1Multi-objective optimization of a mixed-flow pump impeller using modified NSGA-II algorithm显示文摘In order to maintain a uniform distribution of pareto-front solutions, a modified NSGA-II algorithm coupled with a dynamic crowding distance(DCD) method is proposed for the multi-objective optimization of a mixed-flow pump impeller. With the pump meridional section fixed, ten variables along the shroud and hub are selected to control the blade load by using a three-dimensional inverse design method. Hydraulic efficiency, along with impeller head, is applied as an optimization objective; and a radial basis neural network(RBNN) is adopted to approximate the objective function with 82 training samples. Local sensitivity analysis shows that decision variables have different impacts on the optimization objectives. Instead of randomly selecting one solution to implement, a technique for ordering preferences by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS) is introduced to select the best compromise solution(BCS) from pareto-front sets. The proposed method is applied to optimize the baseline model, i.e. a mixed- flow waterjet pump whose specific speed is 508 min?1?m3s?1?m. The performance of the waterjet pump was experimentally tested. Compared with the baseline model, the optimized impeller has a better hydraulic efficiency of 92% as well as a higher impeller head at the design operation point. Furthermore, the off-design performance is improved with a wider highefficiency operation range. After optimization, velocity gradients on the suction surface are smoother and flow separations are eliminated at the blade inlet part. 2Review on development of volumetric particle image velocimetry显示文摘Volumetric particle image velocimetry(PIV)is a laser technique measuring three-component velocity field in a volume.Common volumetric PIV techniques are defocusing PIV,multi-view PIV and holographic PIV.Tomographic PIV is an advanced approach of multi-view PIV,which significantly improves the spatial resolution of the measurement by using the multiplicative algebraic reconstruction technique(MART)to reconstruct the particle field.Due to the rapid progress being made in volumetric PIV measurements,this article focuses on introducing the principles of different volumetric PIV methods from aspects of particle reconstruction and velocity reconstruction.Advantages and limitations on applications are elaborated.Issues specific to volumetric PIV regarding illumination,digital imaging,depth of focus,ghost particle and spatial resolution are discussed.GAO Qi WANG HongPing SHEN GongXin 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,36:16

4Numerical prediction of 3-D periodic flow unsteadiness in a centrifugal pump under part-load condition显示文摘Numerical simulation and 3-D periodic flow unsteadiness analysis for a centrifugal pump with volute are carried out in whole flow passage, including the impeller with twisted blades, the volute and the side chamber channels under a part-load condition. The pressure fluctuation intensity coefficient(PFIC) based on the standard deviation method, the time-averaged velocity unsteadiness intensity coefficient(VUIC) and the time-averaged turbulence intensity coefficient(TIC) are defined by averaging the results at each grid node for an entire impeller revolution period. Therefore, the strength distributions