| 1 | Metabolic analyses reveal different mechanisms of leaf color change in two purple-leaf tea plant (Camellia sinensis L.) cultivars显示文摘Purple-leaf tea plants,as anthocyanin-rich cultivars,are valuable materials for manufacturing teas with unique colors or flavors.In this study,a new purple-leaf cultivar“Zixin”(“ZX”)was examined,and its biochemical variation and mechanism of leaf color change were elucidated.The metabolomes of leaves of“ZX”at completely purple,intermediately purple,and completely green stages were analyzed using ultra-performance liquid chromatography quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-QTOF-MS).Metabolites in the flavonoid biosynthetic pathway remained at high levels in purple leaves,whereas intermediates of porphyrin and chlorophyll metabolism and carotenoid biosynthesis exhibited high levels in green leaves.In addition,fatty acid metabolism was more active in purple leaves,and steroids maintained higher levels in green leaves.Saponin,alcohol,organic acid,and terpenoid-related metabolites also changed significantly during the leaf color change process.Furthermore,the substance changes between“ZX”and“Zijuan”(a thoroughly studied purple-leaf cultivar)were also compared.The leaf color change in“Zijuan”was mainly caused by a decrease in flavonoids/anthocyanins.However,a decrease in flavonoids/anthocyanins,an enhancement of porphyrin,chlorophyll metabolism,carotenoid biosynthesis,and steroids,and a decrease in fatty acids synergistically caused the leaf color change in“ZX”.These findings will facilitate comprehensive research on the regulatory mechanisms of leaf color change in purple-leaf tea cultivars. | Jiazhi Shen Zhongwei Zou Xuzhou Zhang Lin Zhou Yuhua Wang Wanping Fang Xujun Zhu | 2018 | Horticulture Research2018,5,1: | 22 |

| 5 | Predicting community traits along an alpine grassland transect using field imaging spectroscopy显示文摘Assessing plant community traits is important for understanding how terrestrial ecosystems respond and adapt to global climate change.Field hyperspectral remote sensing is effective for quantitatively estimating vegetation properties in most terrestrial ecosystems,although it remains to be tested in areas with dwarf and sparse vegetation,such as the Tibetan Plateau.We measured canopy reflectance in the Tibetan Plateau using a handheld imaging spectrometer and conducted plant community investigations along an alpine grassland transect.We estimated community structural and functional traits,as well as community function based on a field survey and laboratory analysis using 14 spectral vegetation indices(VIs)derived from hyperspectral images.We quantified the contributions of environmental drivers,VIs,and community traits to community function by structural equation modelling(SEM).Univariate linear regression analysis showed that plant community traits are best predicted by the normalized difference vegetation index,enhanced vegetation index,and simple ratio.Structural equation modelling showed that VIs and community traits positively affected community function,whereas environmental drivers and specific leaf area had the opposite effect.Additionally,VIs integrated with environmental drivers were indirectly linked to community function by characterizing the variations in community structural and functional traits.This study demonstrates that community-level spectral reflectance will help scale plant trait information measured at the leaf level to larger-scale ecological processes.Field imaging spectroscopy represents a promising tool to predict the responses of alpine grassland communities to climate change. | Feng Zhang Wenjuan Wu Lang Li Xiaodi Liu Guangsheng Zhou Zhenzhu Xu | 2023 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2023,65,12: | 0 |

| 7 | 马铃薯丝氨酸羧肽酶类蛋白StSCPL家族的鉴定及干旱胁迫响应分析显示文摘在全基因组水平上鉴定了马铃薯SCPL基因家族,并对其成员的基本特征、蛋白质保守结构域、进化关系和干旱胁迫下的表达模式进行了分析。同时,以干旱耐受性不同的马铃薯品种‘陇薯10号’(干旱耐受型)和‘大西洋’(干旱敏感型)为试验材料,利用高通量测序分析了干旱胁迫关键差异表达基因StSCPLs。结果表明,马铃薯中共鉴定到了41个StSCPLs,不对称分布在11条染色体中,多数成员含有多个内含子。其蛋白均含有1个细胞内分泌和转运的信号肽、底物结合位点、N-糖基化位点以及与催化作用相关的进化保守基序。在非生物胁迫下,大多数StSCPLs都具有多胁迫响应性。在干旱耐受性不同的马铃薯品种中,StSCPLs表现出差异表达特性。同时,LncRNA及其靶StSCPL介导的调控网络显示,StSCPL3和StSCPL34分别是lncRNA MSTRG.2301.1和MSTRG.19548.1的靶基因,在干旱耐受性不同的品种中显著差异表达,可能是马铃薯对干旱胁迫响应的潜在靶点。 | 晋昕 魏玉溪 陈正亮 王泽民 张国栋 杨江伟 张宁 司怀军 | 2023 | 干旱地区农业研究2023,41,4: | 0 |
| 8 | 宁夏银北盐碱地不同植被光谱特征研究显示文摘【目的】研究不同程度盐碱化土壤上植被的光谱特征,为基于典型植被冠层光谱特征估测宁夏银北地区植被生长状况和土壤盐碱化程度提供理论依据。【方法】于2018年7月中旬,在宁夏银北盐碱地区选取样地,调查不同盐碱化程度土壤的理化性质及其上代表性植被的叶片叶绿素相对含量,分析不同程度盐碱化土壤上代表性植被类型(白刺和芦苇)以及中度盐碱化程度土壤上15种植被(向日葵、芦苇、花花柴、白茎盐生草、西伯利亚滨藜、藜、稗、紫苜蓿、柳枝稷、水稻、砂引草、白刺、槐、赖草、芨芨草)的冠层光谱特征及红边参数变化,研究植被冠层红边参数与土壤pH值、全盐含量以及叶片叶绿素含量的相关性。【结果】不同程度盐碱化土壤的理化性质及其上代表性植被的叶片叶绿素相对含量有明显差异。随着土壤盐碱化程度的增加,在可见光波段(350~760 nm),白刺冠层光谱反射率呈先上升后下降的趋势,芦苇冠层光谱反射率总体上先降低后升高;在760~1400 nm波段,白刺冠层光谱反射率逐渐降低,芦苇冠层反射率先升高后降低;在1400~2500 nm波段,白刺冠层反射率分别是先升高后降低(1400~1900 nm)和持续增加(1900~2500 nm),芦苇冠层反射率先降低后升高。随着土壤盐碱化程度的增加,白刺冠层光谱红边位置、红边斜率、红边峰值面积以及红边斜率与最小振幅的比值均减小;芦苇冠层光谱以上红边参数均先增加后减小。中度盐碱化土壤上,15种植被冠层光谱特征曲线变化趋势相似,但光谱反射率大小存在不同程度差异;除了最小振幅之外,15种植被冠层光谱的红边位置、红边斜率、红边峰值面积以及红边斜率与最小振幅的比值差异较大,故根据光谱特征在野外能够区分典型植被类型。土壤pH值与红边位置、红边斜率和红边峰值面积均呈极显著负相关关系,与红边斜率与最小振幅的比值呈显著负相关关系;土壤全盐含量与红边参数均不相关;叶片叶绿素含量与红边位置之间呈极显著正相关关系,与红边斜率和红边峰值面积之间为显著正相关关系。【结论】在不同程度盐碱化土壤上,不同植被冠层光谱特征变化趋势有差异,根据典型植被冠层光谱特征可以估测宁夏银北地区植被生长状况和土壤pH。 | 孙媛 张俊华 贾萍萍 贾科利 张学艺 | 2020 | 西北农林科技大学学报(自然科学版)2020,48,11: | 0 |
