| 1 | 聚乙烯基胺包裹Fe_3O_4@SiO_2磁性微球用于Knoevenagel缩合(英文)显示文摘Polyvinyl amine coated Fe3O4@SiO2 composite microspheres with a core‐shell structure were prepared and employed as a magnetic catalyst for Knoevenagel condensation under mild conditions. The catalyst can be readily recovered using a magnet and reused several times without loss in activity or selectivity. | 2 | Synthesis of 2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-ones catalyzed by a-chymotrypsin显示文摘We discovered that a-chymotrypsin has a promiscuous ability to catalyze the cyclocondensation of aromatic and aliphatic aldehydes with 2-aminobenzamides to afford the corresponding 2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-ones successfully in high yields(90%–98%) under alcohol solvent. The catalytic activity of a-chymotrypsin was evaluated through investigating the temperature, the enzyme loading and the ratio of substrates in the enzyme-catalyzed reactions.
