4Effectiveness of royal jelly supplementation in glycemic regulation:A systematic review显示文摘BACKGROUND Royal jelly(RJ)has been observed to have therapeutic properties in diabetic individuals,including the reduction of high blood sugar.This systematic review synthesized existing evidence to investigate the effectiveness of RJ supplementation in managing measures of blood glucose.AIM To determine the effectiveness of RJ supplementation on glycemic responses in healthy and non-insulin dependent diabetic adults,as well as animal models of diabetes.METHODS This was a systematic review employing the PRISMA strategy.Peer-reviewed,published articles were extracted from several databases using key words related to target population,intervention and outcome and hand-selected for inclusion.Included articles proceeded to data extraction phase,where information on target parameters and effectiveness of treatment was summarized.Following this,the risk of bias for each included study was evaluated.Then,the long-term and immediate effectiveness of RJ supplementation in glycemic control were assessed using the Grading of Recommendations,Assessment,Development and Evaluations(GRADE)tool,which rates the quality of evidence.RESULTS Of 168 articles extracted from database searching,eighteen were included for analysis in this systematic review.Across the studies,studied populations,intervention styles and outcome measures were largely heterogeneous.Despite this,the results in studies indicate a general trend of positive effect of RJ in glycemic regulation in vitro and in vivo.Additionally,some dose-dependent glycemic effects were observed,along with some large effect sizes.The risk of bias for human and animal studies is generally low-unclear risk,although lack of blinding is a serious concern in both categories.Overall,as per the GRADE tool,the quality of evidence is low,and very low for long-term and immediate effectiveness of RJ,respectively.A major limitation affecting evidence quality is the heterogeneity among included studies.Fasting blood glucose and glucose clearance appear to be most affected by RJ supplementation.CONCLUSION Quality of evidence suggesting that RJ is an effective modulator of glycemic regulation is low for long-term effects of RJ,and very low for immediate effects.Kamel Omer Maxwell J Gelkopf Genevieve Newton 2019World Journal of Diabetes2019,10,2:3
5蜂王浆对雌性大鼠生长发育的影响显示文摘目的:探讨高剂量蜂王浆对雌性大鼠生长发育的影响。方法:实验组大鼠按3 g/(200 g·d)(以体质量计,下同)灌胃新鲜的蜂王浆溶液,对照组按3 mL/(200 g·d)灌胃生理盐水,4 周后,停止灌胃,继续饲养2 周。每两周解剖一批大鼠,称质量计算心、肝、脾、肺、肾、肾上腺、子宫、卵巢脏器系数,用放射免疫技术检测血清雌二醇(estradiol,E2)、促卵泡素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)、促黄体素(luteinizing hormone,LH)、孕激素(progestrone,P)含量,实时定量聚合酶链式反应(real-timepolymerase chain reaction,real-time PCR)检测卵巢和子宫中雌激素受体α(estrogen receptor α,ERα)、雌激素受体β(estrogen receptor β,ERβ)、促卵泡素受体(follicle stimulating hormone receptor,FSHR)、促黄体素受体(luteinizing hormone recepter,LHR)、孕激素受体(progestrone receptor,PR)mRNA表达量。结果:灌胃2 周,实验组大鼠体质量、主要脏器系数、血清主要性激素含量及其卵巢和子宫中受体表达量与对照组相比均无显著差异;灌胃4 周,实验组大鼠体质量显著低于对照组,实验组血清E2显著高于对照组,实验组卵巢PR mRNA表达量显著高于对照组,实验组子宫中ERα、ERβ、PR mRNA表达量显著高于对照组。实验组与对照组脏器系数无显著差异;停止灌胃2 周后,实验组大鼠体质量、主要脏器系数、血清主要性激素含量与对照组相比均无显著差异,实验组卵巢中FSHR、ERβ、PR mRNA表达量显著高于对照组,实验组子宫中ERα、ERβ、FSHR和PR mRNA表达量显著高于对照组。结论:高剂量的蜂王浆在一定程度上影响雌性大鼠的生长发育。沈芳 刘振国 沈杰 吉挺 2015食品科学2015,36,3:2

8蜂王浆主蛋白2在昆虫细胞-杆状病毒系统中的表达与鉴定显示文摘本研究旨在利用昆虫细胞-杆状病毒表达系统表达蜂王浆主蛋白2(MRJP2),为后续MRJP2功能的深入研究提供材料。根据GenBank中意大利蜜蜂(Apis mellifera L.)MRJP2基因序列,经PCR扩增、克隆至真核表达载体pFastBac1,构建重组杆状病毒质粒MRJP2-Bacmid并转染至Sf9昆虫细胞,以P2代杆状病毒感染Sf9细胞进行诱导表达,利用层析柱和离子交换柱对表达产物进行纯化,并通过SDS-PAGE、Western blotting及四极杆静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱仪(Q Exactive)对目的蛋白进行分析验证。结果显示,本试验成功构建杆状病毒质粒MRJP2-Bacmid,转染至Sf9昆虫细胞并获得表达产物。SDS-PAGE和Western blotting验证结果表明,本研究成功利用昆虫细胞-杆状病毒表达系统表达出大小约为52 ku的MRJP2重组蛋白,且纯度较高;质谱分析结果显示,该重组蛋白匹配到蜜蜂蛋白质数据库中MRJP2的特异性肽段为39个,序列覆盖率为61%,且与MRJP2的匹配得分最高,进一步确认该重组蛋白为MRJP2。本研究利用昆虫细胞-杆状病毒表达系统成功表达出MRJP2,为后续该蛋白生物学功能的深入研究奠定了基础。段香媛 武江利 魏俏红 冯毛 2021中国畜牧兽医2021,48,10:0
9Aloe Royal Jelly Powder Contributes to Maintain Normal Immunity: a Randomized Clinical Trial显示文摘Objective: To study the safety and the function of maintaining normal immunity of product with royal jelly lyophilized powder and whole-leaf aloe drying powder as main raw materials. Methods: Selected 125 subjects qualified for inclusion/exclusion criteria for a trial test.(The trial group lost 9 subjects. The control group lost 6 subjects.54 effective subjects of trial group includes 12 men and 42 women. 56 effective subjects of control group including 9 men and 47 women.) The trial group was evaluated by self-control and inter-group comparison, after 90 days of continuous use of aloe royal jelly. Results: There are significant differences in the overall feeling, physiological feeling, psychological feeling and comprehensive evaluation of the individuals in the trial group after 90 days (P<0.001), which are higher than before. The control group has no statistically significant difference in the comprehensive evaluation before and after the trial (P>0.05). The ratio of CD4/CD8, IgG, IgA and IgM in the trial group and the placebo control group are above the normal low-limit. There is no obvious abnormality in indicators of blood test, blood biochemistry, liver and kidney function and other clinical tests.
