| 1 | 布托啡诺复合氟比洛芬酯用于剖宫产术后镇痛的效果研究显示文摘目的:探讨布托啡诺复合氟比洛芬酯用于剖宫产术后镇痛的临床疗效,为加快剖宫产术后恢复及母婴健康提供参考。方法:选取2012年3月~2013年3月间在该院妇产科择期行剖宫产的产妇120例,随机分为A、B、C三组,每组40例。各组术后均静脉注射负荷剂量的布托啡诺1 mg,A组在手术完成时静脉注射氟比洛芬酯50 mg,注射1次/8 h,共注射2次,之后三组均行自控静脉镇痛(PCIA)。A组和C组均给予布托啡诺4μg/(kg·h),B组给予5μg/(kg·h),单次给药剂量为3μg/kg,锁定时间0.5 h。对比三组产妇术后6、12、24、36 h抑制疼痛及镇静效果以及头晕、呕吐的发生率。结果:术后6、12、24 h时,A组切口痛VAS评分和宫缩痛评分均明显低于B组和C组,B组明显低于C组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);剖宫产后各时间段B组Ramsay镇静评分明显高于A组和C组,A组明显高于C组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。剖宫产后12 h及12~36 h,三组产妇的阴道总出血量及子宫底高度之间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。A组产妇PCIA总次数明显少于B组和C组,B组总次数明显少于C组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);B组产妇头晕发生率明显高于C组及A组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:布托啡诺4μg/(kg·h)PCIA复合氟比洛芬酯用于剖宫产术后具有较好的镇痛效果,且不影响子宫复旧及阴道出血量。 | 马晓春 李娟 周玮 | 2014 | 中国妇幼保健2014,29,27: | 8 |
| 2 | Ribogenomics: the Science and Knowledge of RNA显示文摘Ribonucleic acid(RNA) deserves not only a dedicated field of biological research –– a discipline or branch of knowledge –– but also explicit definitions of its roles in cellular processes and molecular mechanisms. Ribogenomics is to study the biology of cellular RNAs, including their origin, biogenesis, structure and function. On the informational track, messenger RNAs(mRNAs) are the major component of ribogenomes, which encode proteins and serve as one of the four major components of the translation machinery and whose expression is regulated at multiple levels by other operational RNAs. On the operational track, there are several diverse types of RNAs –– their length distribution is perhaps the most simplistic stratification –– involving in major cellular activities, such as chromosomal structure and organization, DNA replication and repair, transcriptional/ post-transcriptional regulation, RNA processing and routing, translation and cellular energy/ metabolism regulation. | 3 | 高效液相色谱法测定乳汁和血浆中的氟比洛芬浓度显示文摘目的:建立高效液相色谱法检测产妇母乳和血浆中氟比洛芬的方法,用于评估产妇乳汁/血药浓度百分比。方法:以卡马西平为内标,乳汁和血浆样品加入1 mol·L^(-1)的盐酸溶液后用正己烷∶乙酸乙酯(1∶4)萃取,选择C_(18)柱检测,以甲醇-6.85 mmol·L^(-1)磷酸-乙腈(30∶40∶30)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为247 nm,柱温为30℃。结果:乳汁和血浆中氟比洛芬的浓度分别在0.02~5.00μg·mL^(-1)(R^2=0.999 7)和0.05~10.00μg·mL^(-1)(R2=0.999 2)内线性关系良好,日内、日间RSD均低于6%。20例产妇24,36,48 h的乳汁/血药浓度百分比分别为6.87%,6.33%,6.58%。结论:该方法快速、简便、灵敏度高、重现性好。氟比洛芬在乳汁中分布较少。 | 肖仲祥 王晓燕 郑海燕 赵乐萍 胡国新 | 2017 | 中国医院药学杂志2017,37,22: | 1 |
| 4 | Identification and analysis of mouse non-coding RNA using transcriptome data显示文摘Transcripts are expressed spatially and temporally and they are very complicated, precise and specific; however, most studies are focused on protein-coding related genes. Recently, massively parallel c DNA sequencing(RNA-seq) has emerged to be a new and promising tool for transcriptome research, and numbers of non-coding RNAs, especially linc RNAs, have been widely identified and well characterized as important regulators of diverse biological processes. In this study, we used ultra-deep RNA-seq data from 15 mouse tissues to study the diversity and dynamic of non-coding RNAs in mouse. Using our own criteria, we identified totally 16,249 non-coding genes(21,569 non-coding RNAs) in mouse. We annotated these non-coding RNAs by diverse properties and found non-coding RNAs are generally shorter, have fewer exons, express in lower level and are more strikingly tissue-specific compared with protein-coding genes. Moreover, these non-coding RNAs show significant enrichment with transcriptional initiation and elongation signals including histone modifications(H3K4me3, H3K27me3 and H3K36me3), RNAPII binding sites and CAGE tags. The gene set enrichment analysis(GSEA) result revealed several sets of linc RNAs associated with diverse biological processes such as immune effector process, muscle development and sexual reproduction.
