1长期微波辐射致大鼠心脏损伤远后效应的定量研究显示文摘目的探讨不同剂量长期微波辐射对大鼠心脏损伤远后效应的影响,为微波辐射损伤防治奠定基础。方法采用0 mW/cm^2、2.5 mW/cm^2、5 mW/cm^2、10 mW/cm^2微波连续辐射220只雄性Wistar大鼠(1次×6 min/d,5次/周,共30 d),于辐射后6 h、7 d、14 d、1 m、3 m、6 m、9 m、12 m和18m,采用全自动血生化检测仪检测大鼠外周血清中Ca^(2+)、AST、CK和LDH含量,采用多导生理记录及分析系统,记录标准II导联的心电图,并运用光镜及电镜观察大鼠心脏组织结构。结果 (1)2.5 mW/cm^2组大鼠心脏功能和组织结构于辐射后18 m内均未见明显异常。(2)5 mW/cm^2组大鼠于辐射后6 h和7 d,大鼠外周血清中Ca^(2+)浓度和LDH含量明显升高(P<0.01);心肌纤维波浪状排列、线粒体空化、肿胀。(3)10 mW/cm^2组辐射后6 h、7 d和14 d,大鼠外周血清中Ca^(2+)浓度、CK和LDH含量明显升高(P<0.01),心率和心电图P-H明显降低(P<0.05或0.01),心肌纤维波浪状排列、线粒体空化、肿胀。结论 2.5 mW/cm^2长期微波辐射后大鼠心脏功能、组织结构及超微结构未见显著改变;5 mW/cm^2和10 mW/cm^2微波辐射可致大鼠心脏功能、组织结构及超微结构损伤,上述改变与辐射剂量呈正相关。张静 张博 王惠 徐新萍 姚斌伟 赵黎 董霁 王浩宇 彭瑞云 2017中国体视学与图像分析2017,22,1:6
2电磁波复合暴露对大鼠精子的影响研究显示文摘目的探讨电磁波复合暴露对大鼠精子的损伤作用。方法二级Wistar雄性大鼠100只,随机分为对照组、10 mW/cm^2S波段组(S10)、10 mW/cm^2L波段组(L10)和10 mW/cm^2S与L波段复合组(LS10),采用平均功率密度为10 mW/cm^2的L和S波段微波辐射6 min。分别于辐射后14d、28 d,采用SCA精子动态分析系统检测精子活动度、活力参数和运动参数;于辐射后7 d、14 d、28d,采用HE染色和定量分析技术检测精子畸形率。结果辐射后14 d,与对照组相比,L10和SL10组A+B级精子减少(P<0. 05),C级和D级精子增加(P<0. 05),活力参数VSL、VAP、BCF降低(P<0. 05)。辐射后28 d,与对照组相比,L10和SL10组A+B级精子减少(P<0. 05),C级和D级精子增加(P<0. 05),活力参数L10组的VSL、VAP、BCF和SL10组的VCL下降(P<0. 05); SL10与S10相比,C级和D级精子增加(P<0. 05); L10与S10相比,C级和D级精子增加(P<0. 05),VCL下降(P<0. 05)。L10和SL10组于辐射后7 d和14 d精子畸形率升高(P<0. 05)。结论 L和S波段微波复合暴露可导致大鼠精子损伤,表现为精子活动度、活力参数下降,畸形率升高;电磁波复合暴露对大鼠精子损伤与辐射方式和频率有关,复合暴露损伤效应加重,L波段比S波段损伤显著。姚斌伟 王惠 张静 赵黎 董霁 高亚兵 谭胜芝 张博 白岩锌 徐新萍 王青 彭瑞云 2018中国体视学与图像分析2018,23,3:5
3Establishment of injury models in studies of biological effects induced by microwave radiation显示文摘Microwave radiation has been widely used in various fields,such as communication,industry,medical treatment,and military applications.Microwave radiation may cause injuries to both the structures and functions of various organs,such as the brain,heart,reproductive organs,and endocrine organs,which endanger human health.Therefore,it is both theoretically and clinically important to conduct studies on the biological effects induced by microwave radiation.The successful establishment of injury models is of great importance to the reliability and reproducibility of these studies.In this article,we review the microwave exposure conditions,subjects used to establish injury models,the methods used for the assessment of the injuries,and the indicators implemented to evaluate the success of injury model establishment in studies on biological effects induced by microwave radiation.Yun-Fei Lai Hao-Yu Wang Rui-Yun Peng 2021Military Medical Research2021,8,2:3
4Dynamic Expression of Hyperpolarization-activated Cyclic Nucleotide-gated Cation Channel 4 Involved in Microwave Induced Pacemaker Cell Injuries显示文摘To investigate the mechanisms of microwave induced pacemaker cell injuries, Wistar rats and the primary pacemaker cells of newborn Wistar rats were exposed to microwave at average power density of 50 m W/cm2. Slower spontaneous beating rate, intercellular Ca2+ aggregation and cell membrane perforation were detected immediately after the exposure. Moreover, hyperpolarizationactivated cyclic nucleotide-gated cation channel 4(HCN4) was down-regulated immediately after the exposure and up-regulated at 12 h after the exposure. In the sinoatrial node(SAN) of the rats, HCN4 expression increased from day 1 to day 28 after microwave exposure, then declined from 3rd month to 6th month, which was consistent with the changes of ratio of β1-adrenergic receptor(β1-AR) and muscarinic type 2 acetylcholine receptor(M2-Ach R). 