1Anomalous reactivity of thermo-bioconvective nanofluid towards oxytactic microorganisms显示文摘The peristaltic flow of a non-Newtonian nanofluid with swimming oxytactic microorganisms through a space between two infinite coaxial conduits is investigated. A variable magnetic field is applied on the flow. The bioconvection flow and heat transfer in the porous annulus are formulated, and appropriate transformations are used, leading to the non-dimensionalized ruling partial differential equation model. The model is then solved by using the homotopy perturbation scheme. The effects of the germane parameters on the velocity profile, temperature distribution, concentration distribution, motile microorganism profile, oxytactic profile, pressure rise, and outer and inner tube friction forces for the blood clot and endoscopic effects are analyzed and presented graphically.It is noticed that the pressure rise and friction forces attain smaller values for the endoscopic model than for the blood clot model. The present analysis is believed to aid applications constituting hemodynamic structures playing indispensable roles inside the human body since some blood clotting disorders, e.g., haemophilia, occur when some blood constituents on the artery wall get confined away from the wall joining the circulation system.S.I.ABDELSALAM M.M.BHATTI 2020Applied Mathematics and Mechanics(English Edition)2020,41,5:1
2Flow of EMHD nanofluid in curved channel through corrugated walls显示文摘The present examination deals with the effects of nanofluids on corrugated walls under the influence of electromagnetohydrodynamic(EMHD)in the curved channel.The investigation is carried out by water-based nanofluids using copper nanoparticle.Firstly performed the mathematical modelling by applying the method of perturbation,we have evaluated analytical solutions for the velocity and temperature.For the corrugations of the two walls periodic sine waves are described for small amplitude either in phase or out of phase.By using numerical calculations we analyzed the corrugation effects on the velocity and temperature for EMHD flow.The physical effects of flow variables like Hartmann number,Volumetric concentration of nanoparticles,Grashof number,Curvature parameter and Heat absorption coefficient are graphically discussed.Moreover,the effect of Curvature parameter on Stresses and Nusselt number is discussed through tables.The velocity and temperature decrease when the curvature parameter is increased.The electromagnetohydrodynamic(EMHD)velocity and temperature distributions show that 0°is the phase difference between the two walls for in phase and the phase difference is equal to the 180°between two walls for out of phase.The important conclusion is that reducing the unobvious wave effect on the velocity and temperature for a small value of amplitude ratio parameter.Madhia Rashid Sohail Nadeem 2022Applied Mathematics(A Journal of Chinese Universities)2022,37,4:0
