2边沁桉组培苗嫩枝扦插关键因子研究显示文摘本研究以边沁桉组培苗采穗母株上的半木质化枝条为试材,采用随机区组设计的方法,针对嫩枝扦插中基质选择、母株选择、插穗预处理方法等关键因子开展了嫩枝扦插技术研究。结果表明:对生根率和平均每株生根数,扦插基质和母株株龄均有显著影响,预处理配方有极显著影响,而预处理时间无显著影响,预处理配方与预处理时间的交互作用也无显著影响;从1~3 a生的组培苗采穗母株上剪取穗条,以黄心土:水苔(2~3:1)为扦插基质,插穗用IBA300 mg·L^-1+NAA200 mg·L^-1浸泡预处理30 min,扦插后每7 d浇灌1次IBA0.3 mg·L^-1+NAA0.2 mg·L^-1的溶液直至生根,其生根率达76.3%以上,平均每株生根数达3.8条以上,是边沁桉组培苗嫩枝扦插的最佳方法。饶红欣 邹建文 罗先权 2019桉树科技2019,36,3:0
3Integrated assessment of adventitious rhizogenesis in Eucalyptus : root quality index and rooting dynamics显示文摘Clonal propagation of eucalypts has considerable importance due to the increasing demands for short rotation tree crops.Rooting quality is important as it governs the soil exploitation capacity of the plant and the anchorage of trees which are susceptible to wind damage.This study assesses the quality of adventitious rooting by coppice cuttings of commercially important Eucalyptus clones using multiple attribute ranking of the diff erences in parameters of root growth.The eff ects of diff erent concentrations of indole-3-butyric acid(IBA)on root development were observed.Cuttings were treated with 500,1000,4000,6000 mg L−1 IBA and tannic acid for 10 s,2 h and 24 h.Total length of root systems,number of roots,shoot to root ratios,number of root segments,extent of forking,rooting percentage,average root diameters,and number of root tips were measured.Grey relational analysis was used to create a comparability sequence to rank treatments.Reducing the concentration of auxin(IBA)and increasing the length of exposure produced better quality roots in Eucalyptus camaldulensis and interspecifi c hybrids(reciprocal hybrids of E.tereticornis and E.camaldulensis),while the opposite was observed with E.tereticornis clones.A root quality index was proposed,based on the Dickson quality index for the assessment of root system characteristics and considered total mass,shoot:root ratios,total length of root systems,and average root diameters.It has the advantage of implementation convenience.A positive correlation was obtained between grey relational analysis grades and root quality index.Rooting dynamics were studied by evaluating the total length of the root system at seven-day intervals and plotting daily current and medium increments using regression analysis.The curves showed the variation in growth rates among the diff erent clones,and their intersection gave the optimal time of permanence(time at which further growth is restricted)which varied considerably.The highest daily current increment was 35–40 days for all clones.Romeet Saha Harish Singh Ginwal Girish Chandra Santan Barthwal 2020Journal of Forestry Research2020,31,6:0
4Non-aerated liquid culture promotes shoot organogenesis in Eucalyptus globulus Labill显示文摘Eucalyptus is very recalcitrant to in vitro culture.In this research, an efficient shoot organogenesis system was developed using 60-day-old plants of Eucalyptus globulus grown in vitro and non-aerated liquid medium to improve shoot proliferation. Cultures were initiated with hypocotyls and leaf segments from plantlets cultivated on semisolid 1/2 MS modified medium supplemented with 4.44 μM 6-Benzyladenine(BA) and 16.1 μM 1-Naphthaleneacetic acid(NAA). Calli were transferred to shoot induction medium, with either 0.5 or 2.7 μM NAA. Shoot multiplication was carried out on 4.44 μM BA + 0.5 μM NAA medium, and semisolid and non-aerated liquid systems were compared for improving shoot proliferation.Rooting of adventitious shoots was evaluated on medium containing NAA or Indole-3-butyric acid-IBA(5 and16 μM). Callogenesis was obtained from both types of explants, although shoot formation was only obtained from leaf-derived calli. Shoot proliferation on 4.44 μM BA+0.5 μM NAA resulted in the most shoots/callus.Non-aerated liquid medium was more efficient in promoting shoot multiplication(53.5 shoots/callus) than was semisolid medium(28.5 shoots/callus). Levels of phenolic compounds were significantly reduced in the shoots cultivated in liquid medium. 5Mini-cutting technique for Khaya anthotheca: selection of suitable IBA concentration and nutrient solution for its vegetative propagation显示文摘Khaya anthotheca is a hardwood species from Africa and recently introduced to Brazil. This species yields high-quality wood for diverse applications, but little has been done toward an effective propagation method for large-scale production in nurseries. We evaluated the effects of different concentrations of macro and micronutrients(i.e., 100, 50 and 25% of the concentration of a referenced solution) combined with indole-3-butyric acid(IBA) at 0 and 2 g L^(-1) on the survival rate of mini-stumps and the survival and adventitious rooting of K. anthotheca mini-cuttings. The mini-stumps were grown from a source of seeds imported from Ghana, West Africa. The ministumps survived at a high rate(97%). Consistently high shoot yields were obtained from the mini-stumps(average of 1.8 per mini-stump). High survival percentage of minicuttings and adventitious rooting were observed when solutions with 100 and 50% of the nutrients concentration were combined with 2 g L^(-1) IBA. Histological sections analyzed through optical microscopy indicated the tissues from mini-cutting stems were juvenile, which might have stimulated adventitious rooting.
