| 1 | 帕博利珠单抗引起免疫相关性结肠炎1例并文献复习显示文摘免疫治疗是目前肿瘤领域研究热点。免疫治疗在获得显著疗效的同时可能引起一系列免疫相关不良反应,可累及病人全身各个系统。我院收治1例宫颈癌病人行帕博利珠单抗治疗后出现免疫相关性结肠炎,表现为腹痛、腹泻、黏液血便,抗生素治疗无效,给予大剂量糖皮质激素治疗后好转。本文对该病例临床资料进行分析,并复习相关文献,探讨免疫相关性结肠炎的发病机制、临床特点、鉴别诊断及治疗原则。 | 肖超 张清山 牛文静 张海梅 宋海平 | 2020 | 青岛大学学报(医学版)2020，56，6： | 6 |
| 2 | 卡瑞利珠单抗致免疫相关性肠炎1例并文献复习显示文摘免疫检查点抑制剂(immune checkpoint inhibitor,ICI)[1]是目前临床应用广泛的抗肿瘤药物,包括细胞毒性T淋巴细胞相关蛋白4(cytotoxic T lymphocyte antigen 4,CTLA-4)抗体、细胞程序性死亡受体1(programmed cell death receptor 1,PD-1)抗体及程序性死亡配体1(programmed death-ligand 1,PD-L1)抗体这几种制剂。随着ICI的广泛使用,越来越多累及皮肤、内分泌、肝脏等的免疫相关性不良反应(immune-related adverse effects,irAEs)[2-3]被报道,其中胃肠道损伤较为常见[4]。据报道称,CTLA-4单抗引起的胃肠道不良反应发生风险远远高于PD-1/PD-L1单抗。但近几年,使用PD-1/PD-L1单抗后产生的肠道不良反应逐渐被报道,有帕博利珠单抗、纳武利尤单抗引起的免疫相关性肠炎(immune-mediated colitis,IMC)[5-6],未见卡瑞利珠单抗引起的免疫相关性肠炎的报道。本文介绍1例胃癌术后使用卡瑞利珠单抗后出现便血为主的免疫相关性肠炎的病例。 | 郝嘉敏 廖思宇 周婧 程奕尊 吴燕娉 高雪芬 程妍 | 2023 | 现代肿瘤医学2023，31，12： | 0 |
| 3 | New strategies in the diagnosis and treatment of immune-checkpoint inhibitor-mediated colitis显示文摘Immune-checkpoint inhibitor-mediated colitis(IMC)is an increasingly recognized adverse event in cancer immunotherapy,particularly associated with immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)such as anti-cytotoxic T-lymphocyte antigen-4 and anti-programmed cell death protein-1 antibodies.As this revolutionary immunotherapy gains prominence in cancer treatment,understanding,diagnosing,and effectively managing IMC becomes paramount.IMC represents a unique challenge due to its immune-mediated nature and potential for severe complications.However,a precise picture of IMC pathophysiology is currently unavailable.Therefore,we aimed to summarize the existing data while acknowledging the need for further research.This comprehensive review explores the mechanisms underlying ICIs,gastrointestinal adverse effects,and,in particular,IMC’s incidence,prevalence,and features.Our review also emphasizes the importance of recognizing IMC’s distinct clinical and histopathological features to differentiate it from other forms of colitis.Furthermore,this paper highlights the urgentneed for evolving diagnostic methods,therapeutic strategies,and a multidisciplinary approach to effectively manage IMC. | Tsvetelina Velikova Boris Krastev Milena Gulinac Miroslav Zashev Vasko Graklanov Milena Peruhova | 2024 | World Journal of Clinical Cases2024，12，6： | 0 |