of the periodic flow unsteadiness based on the unsteady Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes(URANS) equations can be analyzed directly and in detail. It is shown that under the 0.6Qd es. condition, the pressure fluctuation intensity is larger near the blade pressure side than near the suction side, and a high fluctuation intensity can be observed at the beginning section of the spiral of the volute. The flow velocity unsteadiness intensity is larger near the blade suction side than near the pressure side. A strong turbulence intensity can be found near the blade suction side, the impeller shroud side as well as in the side chamber. The leakage flow has a significant effect on the inflow of the impeller, and can increase both the flow velocity unsteadiness intensity and the turbulence intensity near the wall. The accumulative flow unsteadiness results of an impeller revolution can be an important aspect to be considered in the centrifugal pump optimum design for obtaining a more stable inner flow of the pump and reducing the flow-induced vibration and noise in certain components.裴吉 袁寿其 李晓俊 袁建平 2014Journal of Hydrodynamics2014,26,2:9
5Evaluating the accuracy performance of Lucas-Kanade algorithm in the circumstance of PIV application显示文摘Lucas-Kanade(LK) algorithm, usually used in optical flow filed, has recently received increasing attention from PIV community due to its advanced calculation efficiency by GPU acceleration. Although applications of this algorithm are continuously emerging,a systematic performance evaluation is still lacking. This forms the primary aim of the present work. Three warping schemes in the family of LK algorithm: forward/inverse/symmetric warping, are evaluated in a prototype flow of a hierarchy of multiple two-dimensional vortices. Second-order Newton descent is also considered here. The accuracy & efficiency of all these LK variants are investigated under a large domain of various influential parameters. It is found that the constant displacement constraint, which is a necessary building block for GPU acceleration, is the most critical issue in affecting LK algorithm's accuracy, which can be somehow ameliorated by using second-order Newton descent. 6基于粒子图像测速的离心泵叶轮内流动分离测试与分析显示文摘离心泵在小流量工况下运行极易产生流动分离,严重影响泵的运行稳定性。为了揭示离心泵小流量工况下叶轮内流动分离的变化规律,对一比转数为73的离心泵小流量工况下叶轮内部流动进行了PIV测试和分析,并以流动偏移角和回流强度为参数对测试结果做了量化分析。不同工况的测试结果表明,0.6Qd工况下叶轮内开始出现流动分离,到0.2Qd工况下流动分离已发展充分;随着流量的降低分离泡向流道中部和出口方向移动发展。0.2Qd工况下不同相位的试验结果显示叶轮流道接近隔舌时会出现分离泡,经过隔舌后分离泡迅速发展,远离隔舌后分离泡逐渐消失。流动偏移角的量化分析能够准确反映出叶轮流道内分离泡的数目;回流强度的量化分析表明叶片旋转过隔舌135°后,动静干涉对流动分离的作用明显减弱。吴贤芳 刘厚林 杨洪镔 谈明高 王凯 2014农业工程学报2014,30,20:6
7超低比转速离心泵关阀启动瞬态特性分析显示文摘为探究超低比转速离心泵关阀启动瞬态特性,该文以一台比转速为25的超低比转速离心泵为研究对象,在关死点工况下对稳态和关阀启动瞬态过程进行数值模拟,并与试验结果进行对比,研究表明:在关死点稳态工况下性能曲线与试验测得结果变化趋势相同,最大偏差小于5%,验证了数值模拟的准确性;关阀启动过程,不同启动加速度下启动过程的末期均出现一个冲击扬程;在相同转速时,稳态过程中间截面的静压分布、相对速度流线分布和进口管路内相对速度与关阀启动瞬态过程分布趋势存在差异。关阀启动瞬态过程内部流场的发展总体上滞后于关死点稳态过程内部流场。研究结果可为进一步研究超低比转速离心泵启动的瞬态过程特性提供参考。王勇 陈杰 刘厚林 邵昌 张翔 2017农业工程学报2017,33,11:4
8动静叶栅内固液两相过渡过程的数值研究显示文摘为了研究过渡过程动静叶栅内固液两相流的瞬态流动特性,以导叶式离心泵为研究对象,进行几何建模及结构化网格划分,借助Fluent软件,基于Mixture多相流模型、分离涡湍流模型及用户自定义函数,对其全流道进行三维瞬态数值模拟计算.对过渡过程动静叶栅内瞬态流动进行分析,结果表明:过渡过程中,位于动叶进口背面的低压区范围扩大,位于动叶工作面靠近轮缘处的高压区范围缩小;随着时间增加,动叶栅流道内的涡持续产生、合并,并在静叶栅内破碎、耗散,且流量增大,使得动叶进口处的流动滞止,导致动叶进口逐渐产生旋涡;流量未增大到设计流量之前,固相容易沉积在静叶栅出口;在流量瞬态增加到设计流量时,动叶栅子午面中间流线上的固相体积分数总体变小且趋于均匀分布.韩伟 岳婷 李仁年 金毅 蒋雷 胡鹏林 2015排灌机械工程学报2015,33,2:1
