1Bi2WO6 doped with rare earth ions:Preparation,characterization and photocatalytic activity under simulated solar irradiation显示文摘Rare-earth modification Bi2WO6 composites(RE/Bi2WO6)were studied by experimental performance and theory computation based on the different 4 f orbits of selected rare earth elements(La,Ce,Gd,and Yb).The prepared RE/Bi2WO6 was characterized by XRD,SEM/TEM,XPS,UV-vis DRS,and N2 adsorption to learn their physical-chemical properties.Azo dye Rhodamine B(RhB)was photodegraded as a target pollutant to investigate the photocatalytic activity of prepared RE/Bi2WO6 composites.The results of experiment and computation show that four rare earth elements with different electron configurations retain the phase and morphology of Bi2 WO6 and enhance the removal efficiency of RhB under simulated solar irradiation.The optimum doping contents are 0.01%,0.05%,0.05%and 0.01%for La-,Ce-,Gd-,and Yb-doped Bi2WO6,respectively.However,light rare earth La and Ce doped composites indicate some difference in visible light adso rption capacity and mineralization on RhB co mpared with heavy rare earth Gd and Yb doped composites.Both La/Bi2WO6 and Ce/Bi2 WO6 possess larger pore size and higher mineralization ability than Gd/Bi2 WO6 and Yb/Bi2WO6 under the same experimental conditions while Gd/Bi2WO6 and Yb/Bi2WO6 show stronger red shift to the visible light due to the more 4 f electrons.The hole oxidation plays a major role in the photodegradation of RhB by all RE/Bi2WO6.Chunying Wang Chuantao Gu Ting Zeng Qingqing Zhang Xianping Luo 2021Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,1:6
2球磨法制备Tm^(3+)和Tm_2O_3掺杂TiO_2及光催化活性研究显示文摘为了提高TiO_2的光催化活性,优化球磨工艺,采用球磨法制备稀土金属Tm掺杂TiO_2光催化剂,在300W中压汞灯光照下,对模拟染料亚甲基蓝(MB)溶液进行降解,考察稀土金属Tm以离子态或氧化物掺杂TiO_2的光催化活性,探究球磨中掺杂比、球料比对TiO_2光催化活性的影响,并用XRD、UV-vis DRS、SEM-EDS等对催化剂进行表征。结果表明,Tm~^(3+)的存在可以诱导TiO_2产生晶格畸变,Tm^2O_3/TiO_2和Tm~^(3+)/TiO_2对可见光产生响应,禁带宽度分别降低至2. 97 eV和3. 05 eV。当催化剂投入量为0. 2 g·L^(-1),亚甲基蓝(MB)溶液浓度为25 mg·L^(-1),Tm~^(3+)/TiO_2和Tm^2O_3/TiO_2的最佳掺杂比分别为2. 5%和3%、球料比为4:1、球磨转速为500rpm时,Tm~^(3+)/TiO_2、Tm^2O_3/TiO_2和纯TiO_2的一级反应速率常数分别可达0. 0689 min^(-1)、0. 0562 min^(-1)和0. 0263min^(-1)。李晨 季日鑫 吴迪 王丽丽 张大帅 祁晓炜 张小朋 史载锋 林强 2019化学研究与应用2019,31,1:2
3球磨法制备Sc3+和Yb3+掺杂TiO2光催化剂及光催化活性比较显示文摘为了比较稀土离子Sc^3+和Yb^3+掺杂TiO2的光催化活性,通过粉末X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、紫外可见光谱(UV-vis)对球磨法制备的稀土离子Sc^3+和Yb^3+掺杂TiO2光催化剂进行表征,并考察300 W中压汞灯光下催化降解亚甲基蓝的活性,分析最佳掺杂量、球磨时间和不同离子掺杂的光催化效果。结果表明,球磨4 h后,两种掺杂稀土离子的TiO2光催化剂均出现晶型畸变,带隙能变小,对可见光响应均有明显增强。当掺杂摩尔比为2.5%时,Sc^3+/TiO2光催化剂的一级反应速率常数为0.0932 min^-1;掺杂摩尔比为3%,Yb^3+/TiO2光催化剂的一级反应速率常数为0.0436 min^-1,而纯TiO2催化剂的一级反应速率常数为0.0263 min^-1。显然,掺杂后的TiO2光催化活性显著提高。张妍 吴迪 李晨 张大帅 张小朋 张苏敏 李天略 史载锋 林强 2019海南师范大学学报(自然科学版)2019,32,2:1
