1基于虚拟电厂“热电解耦”的负荷优化调度及经济效益分析显示文摘我国北方冬季供暖期,大量热电联产机组工作在'以热定电'运行模式下,造成了系统调峰能力不足,弃风形势严峻。能有效减少弃风的风电供热由于经济效益问题和调度平台尚未完善,难以大规模推广应用。针对上述问题,该文将一定供热区域内的热电厂、风电场、光伏电站组成虚拟电厂,形成利益整体,并加入风电供热设备实现热电联产机组的'热电解耦'。首先描述了虚拟电厂的组成结构和运行方式,其次建立了虚拟电厂热电负荷优化调度模型,对比了不同的虚拟电厂运行策略,并采用自适应免疫遗传算法进行求解,实现了虚拟电厂内部热电负荷优化调度。通过算例分析,验证所建立模型的合理性与有效性;表明在虚拟电厂中加入风电供热设备的运行策略可以有效地减少出力偏差与环保代价,提高经济效益;风电供热容量在一定范围内越高或风光预测精度越高,虚拟电厂经济效益越好,同时体现了虚拟电厂作为一个利益整体的经济性优势。袁桂丽 王琳博 王宝源 2017中国电机工程学报2017,37,17:70
2Modified Cuckoo Search Algorithm to Solve Economic Power Dispatch Optimization Problems显示文摘A modified cuckoo search(CS) algorithm is proposed to solve economic dispatch(ED) problems that have nonconvex, non-continuous or non-linear solution spaces considering valve-point effects, prohibited operating zones, transmission losses and ramp rate limits. Comparing with the traditional cuckoo search algorithm, we propose a self-adaptive step size and some neighbor-study strategies to enhance search performance.Moreover, an improved lambda iteration strategy is used to generate new solutions. To show the superiority of the proposed algorithm over several classic algorithms, four systems with different benchmarks are tested. 4Optimal Combined Heat and Power Economic Dispatch Using Stochastic Fractal Search Algorithm显示文摘Combined heat and power(CHP)generation is a valuable scheme for concurrent generation of electrical and thermal energies.The interdependency of power and heat productions in CHP units introduces complications and non-convexities in their modeling and optimization.This paper uses the stochastic fractal search(SFS)optimization technique to treat the highly non-linear CHP economic dispatch(CHPED)problem,where the objective is to minimize the total operation cost of both power and heat from generation units while fulfilling several operation interdependent limits and constraints.The CHPED problem has bounded feasible operation regions and many local minima.The SFS,which is a recent metaheuristic global optimization solver,outranks many current reputable solvers.Handling constraints of the CHPED is achieved by employing external penalty parameters,which penalize infeasible solution during the iterative process.To confirm the strength of this algorithm,it has been tested on two different test systems that are regularly used.The obtained outcomes are compared with former outcomes achieved by many different methods reported in literature of CHPED.The results of this work affirm that the SFS algorithm can achieve improved near-global solution and compare favorably with other commonly used global optimization techniques in terms of the quality of solution,handling of constraints and computation time.Muwaffaq I.Alomoush 2020Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2020,8,2:2
