2超音速火焰喷涂WC-12Co涂层高温摩擦-磨损性能显示文摘采用超音速火焰喷涂法在H13钢表面制备WC-12Co涂层,通过扫描显微镜、X线衍射仪和能谱仪分析其表面-界面形貌、物相和化学元素组成。利用球/平面接触方式进行涂层高温磨损试验,通过扫描电镜和能谱仪分析磨痕形貌和化学元素的变化,讨论高温对涂层摩擦因数和磨损性能的影响。研究结果表明:涂层界面致密,与基材紧密结合;在600,700和800℃时涂层平均摩擦因数分别为0.395 5,0.327 1和0.266 4;600℃时涂层以黏着磨损为主,700℃时涂层以氧化磨损为主,并伴有磨粒磨损,800℃时涂层以严重的氧化磨损为主。王进春 孔德军 2017中南大学学报(自然科学版)2017,48,3:9
3超音速火焰喷涂FeCrBSi合金涂层的高温磨损性能显示文摘采用超音速火焰喷涂法在H13钢表面制备了FeCrBSi涂层,通过场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、分析了其表面的截面形貌、化学元素组成和物相。利用球/平面接触方式进行了涂层高温磨损试验,采用FESEM及其EDS分析了磨痕形貌和化学元素的变化,讨论了高温对涂层摩擦因数(COF)和磨损性能的影响。结果表明,FeCrBSi涂层表面涂覆性均匀,涂层厚度约为100μm,涂层截面无明显的层状结构;涂层磨痕处Fe,Cr,B和Si元素分布较均匀,没有发生富集现象;涂层在高温磨损后主要物相为α(Fe,Cr)固溶体,由摩擦产生FeSi相改善了涂层抗高温磨损性能;在200,300,400和500℃时涂层的摩擦因数平均值分别为0.29,0.70,0.63,0.54,氧化膜分布不均匀和磨损形式是摩擦因数发生变化的主要因素;在200℃时涂层主要发生氧化磨损,而在300,400和500℃时主要发生氧化磨损并伴有轻微的磨粒磨损,其中Cr和Si的化合物是涂层耐磨的主要因素。宋瑞宏 赵本国 柳铭 孔德军 2016稀有金属2016,40,8:6
4阴极离子镀TiAlSiN涂层高温摩擦与磨损性能显示文摘采用阴极离子镀在H13钢表面制备了TiAlSiN涂层,通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、原子力显微镜分析了涂层表面-界面形貌、物相和三维表面微观形貌。利用EDS面扫描分析了磨痕表面化学元素分布,讨论了高温对涂层摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,TiAlSiN涂层表面主要元素由Ti、Al、Si和N组成,主要物相为(Ti,Al)N,未发现Si3N4相;高温氧化后生成的致密氧化膜Al2O3提高了涂层高温抗氧化性,Si O2降低了涂层表面摩擦因数,结构疏松的Ti O2易导致涂层破裂和剥落;TiAlSiN涂层表面粗糙度高于基体表面粗糙度,磨痕表面Ti和Al元素出现贫集区,表明涂层被磨穿;在700、800和900℃下,涂层表面摩擦因数均在0.3左右,在700℃时磨损机制主要为氧化磨损和粘着磨损,在800℃和900℃时主要为氧化磨损,伴随着少量粘着磨损和磨粒磨损。汤成建 孔德军 2016材料热处理学报2016,37,2:5
5阴极弧离子镀TiAlSiN涂层表面-界面能谱分析与结合强度显示文摘采用阴极弧离子镀法在H13钢表面制备Ti Al Si N涂层,通过SEM对Ti Al Si N涂层表面和界面形貌进行了观察,通过EDS和XRD对其化学元素和物相进行了分析,利用划痕法测定了其结合强度,并对其界面结合机理进行了探讨。结果表明:Ti Al Si N涂层表面主要成分为Ti、Al、Si和N元素,各元素分布均匀,未产生富集现象;高硬度的Ti Al N是由Al原子以置换方式取代Ti N中部分Ti原子生成的,且Ti N和Al N晶粒得到细化,形成较为致密的结构,使涂层硬度得到了提高;Ti、Al、Si、N等原子在结合界面处发生相互扩散,是形成冶金结合的主要机制;Ti Al SN涂层/H13钢体系具有较好的结合强度,用划痕法测得涂层界面结合强度为44 N。汤成建 孔德军 2016材料热处理学报2016,37,3:5
6加热成形中纯钛板与模具间的摩擦行为(英文)显示文摘板料/模具间的摩擦润滑条件是影响薄壁钛合金产品成形质量、成形极限和模具寿命的关键因素。利用压缩扭转摩擦方法,结合正交试验设计,改变模具材料、润滑状态、温度和压力等参数,研究热成形CP-3钛板和模具间摩擦因素的变化规律及作用机理。结果表明:影响CP-3板料温成形摩擦因数显著因素为润滑剂、模具粗糙度、模具材料、转速、压力和温度;相对于干摩擦,石墨和Mo S2干膜润滑剂对板料/模具间摩擦的改善效果均很明显,摩擦因数最大降低了0.318;不同参数下Cr12Mo V/CP-3和铝青铜(QA110-3-1.5)/CP-3摩擦因数的变化趋势基本相同,即随模具表面粗糙度和转速的增大而增大,随温度和压力的增加先增大然后减小。马俊 杨合 李恒 王丹 李光俊 2015Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2015,25,9:1
7Effect of sodium tartrate concentrations on morphology and characteristics of anodic oxide film on titanium alloy Ti–10V–2Fe–3Al显示文摘The effect of sodium tartrate concentrations on morphology and characteristics of anodic oxide film on titanium alloy was investigated. The alloy substrates were anodized in different concentration solutions of sodium tartrate with the addition of PTFE emulsion and their