1口服缓控释系统的研究进展显示文摘目的:综述口服缓控释系统的研究进展。方法:以'骨架片''渗透泵片''纳米技术''缓控释制剂'等为关键词,在Elsevier期刊、清华大学镜像、中国期刊全文数据库等检索源检索相关文献,筛选2009-2014年口服缓控释系统的释药机制、剂型及制备技术等研究进行综述。结果:共检索到相关文献651 055篇,其中有效文献237篇。口服缓控释制剂的释药机制主要有扩散、溶蚀、溶出、渗透泵和离子交换等,常用剂型有骨架片、渗透泵片、胃滞留制剂、结肠定位制剂、定时脉冲胶囊等,最新的制备技术有纳米制剂技术、靶向制剂技术、固体分散技术和半固体制剂技术等。结论:口服缓控释系统的研究与开发已经成为缓控释制剂发展的一个重要方向,但作为一种新型给药系统仍需进一步研究。齐晓丹 马志鹏 宋益民 2015中国药房2015,26,16:10
2Tough superabsorbent poly(acrylic acid) nanocomposite physical hydrogels fabricated by a dually cross-linked single network strategy显示文摘In this work, we report a facile method for the preparation of tough and highly stretchable physical hydrogels by dual cross-linking composed of vinyl-hybrid silica nanoparticles(VSNPs) as multivalent covalent cross-linking and hydrogen bonding as physical cross-linking. Poly(acrylic acid) nanocomposite physical hydrogels(NCP gels) are obtained without adding any organic chemical cross-linkers. When the content of VSNPs is 0.7 wt%(relative to the monomer), the NCP gels exhibit good mechanical properties(fracture strength = 370 k Pa, elongation at break = 2200%) and a high swelling capacity in both deionized water(2300 g/g) and saline(220 g/g). 3A facile one-step route to synthesize titania hollow microspheres with incontinuous multicavities显示文摘The titania hollow microspheres with incontinuous multicavities were successfully fabricated via an oil/ water(O/W) emulsion process accompanied by sol–gel reaction in the presence of polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP). In the one-step route, the addition of PVP to the tetrabutyl titanate(TBT) 1-octanol solution as the oil phase of the O/W emulsion clearly expands the size of the cavities inside the microspheres. The and atoleine alters the polarity of the oil phase to affect the interior structure significantly. The Span 80 is used as a stabilizer to preserve spherical shape. A preliminary mechanism based on phaseseparation for the structural evolution of titania hollow microspheres with multicavities is suggested. 4Amphiphilic poly(ethylene glycol)-b-poly(ethylene brassylate)copolymers: One-pot synthesis, self-assembly, and controlled drug release显示文摘A set of amphiphilic poly(ethylene glycol)-b-poly(ethylene brassylate)(PEG-b-PEB) copolymers based on the PEB hydrophobic block was first synthesized by ring-opening polymerization of ethylene brassylate with an organic catalyst. The EB/PEG molar ratios and reaction times were adjusted to achieve different chain lengths of PEB. Block copolymers that were characterized by1 H NMR and GPC could selfassemble into multimorphological aggregates in aqueous solution, which were characterized by DLS and TEM. The hydrophobic doxorubicin(DOX) was chosen as a drug model and successfully encapsulated into the nanoparticles. 5Effects of concave and convex substrate curvature on cell mechanics and the cytoskeleton显示文摘In order to understand how cells respond to concave and convex subcellular surface structures,colloidal crystal array and honeycomb-structured surfaces composed of highly ordered hexagonal units with completely inverse curvature were fabricated via facile self-assembly and breath figure approaches,respectively.The influence of hexagonal surface curvature on cell fate was subsequently investigated.Cells underwent more extensive spreading on the convex colloidal crystal array surface,while adhesive forces were higher on the concave honeycomb surface.The behaviors of cells on the different surfaces were investigated by comparing cell morphology,cellular adhesive force and cytoskeleton structure.The results revealed comprehensive differences in cell behavior between those on concave honeycomb surfaces and convex colloidal crystal arrays.Shuang-Shuang Chen Xue-Min Lu Qing-Hua Lu 2017Chinese Chemical Letters2017,28,4:0
