1Associations between gene polymorphisms in two crucial metabolic pathways and growth traits in pigs显示文摘Propanoate metabolism and fatty acid metabolism are crucial metabolic pathways in vivo that have been studied extensively and have shown a significant influence on the growth and diseases of animals.In order to identify the essential genes significantly associated with porcine growth traits at the pathway level,we selected 14 candidate genes with 58 SNPs,including 24 tag SNPs and 34 predicted SNPs,in the two essential pathways to test using the SNaPshot mini-sequencing method.Association analysis was performed using both static and dynamic phenotypic records.The results showed that four SNPs,respectively in SUCLA2,SUCLG2,ACADS,and ALDH1B1,were significantly associated with growth in pigs.In addition,an exciting finding was that the change of transcription factor binding site that resulted from alteration of the bases in SUCLG2 brought out a transcription factor binding site for POU1F1a,which is the product of a notable marker gene for growth of animals.YANG Fan WANG QiongPing WANG MingHui HE Kan PAN YuChun 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,21:3
2婴幼儿食物过敏原因的研究进展显示文摘婴幼儿食物过敏可导致皮肤、胃肠道、呼吸道及黏膜等重要组织器官受累,且临床无特异性表现,极易与其他疾病混淆。食物过敏可对患儿的生长发育产生不良影响,严重时甚至可导致患儿休克、死亡。因此,明确婴幼儿食物过敏的发病原因和发病机制,早预防、早诊治是减少过敏发作次数、改善预后的关键。目前,与婴幼儿食物过敏早期预防、诊治相关的研究较多,且已有较详细的食物过敏诊断指南,但关于婴幼儿食物过敏的发病原因及发病机制目前尚无统一结论,未来需进一步研究。梁元卿 周琳 郑玉婷 侯玉玲 2021医学综述2021,27,6:1