morphology and characteristics were analyzed. The anodic oxide film presented a uniform petaloid drums and micro-cracks morphology. Additionally, micro-cracks dramatically swelled with the increase of the tartrate concentrations. The thickness of the anodic oxide film increased with the concentrations until the concentration reached 15 g/L. The results of Raman analysis illustrate that all samples have similarity in the crystal structure, consisting of mainly amorphous TiO_2, some anatase TiO_2 and a small amount of rutile TiO_2. And the ratios of anatase TiO_2 and rutile TiO_2 increase with the concentrations until it reaches 15 g/L. Furthermore, the intensity of the peaks increases with enhanced concentrations until the concentration reaches 15 g/L. The corrosion resistance of the anodic oxide film is increased by the sodium tartrate with higher concentrations before15 g/L. 8Friction and Wear Performances of Cathodic Arc Ion Plated TiAlSiN Coating under Oil Lubricated Condition显示文摘TiAlSiN coating was deposited on H13 hot work mould steel using cathodic arc ion plating(CAIP). The surface-interface morphologies and phases of the obtained coating were analyzed using field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD), respectively, and the morphologies, distributions of chemical elements and profiles of worn tracks were also researched using scanning electron microscopy(SEM), energy disperse spectroscopy(EDS), and optical microscope(OM), respectively. The friction-wear performances of TiAlSiN coating under oil lubricated and dry fiction conditions were investigated, and the wear mechanisms of TiAlSiN coating were discussed. The experimental results show that the coating is primarily composed of(Ti, Al)N, AlTiN, and TiN hard phases, Si_3N_4 exists between the(Ti, Al)N crystal grains, increasing the coating microhardness to 3200 HV. The TiAlSiN coating has excellent performances of reducing friction and wear resistance, the average coefficient of friction(COF) of TiAlSiN coating under oil lubricated condition is only 0.05, lowered than the average COF of 0.211 under dry friction condition, the wear rate decreases by about 81.2% compared with that under dry friction condition. The wear mechanism of TiAlSiN coating under oil lubricated and dry friction conditions is composed of abrasive wear, fatigue wear, and abrasive wear, respectively. 9钛合金板材多道次高温拉深有限元仿真及实验研究显示文摘钛及钛合金金属材料的特点是塑性差,变形抗力大,拉深成形困难。针对TA15钛合金深筒件,提出了一种多道次高温拉深成形方法。通过有限元仿真研究了压边力、各道次拉深深度等工艺参数对成形性的影响。最后经实验得到了TA15钛合金筒形件,总长180 mm,孔径24 mm。实验证明了仿真计算的准确性和工艺设计的可靠性,最终产品满足实际生产要求。陈海明 2019南方金属2019,,2:1
