1Optical anisotropy of black phosphorus by total internal reflection显示文摘Although abundant research on the anisotropy of van der Waals(vd W)materials has been published,we undertake an in-depth study of their optical properties as they have an important guiding role for light control in two-dimensional(2D)nanospace.As an example,we study the reflectance of few-layered black phosphorus(BP)in the total internal reflection(TIR)mode in detail.We demonstrate that its optical anisotropy can be changed on a large scale by varying the incident angles,polarization states,and the in-plane rotation angles of the BP samples.Theoretical analysis indicates that the phenomena observed are common to all the atom-thick biaxial crystals,so these conclusions can be widely applied to other anisotropic 2D materials.This research furthers the current understanding of the properties of BP more comprehensively,and provides guidance for developing new optoelectronic applications,especially when BP and other atom-thick biaxial crystals are integrated with TIR devices.Wei Xin Hao Bo Jiang Teng Qian Sun Xiao Guang Gao Shao Nan Chen Bo Zhao Jian Jun Yang Zhi Bo Liu Jian Guo Tian Chun Lei Guo 2019Nano Materials Science2019,1,4:1
2光子自旋霍尔效应及其在物性参数测量中的应用显示文摘光子自旋霍尔效应是指光束在非均匀介质中传输时,自旋角动量相反的光子在垂直于入射面的方向发生的横向自旋相关分裂。光子自旋霍尔效应可以和电子自旋霍尔效应作类比:自旋光子扮演自旋电子的角色,折射率梯度扮演外场的角色。光子自旋霍尔效应源于光的自旋-轨道相互作用,和两类几何相位有关:一类是动量空间的自旋重定向Rytov-Vlasimirskii-Berry相位;另一类是斯托克斯参数空间的Pancharatnam-Berry相位。光子自旋霍尔效应对物性参数非常敏感,结合量子弱测量技术,在物性参数测量、光学传感等领域具有重要的应用前景。本文将简单分析光子自旋霍尔效应的物理根源,回顾近几年不同物理系统中光子自旋霍尔效应的研究进展,介绍光子自旋霍尔效应在物性参数测量中的应用。最后,展望其在光学模拟运算、显微成像、量子成像等领域的可能发展方向。刘硕卿 陈世祯 罗海陆 2022物理学进展2022,42,2:0
3Weak-value amplification for the optical signature of topological phase transitions显示文摘We show that weak measurements can be used to measure the tiny signature of topological phase transitions.The signature is an in-plane photonic spin Hall effect,which can be described as a consequence of a Berry phase.It is also parallel to the propagation direction of a light beam.The imaginary part of the weak value can be used to analyze ultrasmall longitudinal phase shifts in different topological phases.These optical signatures are related to the Chern number and bandgaps;we also use a preselection and postselection technique on the spin state to enhance the original signature.The weak amplification technique offers a potential way to determine the spin and valley properties of charge carriers,Chern numbers,and topological phases by direct optical measurement.WEIJIE WU SHIZHEN CHEN WENHAO XU ZHENXING LIU RUNNAN LOU LIHUA SHEN HAILU LUO SHUANGCHUN WEN XIAOBO YIN 2020Photonics Research2020,8,12:0
