| 2 | 中医药对大肠癌信号通路的调控作用显示文摘大肠癌是一种复杂的疾病,其发生发展涉及多个信号通路的异常。中医药在大肠癌的治疗中发挥了积极的作用,可以通过调控多个信号通路,影响大肠细胞增殖、细胞周期、细胞凋亡、细胞衰老、细胞自噬、化疗耐药、上皮-间质转化、细胞侵袭和转移、血管生成等生物过程,从而发挥治疗的作用。研究显示,藤龙补中汤可以调控p16/p21-Rb信号通路,阻滞大肠癌细胞周期,促大肠癌细胞衰老。斑蝥素、白花蛇舌草、藤龙补中汤等中药可以调控大肠癌细胞凋亡通路,激发大肠癌细胞凋亡。黄芩素、和厚朴酚、左金丸等中药可以调控大肠癌核转录因子(NF)-κB通路,抑制大肠癌细胞增殖、促大肠癌细胞凋亡,增强化疗药的敏感性。澳洲茄胺、苦参碱、透脓散等中药可以调控大肠癌磷脂酰肌醇3激酶(PI3K)/蛋白激酶B(Akt)通路,抑制大肠癌细胞增殖、促大肠癌细胞凋亡。Diterpenoid C,蟾毒灵,凌草乙素等可以调控大肠癌有丝分裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)通路,抑制大肠癌细胞增殖、促大肠癌细胞凋亡或自噬。姜黄素、半枝莲、健脾复方等可以调控大肠癌分泌型糖蛋白(Wnt)/β-链蛋白(β-catenin)通路,抑制大肠癌细胞增殖或转移。去甲斑蝥素、乌索酸、海带多糖等可以调控大肠癌表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)通路,抑制大肠癌细胞增殖,阻滞细胞周期或激发细胞凋亡。氧化苦参碱、健脾解毒方、片仔癀等可以调控转化生长因子(TGF)-β/Smad通路,抑制大肠癌上皮-间质转化和转移。白花蛇舌草、半枝莲、肠复康等可以调控Hedgehog通路,抑制大肠癌血管生成。 | 王菁雯 沈克平 胡兵 | 2018 | 中国实验方剂学杂志2018,24,1: | 18 |
| 3 | Therapeutic targets of Traditional Chinese Medicine for colorectal cancer显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To explore the role of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) in the prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer and identify possible therapeutic targets of TCM to provide clues for the use of TCM for colorectal cancer prevention and treatment in the clinic and to find novel directions for new drug discovery for colorectal cancer.METHODS: We used Pub Med and Google to search for and collect scientific publications for a full evaluation of current evidence in the literature indicating the potential role of Chinese herbal medicines and their respective ingredients as effective candidatesforcolorectalcancerpreventionandtreatment.RESULTS: We extracted a detailed description of potential therapeutic Chinese herbal medicines and their constituent ingredients that target different mechanisms in colorectal cancer such as gene mutation, dysregulation of signaling pathways, metabolism disorders, and the inflammatory microenvironment, including both conventional and non-conventional approaches.CONCLUSION: TCM may be a promising complementary and alternative therapy for the treatment of colorectal cancer. | Li Weidong Li Chunsheng Zheng Honggang Chen Guohong Hua Baojin | 2016 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2016,36,2: | 14 |
| 4 | Chinese herbal medicines for prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer: From molecular mechanisms to potential clinical applications显示文摘Worldwide, colorectal cancer(CRC) is one of the most common malignant tumors, leading to immense social and economic burdens. Currently, the main treatments for CRC include surgery, chemotherapy,radiotherapy and immunotherapy. Despite advances in the diagnosis and treatment of CRC, the prognosis for CRC patients remains poor. Furthermore, the occurrence of