1Photocatalytic degradation evaluation of N–Fe codoped aligned TiO2 nanorods based on the effect of annealing temperature显示文摘In this paper,a comparative study on the photocatalytic degradation of the Rhodamine B(Rh B)dye as a model compound using N–Fe codoped Ti O2 nanorods under UV and visible-light(λ≥420 nm)irradiations has been performed.Ti O2 photocatalysts were fabricated as aligned nanorod arrays by liquid-phase deposition process,annealed at different temperatures from 400 to 800℃.The effects of annealing temperature on the phase structure,crystallinity,BET surface area,and resulting photocatalytic activity of N–Fe codoped Ti O2 nanorods were also investigated.The degradation studies confirmed that the nanorods annealed at 600℃composed of both anatase(79%)and rutile phases(21%)and offered the highest activity and stability among the series of nanorods,as it degraded 94.8%and 87.2%Rh B in 120 min irradiation under UV and visible-light,respectively.Above 600℃,the photocatalytic performance of nanorods decreased owning to a phase change,decreased surface area and bandgap,and growth of Ti O2 crystallites induced by the annealing temperature.It is hoped that this work could provide precious information on the design of 1 D catalyst materials with more superior photodegradation properties especially under visible-light for the further industrial applications.Abbas Sadeghzadeh-Attar 2020Journal of Advanced Ceramics2020,9,1:6
2Controllable synthesis and tunable photocatalytic activity of TiO2 nanowires via alcohol-thermal method显示文摘Titania nanowires(TiO2-NW)with tunable aspect ratios and morphologies were directly synthesized using a simple alcohol-thermal technique.Specifically,ethanol and acetic acid were used as solvents and lithium ion was used as the capping agent to promote the conversion of titanium butoxide into TiO2-NW.The morphologies and crystal phases of TiO2-NW were determined by the molar ratio of solvents and the content(mol%)of lithium ion.The band gap of TiO2-NW with pure anatase phase is slightly bigger than that of TiO2-NW with a mixture of anatase and rutile phases.All TiO2-NW could achieve effective decolorization of methyl blue(the decolorization rate is over 95%)after 35-min ultraviolet(UV)irradiation.Zheng-Xia Xu An-Qi Wang Yong-Fa Zhu 2019Rare Metals2019,38,5:5
3Graphene quantum dots decorated rutile TiO_2 nanoflowers for water splitting application显示文摘Flower like rutile TiO_2 films were decorated with green-photoluminescent graphene quantum dots(GQDs) and photovoltaic properties were investigated for water splitting application. Rutile TiO_2 nanoflowers(NFs) and GQDs(average width of^12 nm) synthesized separately using a hydrothermal method and TiO_2 NFs were decorated with various amounts of GQDs solution(x = 5, 10, 15 and 20 μL) by spin coating. Optical characterization reveals that GQDs are highly luminescent and absorb UV and visible light photons with wavelengths up to 700 nm. 4低电压下多孔阳极氧化铝膜的制备显示文摘选取草酸溶液电解液,采用低压恒压法与二次阳极氧化工艺制备了多孔阳极氧化铝膜(AAO)。借助扫描电镜(SEM),观察了电解液浓度和氧化时间对多孔阳极氧化铝膜的形貌、孔径和孔间距的影响,得到电流随时间的变化曲线。研究了多孔阳极氧化铝膜层厚度与电流密度及氧化时间之间的关系,探讨了多孔阳极氧化铝膜形成机理,优化了阳极氧化制备工艺。结果表明:利用低压恒压法,在氧化电压18 V,氧化时间12 h,氧化液浓度0.6 mol/L时,可制备孔径均匀、高度有序的多孔阳极氧化铝膜。周天国 徐瑞 张瑜 陈田田 张贺 2018热加工工艺2018,47,2:0
