1Coal petrology characteristics of middlings from Qianjiaying fat coal mine显示文摘The objective of this paper is to evaluate the coal petrology characteristics of slack middlings(13–0.5 mm)of dense media separation and flotation middlings from Qianjiaying fat coal preparation plant.Phase composition,macerals distribution,microlithotype and mineral occurrence of the two middlings were studied by XRD analysis and polarized light microscopy observation.Macerals distribution and wettability of the float-and-sink products separated from the middlings after grinding was investigated to determine the liberation degree.Studies show that there are more vitrinite and mineral,but less inertinite in slack middlings than in flotation middlings.Macerals associated with mineral in slack middlings is 69.85%,by volume,which is 17.86%higher than that in flotation middlings.Minerals in slack middlings are dominated by pyrite and clay,which are disseminated with the diameter less than2 lm.The main mineral in flotation middlings is clay with size range of 2–20 lm.Single macerals in the slack middlings are diffcult to liberate due to the fne-grained minerals.After grinding,macerals associated with minerals in the slack middlings decrease to 46.73%,by volume,which is higher than in flotation middlings by 25.89%,by volume.For slack middlings with poor liberation degree,density fractions below1.8 g/cm3is hydrophobic with contact angle above 71.5°.For the well liberated flotation middlings,there is signifcant wettability difference among the float-and-sink products.This research is the theoretical basis to realize re-separation of middlings.Zou Wenjie Cao Yijun Zhang Zhijun Liu Jiongtian 2013International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2013,23,5:8
2改进分水岭算法在TBM岩碴片识别与测量中的应用显示文摘针对岩石隧道掘进机(TBM)刀盘滚刀磨损实时监测的需要,提出了一种基于机器视觉系统的在线监测方式。通过实时监测输送带上的大尺寸岩碴片来实现间接监测滚刀磨损的目的,而不需要复杂昂贵的仪器。同时,改进了分水岭分割算法,并提出一种消除无效背景分割的方法,使其适用于岩碴片图像分割;并采用最小矩形拟合法测量岩碴片的长短轴尺寸。实验结果表明:所提方法能够快速准确地分割岩碴片,并完成尺寸的测量。总体上,算法稳定,能满足监测要求。甘章泽 谢敬华 夏毅敏 杨妹 李清友 2020传感器与微系统2020,39,11:8
3基于图像分析的粗粒煤堆密度组成估计显示文摘针对煤样密度组成人工测量的滞后性,提出了一种基于图像分析的粗粒煤堆密度组成实时估计方法.引入煤堆图像定向分割算法和全局分割算法,提取了50个煤粒表面特征参数,根据其随密度级的变化趋势筛选出了3个有效特征参数,利用改进的KNN算法预测煤粒密度级,并结合煤粒质量模型实时估计煤堆密度组成.测试结果表明,粗粒煤堆密度组成估计的绝对误差最高为7.15%,最低为1.41%.张泽琳 杨建国 苏晓兰 丁利华 2013中国矿业大学学报2013,42,5:5
4级配散粒体循环荷载下变形特性的离散元模拟显示文摘为了研究散粒体的级配对其变形特性的影响,通过建立二维离散单元模型,选取不同围压和初始密度,对不同级配的散粒体在循环荷载作用下的累积变形进行了研究.研究发现:在相同初始孔隙率或者初始相对密度条件下,随着级配不均匀系数的增加,散粒体变形均呈现增长趋势;在低围压下,所有试样均发生不同程度的剪胀,变形随着加载次数的增加而快速增长;当围压增加时,试样由剪胀转为剪缩,变形减小、趋于稳定.增加土体的初始密度和围压可以显著增加其内部配位数,从而有效抑制塑性变形.孙逸飞 宋顺翔 高玉峰 2018中国矿业大学学报2018,47,4:3
5基于图像处理的球团矿粒度检测系统及分割算法研究显示文摘本文为了实现球团矿粒度在线检测,使用CCD相机对球团矿颗粒图像连续采集,并针对采集图像噪点多、整体图像较暗特点,确定滤波去噪、图像增强、自适应阈值化、形态学处理的预处理方案,经过预处理的球团矿图像效果较好,降低了图像分割难度。同时,针对球团矿颗粒图像的黏连区域的分割问题,提出一种基于自适应标记的优化分水岭分割算法,对分割后球团矿图像的实际粒径进行计算并统计。结果表明:系统的检测精度达到97.69%,可满足球团矿生产工艺要求。白志城 魏子赫 谢文卓 王学华 2021烧结球团2021,46,5:3
6Development of a mass model in estimating weight-wise particle size distribution using digital image processing显示文摘Particle size distribution of coarse aggregates through mechanical sieving gives results in terms of cumulative mass percent. But digital image processing generated size distribution of particles, while being fast and accurate, is often expressed in terms of area function or number of particles. In this paper, a mass model is developed which converts the image obtained size distribution to mass-wise distribution, making it readily comparable to mechanical sieving data. The concept of weight/particle ratio is introduced for mass reconstruction from 2D images of particle aggregates. Using this mass model, the effects of several particle shape parameters(such as major axis, minor axis, and equivalent diameter) on sieve-size of the particles is studied. It is shown that the sieve-size of a particle strongly depend upon the shape parameters, 91% of its variation being explained by major axis, minor axis, bounding box length and equivalent diameter. Furthermore, minor axis gives an overall accurate estimate of particle sieve-size, error in mean size(D-50) being just 0.4%. However, sieve-size of smaller particles(<20 mm) strongly depends upon the length of the smaller arm of the bounding box enclosing them and sieve-sizes of larger particles(>20 mm) are highly correlated to their equivalent diameters. Multiple linear regression analysis has been used to generate overall mass-wise particle size distribution, considering the influences of all these shape parameters on particle sieve-size. Multiple linear regression generated overall mass-wise particle size distribution shows a strong correlation with sieve generated data. The adjusted R-square value of the regression analysis is found to be 99 percent(w.r.t cumulative frequency). 7细精煤压滤脱水压密过程模型研究显示文摘为揭示难脱水细精煤压滤脱水过程特点,以永城浮选精煤压滤脱水过程压密段的滤饼为研究对象,通过滤饼切片微观结构成像分析及细精煤压滤脱水实验验证,研究了细精煤筒式压滤脱水压密过程,建立了细精煤筒式压滤脱水的压密过程模型,提出了压密过程参数压密比的计算方法.结果表明:压密比理论计算与试验结果基本一致,最大相对误差为16%,最小为1.1%;滤饼压密时间28s附近为实际压密终点控制区;细精煤压滤脱水压密过程由精煤颗粒与滤饼孔隙协同决定.巩冠群 张英杰 谢广元 2013中国矿业大学学报2013,42,6:2
