| 1 | 驱油剂石油磺酸盐对原油乳液破乳的影响显示文摘驱油剂石油磺酸盐(Sa)在采出液中的浓度随其注入时间的延长而增大,对采出液破乳的影响也加大。作者详细研究了ρ(Sa)对含油质量分数30%的原油乳液破乳的影响规律,分析了4种不同分子结构破乳剂的效果。结果表明,不加破乳剂条件下,乳状液的脱水率随p(Sa)增大而下降,当乳液中加入ρ(Sa)=0~300mg/L时,沉降2h脱水率由59.55%降至50.74%。从乳液粘度、油水界面张力等方面分析了原因。加破乳剂后,破乳初期脱水率随ρ(Sa)增大而降低,破乳后期ρ(Sa)影响减弱。破乳剂SP169分子结构与石蜡基原油、及乳化剂sa分子有较好相似相容性,因此破乳效果最好。 | 刘立新 刘远 陆浩宇 李子旺 曹华宝 | 2015 | 化工科技2015,23,2: | 7 |

| 3 | 油田采出水Zeta电位和中值粒径对絮凝效果条件研究显示文摘该研究依据动态电泳光散射理论进行Zeta电位测定,利用多个激光源的光束投射测定中值粒径,采用絮凝沉降测定胶体颗粒的絮凝体积及沉降速度。着重考察不同采出水添加剂、聚醚类破乳剂、杀菌剂1227、阻垢剂EDTMP、咪唑啉类缓蚀剂与聚合氯化铝(PAC)复配对颗粒聚集Zeta电位、中值粒径、絮凝体积、沉降速度与颗粒聚集之间的关系。结果表明:不同的采出水添加剂对其絮凝效果影响不同,当聚合氯化铝(PAC)加量为0.8 mg/L时,聚醚类破乳剂浓度为0.8 mg/L,杀菌剂浓度为0.8 mg/L,阻垢剂浓度为0.6 mg/L,絮凝效果最佳;选择的咪唑啉类缓蚀剂因其具有较强的分散能力,使得粒子间结合能力变差,上清液浑浊,絮凝效果差。因此在选择采出水添加剂时应该选择配伍性良好的缓蚀剂,从而达到最佳的絮凝效果。 | 何静 王满学 周普 顾菁华 | 2021 | 非常规油气2021,8,1: | 4 |
| 4 | 猪场废水厌氧-好氧处理出水的深度处理显示文摘采用烧杯试验,比较了絮凝、氧化法对猪场废水厌氧-好氧处理出水的净化效果。絮凝对厌氧-好氧出水中污染物有较好的去除作用,综合考虑处理效果和药剂费用,生石灰+PAM组合为最适絮凝剂组合,PAM终浓度为2mg·L-1,生石灰适宜终浓度为800 mg·L-1。在此条件下,絮凝对COD去除率能够达到68.9%,TP去除率98.9%,色度降低87.5%,出水能达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)一级标准。氧化剂对厌氧-好氧出水中污染物去除有一定效果,从处理效果和药剂费用综合考虑,次氯酸钙为最适宜氧化剂,适宜终浓度为1000 mg·L-1。在此条件下,次氯酸钙对COD,氨氮,TP的去除率分别达到56.9%,76.4%、76.4%,色度降低98.4%。采用PAM和次氯酸钙组合处理,COD,TP,浊度去除效果明显改善。絮凝法对污染物的去除效果优于氧化法,氧化法的脱色效果优于絮凝。从药剂费用看,氧化法明显高于絮凝法。 | 杨迪 邓良伟 郑丹 刘刈 王兰 杨红男 | 2015 | 中国沼气2015,33,5: | 3 |
| 5 | Study on the thixotropy and structural recovery characteristics of waxy crude oil emulsion显示文摘Waxy crude oil emulsion has thixotropic properties at the temperature near gel point,which is a macromechanical characterization of the structure failure and recovery of waxy crude oil emulsion.In this paper,the thixotropic behaviors of waxy crude oil emulsion near gel point were studied using hysteresis loop formed by stress linear increase and decrease,as well as the structural recovery characteristics.The influence of the loading conditions and water content on the thixotropy of waxy crude oil emulsion were analyzed with hysteresis loop area.The concept of'structural recovery'was introduced to study the degree of structural recovery after different stewing,and influencing factors were taken into account.Results have shown that for waxy crude oil emulsion,the failure to fully restore of the structure after lysis is the cause of the formation of hysteresis loop,and the loading conditions will not affect the strength of thixotropy and the degree of structural recovery.Additionally,the dispersed phase droplets weaken the thixotropy and structure recovery characteristics of waxy crude oil emulsion,and the greater the water content,the weaker the thixotropy.The findings can help to better understand the safe and economic operation of waxy crude oil-water pipeline transportation. | Li-Ping Guo Xue Han Yun Lei Lei Wang Peng-Fei Yu Shuang Shia | 2021 | Petroleum Science2021,18,4: | 2 |
| 6 | Dissociation of polar oil components in low salinity water and its impact on crude oil-brine interfacial interactions and physical properties显示文摘Despite many efforts into the study of fluids interaction in low salinity water flooding, they are not probing the basics of transport phenomena between the involved phases. This work is aimed to bring new understanding of fluid-fluid interaction during low salinity water flooding through a series of organized experiments in which a crude oil sample with known properties was kept in contact with different brine solutions of various ionic strengths. Measuring brine pH, conductivity and crude oil viscosity and density for a period of 45 days illustrates the strong effect of the contact time and ionic strength on the dissociation of polar components and physical properties of the crude oil and brine. Besides, the interfacial tension(IFT) measurements show that the interfacial interactions are affected by several competitive interfacial processes. By decreasing the ionic strength of the brine, the solubility of naphthenic acids in the aqueous solution increases, and hence,the conductivity and the pH of the aqueous phase decrease. To verify this important finding, UV-Vis spectroscopy and 'H NMR analysis were also performed on aged brine samples.
