| 1 | 鼻内镜辅助下不同鼻整形术对鼻部美学角度改善效果影响显示文摘目的分析鼻内镜辅助下不同鼻整形术对鼻部美学角度改善效果影响。方法回顾性分析进行鼻内镜辅助下歪鼻整形手术同期鼻中隔偏曲矫正患者45例(对照组),选取同期行肋软骨结合假体综合鼻整形手术患者40例作为观察组。观察手术前后患者鼻梁偏斜角度、鼻尖突出度、鼻额角及鼻唇角改变状况。结果手术后对照组患者鼻梁偏斜角度、观察组鼻唇角较手术前降低,手术后两组鼻尖突出度、观察组鼻额角较手术前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),手术前后两组鼻梁偏斜角度、鼻尖突出度、鼻唇角,术后两组患者鼻额角差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),手术前后观察组患者鼻梁偏斜角度、对照组患者鼻额角、鼻唇角差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论鼻内镜辅助下歪鼻整形手术同期鼻中隔偏曲矫正术可显著改善患者通气功能和鼻梁偏斜角度,但对鼻唇角与鼻额角改善不显著;肋软骨结合假体综合鼻整形术对患者鼻尖和鼻梁形态改善作用理想,值得推广应用。 | 陈萧锋 卢力 | 2019 | 广东医学2019,40,16: | 18 |
| 2 | 肿瘤标记物联合智能染色内镜对早期胃癌的诊断价值显示文摘目的探讨肿瘤标记物联合智能染色(I-SCAN)内镜对早期胃癌的诊断价值。方法选取2012年2月至2016年2月间四川省遂宁市第一人民医院收治的90例早期胃癌患者及50例健康体检者,测定血清中CA199及CA242水平,使用I-SCAN胃镜对受试者进行观察,对各方法的敏感性、特异性、准确度、阳性预测值和阴性预测值进行分析。结果早期胃癌组患者血清中CA199和CA242水平为(85.38±7.38)U/ml和(30.32±3.18)U/ml,均明显高于健康组的(10.73±2.01)U/ml和(3.36±1.08)U/ml,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。肿瘤标记物联合智能染色内镜对早期胃癌患者诊断敏感性、准确度、阳性预测值和阴性预测值均显著高于单独肿瘤标记物CA199、CA242或智能染色内镜检测,特异度显著低于单独检测,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。I-SCAN技术可有效对比病灶毗连区正常黏膜与病灶区血管走形及病变黏膜功能,可有效呈现其黏膜特征,有效实现多通道多颜色对比。结论早期胃癌患者采用肿瘤标记物联合智能染色内镜进行检查,可显著提高临床诊断率和准确性,具有较高的临床应用价值。 | 覃刚 吴莉莉 袁宏 陈平 彭晨 | 2017 | 中国肿瘤临床与康复2017,24,4: | 3 |
| 3 | Use of shape-from-shading to characterize mucosal topography in celiac disease videocapsule images显示文摘AIM To use a computerized shape-from-shading technique to characterize the topography of the small intestinal mucosa.METHODS Videoclips comprised of 100-200 images each were obtained from the distal duodenum in 8 celiac and 8 control patients.Images with high texture were selected from each videoclip and projected from two to three dimensions by using grayscale pixel brightness as the Z-axis spatial variable.The resulting images for celiac patients were then ordered using the Marsh score to estimate the degree of villous atrophy,and compared with control data.RESULTS Topographic changes in celiac patient three-dimensional constructs were often more variable as compared to controls.The mean absolute derivative in elevation was 2.34 ± 0.35 brightness units for celiacs vs 1.95 ± 0.28 for controls(P = 0.014).The standard deviation of the derivative in elevation was 4.87 ± 0.35 brightness units for celiacs vs 4.47 ± 0.36 for controls(P = 0.023).Celiac patients with Marsh ⅢC villous atrophy tended to have the largest topographic changes.Plotted in two dimensions,celiac data could be separated from controls with 80% sensitivity and specificity.CONCLUSION Use of shape-from-shading to construct three-dimensional projections approximating the actual spatial geometry of the small intestinal substrate is useful to observe features not readily apparent in two-dimensional videocapsule images.This method represents a potentially helpful adjunct to detect areas of pathology during videocapsule analysis. | Edward J Ciaccio Govind Bhagat Suzanne K Lewis Peter H Green | 2017 | World Journal of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy2017,9,7: | 0 |
