2硫空位修饰的CoNi2S4纳米片用于电化学性能增强的非对称超级电容器显示文摘如何安全、高效、简便地制备出具有优异电化学性能的超级电容器电极材料是当前人们十分关注的问题.这些特性通常与电极中的空位和杂质有关.为了研究空位对超级电容器阴极材料性能的影响,我们采用一步水热法制备了具有硫空位的CoNi2S4(r-CoNi2S4)纳米片结构电极材料.利用拉曼光谱、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等手段对硫空位的形成进行了表征.作为超级电容器的电极,r-CoNi2S4纳米片在电流密度为1 A g-1时具有1918.9 F g-1的高容量、优异的倍率性能(在电流密度为20 A g-1时,相对于1 A g-1的保持率为87.9%)和超常的循环稳定性.与原始的CoNi2S4纳米片电极(1 A g-1时容量为1226 F g-1)相比,r-CoNi2S4电极的性能显著提高.基于r-CoNi2S4正极和活性炭负极的不对称超级电容器具有较高的能量密度.通过点亮三种不同颜色的发光二极管(LED)灯,成功证明了该器件在实际应用中的可行性和巨大潜力.刘彦鹏 温昱祥 张亚男 吴晓钢 李浩乾 陈航达 黄娟娟 刘国汉 彭尚龙 2020Science China Materials2020,63,7:3
3Sulfur-deficient Co9S8/Ni3S2 nanoflakes anchored on N-doped graphene nanotubes as high-performance electrode materials for asymmetric supercapacitors显示文摘In this paper,Co9S8/Ni3S2 nanoflakes(NFs)with sulfur deficiencies were grown in-situ on N-doped graphene nanotubes(NGNTs).They were successfully prepared through electrodeposition followed by hydrogenation treatment,which is able to act as a self-supported electrode for asymmetric supercapacitors(ASCs).Combining the defect-rich active materials with highly conductive skeletons,the hybrid electrode N-GNTs@sd-Co9S8/Ni3S2NFs show ultrahigh specific capacity of^304 mA hg^-1 and prominent rate capability(capacity retention ratio of^85%even at 100 Ag^-1),and deliver a long cycling lifespan of^1.9%capacitance loss after 10000 cycles.In addition,an ASC was constructed using the as-synthesized composite electrode as the positive electrode and active carbon(AC)as the negative electrode.The fabricated device shows a high energy density of^45.1 Wh kg^-1 at^3.4 kW kg^-1 and superior cycling stability.This work substantiates a smart strategy to fabricate novel composite electrode materials for next-generation supercapacitors by incorporating riched deficiencies into nanostructures.ZHAO Jian SONG GuanYing YUAN XiangCheng SHEN Tong JIANG QingYan MENG ALan LIN YuSheng LI ZhenJiang LI QingDang 2020Science China(Technological Sciences)2020,63,4:2
4双功能NiCo2S4多面体的构建及其超级电容器和锂离子电池性能显示文摘双功能NiCo2S4多面体结构具有优异的电化学性能,适用于超级电容器和锂离子电池.本文采用水热方法合理设计并成功合成了具有高表面积、稳定结构、良好结晶性的NiCo2S4多面体结构.其特定的多面体结构具有离子反应的活性位点和足够的离子传输空间,因此可实现包括高比电容、良好的速率能力和循环稳定性在内的优异电化学性能.作为超级电容器的NiCo2S4电极在1 A/g时具有1298 F/g的比电容,在20 A/g时具有80.4%电容保持率. 8000次循环后电容仍保持90.44%.此外,NiCo2S4作为锂离子电池的阳极,在0.5 C时具有807.6和972.8 m Ah/g的初始充电/放电能力.该工作为下一代储能应用中组装具有出色电化学性能的电极和器件提供了一条可行的途径.向国涛 孟瑶 渠广猛 尹江梅 腾冰 危芹 徐锡金 2020Science Bulletin2020,65,6:2
5Carbon dots modified Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)-based fibrous supercapacitor with photo-enhanced capacitance显示文摘The energy crisis has always been a widely concerned problem. It is an urgent need for green and renewable energy technologies to achieve sustainable development, and the photo-assisted charging energy storage devices provide a new way to realize the sustainable utilization of solar energy. Here, we fabricated a photo-assisted charging fibrous supercapacitor (NM2P1) with Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)-based hybrid fibre modified by nitrogen-doped carbon dots (NCDs). The NM2P1 fibre provides a volumetric capacitance of 1,445 F·cm^(−3) (630 F·g^(−1)) at 10 A·cm^(−3) under photo-assisted charging, which increases by 35.9% than that of dark condition (1,063 F·cm^(−3)/464 F·g^(−1)). Furthermore, the NM2P1 fibrous supercapacitor device shows that the maximum volumetric energy density and volumetric power density are 18.75 mWh·cm^(−3) and 8,382 mW·cm^(−3). Notably, the transient photovoltage (TPV) test was used to further confirm that NCDs as a photosensitizer enhance the light absorption capacity and faster charge transfer kinetics of NM2P1 fibre. 6分子辅助制备富含高价态Co^(3+)的三维蜂窝状钴硫化物网络结构用于高性能固态不对称超级电容器显示文摘过渡金属氧化态调控工程是一种很有前景的改善电极材料的氧化还原活性、增加活性位点的策略.本文提出了一种简单的三乙醇胺辅助自模板法,制备了一种由交错钴硫化物纳米片(Co_(x)S_(y)-T NSs)组装而成的独特的三维蜂窝状网络结构.有趣的是,我们首次发现在该体系中,三乙醇胺可以有效地增加目标产物中的高价态Co^(3+)的比例.Co_(x)S_(y)-T NSs电极具有高含量的Co^(3+)和三维网络结构,使得其在5 A g^(-1)的电流密度下表现出351 mA h g^(-1)(2635 F g^(-1))的最大比容量和优异的循环稳定性.此外,由Co_(x)S_(y)-T NSs和活性炭(AC)电极组装的固态不对称超级电容器在0.81 kW kg^(-1)功率密度下展现出81.62 W h kg^(-1)的高能量密度和卓越的长周期循环稳定性,7000次循环后仍有96.2%的容量保持率.该结果证明同时调控高价态的金属物种并构筑三维网络结构是一种简单而有效的制备用于能源存储与转换的高活性电极材料的策略.王海燕 杨瑛 李擎昊 陆雯 宁吉强 钟依均 张子旸 胡勇 2021Science China Materials2021,64,4:1
