1Effects of Organosilane-modified PCE on the Fluidity and Hydration Properties of Cement-Fly Ash Composite Binder显示文摘Effects of organosilane-modified PCE (OS-PCE) on the fluidity and the hydration properties of cement-fly ash (FA) composite binder were systematically analyzed.The experimental results show that OS-PCE possesses respectively 36.98% and 36.67% higher saturated adsorption amount on cement and FA,in comparison with ordinary PCE,and can contribute to higher fluidity of cement-FA composite binder.The addition of OS-PCE retards hydration process of cement-FA composite binder proportionally with the dosage of OS-PCE,but promotes the hydration kinetics of the composite binder.The reactivity enhancement is attributed to the well-dispersed FA by OS-PCE,which provides more nucleation sites for the reaction of heterogeneous C-S-H and enhances the contact with water to react with CH forming pozzolanic C-S-H.Well-distributed hydration products are exhibited in the hardened binder added with OS-PCE,with a large number of hydrated gels uniformly fill in the pores and gaps,which improves the compaction of the hardened structure.何燕 LIU Shuhua JI Tao KONG Yaning SHUI Liangliang 2020Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2020,35,6:2
2多乙苯塔底高沸物的磺化研究显示文摘多乙苯塔底高沸物是工业苯与乙烯制乙苯的副产物,因其组分和结构复杂而难以资源化利用,多乙苯塔底高沸物的FT-IR分析图谱中存在泛频吸收峰,说明该高沸物具有磺化可行性,正交实验获得其最佳磺化工艺条件为:多乙苯塔底高沸物与浓硫酸质量比为1∶0.75、反应温度为120℃、反应时间为6 h,一次磺化率最高达68%,合并未磺化物再次磺化后,多乙苯塔底高沸物的总共磺化率可达87%,高磺化率使得多乙苯塔底高沸物的资源化利用成为可能。石李明 邱磊 石旵东 2022化工时刊2022,36,7:1
3Effects of Water-cement Ratio and Hydration Heat Regulating Materials on Hydration Process of Early-age Cementitious Materials显示文摘By means of low-field nuclear magnetic resonance(LF-NMR),the transverse relaxation time(T_(2))signals of physically bound water in cement paste were monitored to indicate water content change and characterize the early-age hydration process.With the curves of the T_(2)signals and hydration time obtained,the hydration process could be divided into four typical periods using the null points of the second derivative curve,and the influences of water-cement ratio(w/c)and hydration heat regulating materials(HHRM)on hydration process were analyzed.The experimental results showed that the hydration rate of pure cement paste in accelerated period presented a positive correlation with w/c.Compared to pure cement paste,the addition of HHRM extended all four periods,and led to a much faster hydration rate in initial period as well as a slower rate in accelerated period.Finally,according to the LFNMR test results,the early-age hydration model of cementitious materials was proposed considering w/c and HHRM content.赵海涛 XIANG Yu 徐文 CHEN Xiaodong ZHU Yue WU Haotian LIU Shibin 2023Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2023,38,1:0
