| 1 | Multi-quasiparticle rotational bands in neutron-rich erbium isotopes显示文摘Multi-quasiparticle states and rotational bands in neutron-rich erbium isotopes have been investigated by the configuration-constrained pairing-deformation-frequency self-consistent total-Routhian-surface (TRS) method with particle-number-conserved pairing. Specifically, the recently observed Kn=4-bands in 168,170,172 Er have been found to experience a configuration change in our calculation. Some other multi-quasiparticle states with uncertain configuration assignments have been reinvestigated by calculating their collective rotations. | 2 | Projected total energy surface description for axial shape asymmetry in ^(172)W显示文摘The projected total energy surface(PTES)approach has been developed based on the triaxial projected shell model(TPSM)hybridized with the macroscopic–microscopic method.The total energy of an atomic nucleus is decomposed into macroscopic,microscopic and rotational terms.The macroscopic and microscopic components are described with the liquid drop model and Strutinsky method,respectively,and the rotational energy is given by the TPSM,the term beyond the mean field.To test theory,the PTES calculations have been carried out for the yrast states of the well deformed rare earth nucleus172W,and the theoretical results are in good agreement with the experimental data.By using the equilibrium quardrupole deformations(ε2andγ)determined by the PTES,the calculation of the transition quardrupole moment(Qt)in function of spin also reproduces the experimental data.A comparison between the PTES and TRS methods has been made for theoretical and application uses. | TU Ya CHEN YongShou GAO ZaoChun YU ShaoYing LIU Ling | 2014 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2014,57,11: | 3 |
| 3 | Collective rotations of fission isomers in actinide nuclei显示文摘Using the total-Routhian-surface(TRS)method,the rotational behaviors of fission isomers in the second well of actinide nuclei234 242U,236 244Pu and238 246Cm were investigated.The pairing-deformation-frequency self-consistent TRS calculations reproduced reasonably the experimental moments of inertia extracted from spectroscopic data.It is calculated that,in these largelyelongated(β2≈0.65 andβ4≈0.03)fission isomers,theν12[981]neutron andπ12+[651]proton align simultaneously at rotational frequencyω≈0.4 0.6 MeV(corresponding to spin I≈80),which leads to clear upbending in moments of inertia(MoI’s).Our calculations have indicated that the hexadecapole deformationβ4influenced significantly the frequency of the rotational alignment of the proton12+[651]orbit. | XIE KePing KE WeiYao LIANG WuYang FU XiMing JIAO ChangFeng PEI JunChen XU FuRong | 2014 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2014,57,2: | 2 |
| 4 | Collective properties of neon isotopes investigated by projected shell model显示文摘Collective phenomenon in neon isotopes is an interesting topic.However,even the ground-state deformations cannot be well described by theories.Recently,QJ Zhi and ZZ Ren[Phys Lett B 638:166(2006)]have suggested an improved Nilsson potential,which can give a suitable description of ground-state properties in magnesium isotopes.In order to test the description of neon isotopes located around the‘‘island of inversion’’,we have used this potential to provide the deformed basis for the projectedshell-model calculations.The low-lying spectra and transition properties of neon isotopes can be reproduced reasonably.The gyromagnetic factors of neon isotopes have also been investigated.The structures of excited states along the yrast line are studied in the language of band diagrams. | Guoxiang Dong Xiaobao Wang Furong Xu Shaoying Yu | 2014 | Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,29: | 2 |
