1Numerical Investigation of Pressure Distribution in a Low Specific Speed Centrifugal Pump显示文摘To study the pressure distribution of the volute casing, front casing and back casing in a prototype centrifugal pump, the pressure experiments and numerical simulations are carried out at six working conditions in this paper. The experimental results shows that the asymmetry of static pressure distribution on volute casing and front cavity is caused by the tongue of the volute and it may result in high radial and axial resultant force which can cause vibration and noise in the centrifugal pump. With the increasing of flow rate, the asymmetry of static pressure distribution and the magnitude of static pressure values reduce. The numerical results indicate that the pressure fluctuation near the tongue is strongest and it becomes slighter at point away from the tongue. With the increasing of flow rate, the local high-pressure region in impeller passage reduces and the flow becomes smoother accordingly, whereas the fluid speed becomes much higher which may cause further flow losses. The results predicted by numerical simulation are in coincident with the experimental ones. 2叶片出口角对离心泵性能的影响及滑移系数修正显示文摘为研究不同叶片出口角对两级离心泵性能的影响,以25-150/2-30/N型两级矿用潜水离心泵为研究对象,采用计算流体动力学软件CFX,基于N-S方程和SIMPLE算法,选用标准k-ε湍流模型,对4组不同叶片出口角下两级离心泵进行定常数值模拟.模拟得到不同叶片出口角下两级离心泵性能曲线,并对扬程、效率及功率进行对比分析,同时分析泵内部流场的压力和速度分布规律.结果表明:叶片出口角对离心泵性能有明显影响,随着叶片出口角增大,扬程逐渐上升,轴功率则在大流量区趋于平稳;内部流场中,叶轮进口低压区面积扩大,出口高压区面积缩小;叶片压力面低速区增大,叶轮流道靠近叶片压力面处出现旋涡.同时,应用数理统计和回归分析,以不同叶片出口角下离心泵的理论扬程为依据,对斯托达拉滑移公式进行修正.曹卫东 张忆宁 姚凌钧 2017排灌机械工程学报2017,35,9:2
3Numerical Investigation of the Transient Flow and Frequency Characteristic in a Centrifugal Pump with Splitter Blades显示文摘To analyze the internal flow characteristics of each subchannel in a low-specific-speed centrifugal pump with splitter blades,the time histories and frequency spectra of pressure fluctuations and the distributions of the corresponding flow states in one impeller channel were investigated through the numerical analysis.Performance experiments and particle image velocimetry (PIV) tests were carried out to verify the results of the numerical calculations.The results suggested that the simulation analysis agreed well with the test results.The time histories and frequency spectra of pressure fluctuations depending on its location (close to or away from the volute tongue) present different changes.The predominant frequency of each monitor point equals to five or ten times shaft frequency.The jet-wake flow pattern at each subchannel separated by splitter blade in one impeller channel is not circumferentially uniform.For the channel away from volute tongue,the magnitude of turbulence kinetic energy in pressure side subchannel is well larger than that in suction side subchannel.With the increase in flow rate,the region close to the elbow of the volute outlet emerges a large-scale vortex.LI Guidong ZHANG Jinfeng MAO Jieyun YUAN Shouqi JIA Jing 2021Journal of Thermal Science2021,30,2:0