side effects and toxicities severely limits the clinical use of these therapies. Therefore, alternative medications with high efficacy but few side effects are needed. An increasing number of modern pharmacological studies and clinical trials have supported the effectiveness of Chinese herbal medicines(CHMs) for the prevention and treatment of CRC.CHMs may be able to effectively reduce the risk of CRC, alleviate the adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy, and prolong the survival time of patients with advanced CRC. Studies of molecular mechanisms have provided deeper insight into the roles of molecules from CHMs in treating CRC. This paper summarizes the current understanding of the use of CHMs for the prevention and treatment of CRC, the main molecular mechanisms involved in these processes, the role of CHMs in modulating chemotherapyinduced adverse reactions, and CHM's potential role in epigenetic regulation of CRC. | 5 | 和厚朴酚对人结肠癌细胞及Wnt信号通路的影响及调控作用显示文摘目的 探讨和厚朴酚(HNK)对人结肠癌细胞及Wnt信号通路的影响和调控作用。方法 采用结晶紫染色法和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)蛋白表达检测HNK对人结肠癌LoVo细胞增殖的抑制作用;利用流式细胞仪和Caspase-3蛋白表达观察HNK对人结肠癌LoVo细胞凋亡的影响;利用荧光素酶报告质粒检测HNK对Wnt信号通路中β-catenin/Tcf4转录活性的影响;蛋白的表达采用Western blot检测。结果 HNK剂量依赖性地抑制细胞增殖( P <0.05),并诱导细胞凋亡。荧光素酶报告质粒检测结果显示,HNK在10.0 μmol/L时就能明显降低LoVo细胞中β-catenin/Tcf4转录活性( P <0.05)。结论 HNK能抑制人结肠癌细胞增殖,诱导其凋亡,该作用可能与HNK抑制Wnt信号通路的转导有关。 | 吴柯 薛莱 韩萍 | 2019 | 检验医学与临床2019,16,12: | 6 |
| 6 | 和厚朴酚抑制胰腺癌细胞增殖和侵袭及其机制显示文摘目的观察和厚朴酚(HNK)对胰腺癌SW1990细胞增殖和侵袭的影响,探讨其机制。方法用HNK处理SW1990细胞,细胞增殖与活性检测法[细胞计数试剂盒(CCK-8)]检测细胞增殖能力,流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡率;侵袭实验检测细胞侵袭能力。反转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)及Western blot检测HNK对上皮型钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)及Wnt/β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)信号通路mRNA及蛋白表达的调节作用。结果HNK对SW1990细胞有明显的生长抑制作用,且呈时间-剂量依赖性。细胞晚期凋亡率分别为(2.10±0.44)%、(15.25±1.39)%、(25.75±1.00)%、(60.19±3.14)%(F=572.336,P=0.000)。穿过Transwell小室基底膜的细胞数量分别为(170.40±12.20)、(95.20±6.98)、(54.80±5.63)、(21.40±4.93)个(F=321.703,P=0.000)。RT-PCR及Westem blot结果显示,β-catenin、原癌基因(c-Myc)、B淋巴细胞/白血病-xl(bcl-xl)、生存素(Survivin)、波形蛋白(Vimentin) mRNA及蛋白表达下调,bcl-2相关X蛋白(bax)、E-cadherin、半胱氨酰天冬氨酸特异性蛋白酶-3(Caspase-3) mRNA及蛋白表达上调,呈浓度依赖性。结论和厚朴酚可以明显抑制胰腺癌细胞SW1990的增殖与侵袭,其机制可能与HNK抑制Wnt/β-catenin信号通路有关。 | 杨庆龙 李春亮 刘瑶 许春芳 | 2018 | 中华实验外科杂志2018,35,8: | 4 |
| 7 | 基于结直肠癌发病机制的中医药防治效应靶点显示文摘结直肠癌是常见的恶性肿瘤之一,目前主要采用放疗或化疗的治疗方案,虽然能在一定程度上缓解患者的症状,但是治疗过程产生的不良反应严重影响了疗效的发挥。中医药在防治结直肠癌方面具有疗效确切和安全性高的优势,是结直肠癌防治的补充替代疗法。笔者将肠癌的发病机制作为切入点,从基因突变、信号通路调控异常、炎性微环境等3方面对中医药防治肠癌的可能作用靶点进行系统总结,归纳出Wnt/β-catenin信号通路、单磷酸腺苷活化蛋白激酶(AMPK)、Stat3基因、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)、P53基因等主要作用靶点,以期进一步为临床中医药防治肠癌和有效药物的研发提供思路和线索。 | 陈雪 何善泉 李卫东 | 2023 | 世界中医药2023,18,21: | 0 |