6Dose-dependent Cardiac Dysfunction and Structural Damage in Rats after Shortwave Radiation显示文摘Objective To detect the effects of shortwave radiation on dose-dependent cardiac structure and function in rats after radiation and to elucidate the mechanism of shortwave radiation induced cardiac injury to identify sensitive indicators and prophylactic treatment.Methods One hundred Wistar rats were either exposed to 27 MHz continuous shortwave at a power density of 5,10,and 30 mW/cm^2 for 6 min or undergone sham exposure for the control(the rats had to be placed in the exposure system with the same schedules as the exposed animals,but with an inactive antenna).The Ca^2+,glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase(AST),creatine kinase(CK)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)content in the peripheral serum of the rats were detected by an automatic blood biochemical analyser.The electrocardiogram(ECG)of standard lead II was recorded by a multi-channel physiological recording and analysis system.The cardiac structure of rats was observed by light and electron microscopy.Results The results showed that the 5,10,and 30 mW/cm^2 shortwave radiation caused a significant increased in the levels of Ca2+,AST,CK,and LDH in the peripheral serum of rats.The cardiac structure was damaged by radiation and showed a disordered arrangement of myocardial fibres,the cavitation and swelling of myocardial mitochondria.These injuries were most significant 7 d after radiation and were not restored until 28 d after radiation.Conclusion Shortwave radiation of 5,10,and 30 mW/cm^2 can damage rat cardiac function,including damage to the tissue structure and ultrastructure,especially at the level of the myocardial fibres and mitochondria.Shortwave radiation at 5,10,and 30 mW/cm^2 induced damage to rat heart function and structure with a dose-effect relationship,i.e.,the greater the radiation dose was,the more significant the damage was.ZHANG Jing YU Chao YAO Bin Wei WANG Hui ZHAO Li XU Xin Ping DONG Ji WANG Hao Yu HAO Yan Hui PENG Rui Yun 2020Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2020,33,8:1
7安多霖对微波辐射远后损伤效应治疗机制的定量研究显示文摘目的定量研究安多霖对微波辐射致大鼠脑、心脏和生殖损伤远后效应的治疗作用机制。方法 30只二级雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、辐射对照组及安多霖治疗组,每组10只。采用30 m W/cm2微波辐射大鼠,辐射时间为15 min。安多霖治疗组于辐射后即刻给予1.5 g/kg/d安多霖水溶液,每天1次,连续14 d。于辐射后6 m,采用免疫印迹和定量分析等技术检测大鼠海马组织中NMDAR蛋白NR1、NR2A和NR2B含量变化;采用多功能酶标仪检测海马组织中ATP含量,睾丸组织中MDA和CAT含量和心脏组织中LDH、ATP和SOD含量。结果 (1)辐射对照组大鼠海马组织中NR1蛋白、ATP含量,心脏组织中ATP、SOD和LDH含量均未见明显异常;海马组织中NR2A和NR2B蛋白含量显著升高,睾丸组织中CAT含量显著降低,MDA含量显著升高。(2)安多霖治疗组大鼠海马组织中NR2A和NR2B蛋白含量,睾丸组织中CAT和MDA含量恢复正常。结论 (1)30 m W/cm2微波辐射可引起大鼠海马组织中NR2A和NR2B蛋白升高,睾丸组织中CAT降低、MDA含量升高;(2)1.5 g/kg/d安多霖对微波辐射所致的上述指标改变具有恢复作用;(3)安多霖对微波辐射所致脑和生殖远后损伤治疗作用是通过调节NMDAR、CAT及MDA含量而发挥作用的。张静 高亚兵 姚斌伟 王惠 赵黎 徐新萍 董霁 王浩宇 彭瑞云 2015中国体视学与图像分析2015,20,4:1
8微波辐射对家兔血清心肌酶活性及心脏血流动力学的影响显示文摘采用平均功率密度为100 m W/cm2和200 m W/cm2的微波照射新西兰家兔20 min,探讨微波辐射对家兔心肌酶活性及心脏血流动力学影响及其意义。结果表明,微波照射5 min后,家兔呼吸(R)、心率(HR)加快。100 m W/cm2照射10~15 min后,家兔血压(BP)和左心室收缩压(LVSP)升高,左心室内压最大上升速率(+dp/dtm)和左心室内压最大下降速率(-dp/dtm)增加,左心室舒张压(LVDP)和左心室终末舒张压(LVEDP)下降,等容舒张时间室内压下降的时间常数(T)值减小;心电图(ECG)R波、QR波异常,偶发全身抽搐。200 m W/cm2照射5 min后,ECG异常以R波、QR波畸形较多,有锯齿形波,出现多次全身抽搐;照射15~20 min时,LVDP明显下降,T值减小,+dp/dtm和-dp/dtm明显增加。照射停止后,各组家兔R、HR立刻减慢,BP下降。停止照射6 h时,R、HR继续减慢,BP不断下降,LVSP逐渐降低,+dp/dtm和-dp/dtm减少,LVDP和LVEDP逐渐升高,T值增大。照射后各组家兔血清心肌酶活性明显升高。实验证明高功率微波辐射对家兔心脏结构和舒缩功能有明显影响,且损伤作用与照射强度密切相关。李妍 沈楠 朱文赫 钟秀宏 侯建成 吕士杰 2016辐射防护2016,36,6:1
9微波辐射致心脏损伤机制与防护研究进展显示文摘心脏是微波辐射敏感的靶器官之一,是维持生命活动的必需器官以及循环系统的动力器官,其功能异常可影响全身各器官系统的血液供应。因此,微波辐射对心脏的影响已逐渐成为国内外学者关注的焦点。本文就目前检索到的文献,对微波辐射后心肌细胞损伤机制、窦房结损伤机制、心脏电传导功能损伤机制及心脏损伤的防护进行综述,为研究微波辐射致心脏损伤的预防、诊断和治疗措施奠定基础。尹玥 张静 彭瑞云 2021解放军预防医学杂志2021,39,1:0
