanism studies of gold(Ⅰ)extraction from alkaline aurocyanide solution by using fluorine-free ionic liquids显示文摘Solvent extraction based on ionic liquids is generally considered to be an environmentally benign and effective technology for gold(Ⅰ)recovery.The aim of this work is to study gold(Ⅰ)extraction from aurocyanide solution using fluorine-free ionic liquids[A336][SCN],[A336][MTBA]and[A336][Mal].Various factors that affect gold(Ⅰ)extraction(including concentration of ionic liquids,equilibrium pH,concentration of the modifier tributyl phosphate(TBP),reaction time and initial concentration of gold in an aqueous solution)were studied and optimized.The results indicate that the three Aliquat336-based ionic liquids all exhibit excellent behaviors for gold(Ⅰ)extraction.More than 99.8%of gold(Ⅰ)can be extracted from the aqueous phase into the ionic liquid phase.The gold-loaded ionic liquids were characterized using infrared spectroscopy and mass spectrometry to study the extraction mechanism of gold(Ⅰ).The results revealed that extraction of gold(Ⅰ)into the ionic liquid phase was based on an exchange reaction between the anion Au(CN)2-in aqueous solution and the anion SCN-in ionic liquid[A336][SCN].The logarithmic relationship between distribution coefficient and TBP concentration indicates that two TBP molecules are involved in the formation of the extracted complex.The extracted complex was determined to be A336^(+)·Au(CN)_(2)^(-)·2 TBP.In addition,the gold(Ⅰ)-loaded ionic liquids can be efficiently stripped using NH4 SCN,2-methylthiobenzoic acid and methyl maltol.The results establish that Aliquat 336-based ionic liquids have potential application prospects in gold(Ⅰ)recovery from cyanide solutions.Ya-Ting Wang Men Liu Nian Tang Sheng-Jian Li Yan Sun Shi-Xiong Wang Xiang-Jun Yang 2021Rare Metals2021,40,7:1
2Electrochemical adsorption and passivation on gold surface in alkaline thiourea solutions显示文摘An electrochemical method was used to examine Au surface absorption and passivation under the most commonly employed pH conditions in an alkaline Au leaching system.The polarization at different pH values was obtained through the current step curve.At pH 10,no absorption layer was formed.When the pH was increased to 11,an absorption layer was formed through the Au electrode reaction.At pH 12,the entire system could not be stabilized,even after long durations because of the thiourea oxidation and decomposition.The samples were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS),and atomic force microscopy(AFM).AFM observations of the Au plating surface and SEM-EDS analyses for the Au-coated graphite surface indicated that a passivation membrane was formed on the Au surface after its use in the alkaline thiourea Au leaching system.Two-step leaching was used to confirm the conclusions drawn from the experimental results.The twostage experimental results further confirmed the existence of a passivation membrane.Wen-Juan Li He Zhou An-Ping Bai Yong-Sheng Song Liu-Lu Cai Shui-Lin Zheng Qi-Dong Zhang Song Cao 2020Rare Metals2020,39,8:0
34-氨基-1,2,4-三氮唑改性超高分子量聚乙烯纤维对Au(Ⅲ)的吸附机理显示文摘利用预辐射接枝技术将4-氨基-1,2,4-三氮唑(ATZ)引入到超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维上,制备成4-氨基-1,2,4-三氮唑改性超高分子量聚乙烯纤维(UHMWPE-g(-GMA-ATZ))。探讨溶液初始pH对UHMWPE-g(-GMA-ATZ)纤维吸附Au(III)的影响和ATZ改性UHMWPE纤维对Au(III)的吸附机理。研究表明,在Au(III)质量浓度为50 mg/L、吸附剂为2 g/L的条件下,当溶液pH=2.0时,Au(III)的吸附效率达到了98.7%;扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和X射线吸收近边结构(XANES)结果显示金元素主要以金单质颗粒存在于纤维上,傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)分析发现吸附Au(III)后亚氨基团(−NH−)消失,羧基产生。综合得到UHMWPE-g(-GMA-ATZ)纤维对Au(III)的吸附机理是基于Au(III)与纤维上的−NH−发生氧化还原反应,并伴随着羧基的生成,同时Au(III)被还原为Au(0)。该功能纤维开辟出一种简单高效的从废水中回收贵金属元素的有效途径。梁育林 魏向军 庞利娟 曾建荣 金婵 李燕 2020辐射研究与辐射工艺学报2020,38,1:0
