| 1 | Broadband ultrafast nonlinear optical response of few-layers graphene: toward the mid-infrared regime显示文摘Gapless linear energy dispersion of graphene endows it with unique nonlinear optical properties, including broadband nonlinear absorption and giant nonlinear refractive index. Herein, we experimentally observed that fewlayers graphene has obvious nonlinear absorption and large nonlinear refraction, as investigated by the Z-scan technique in the mid-infrared(mid-IR) regime. | 3 | Sensitive monitoring of RNA transcription levels using a graphene oxide fluorescence switch显示文摘Catalytic transfer of genetic information from DNA to RNA is very important in life activities. The unconventional RNA transcription level may be related to the source of genetic diseases. At present, conventional methods for detection of RNA transcripts usually involve cumbersome preparative steps, or require sophisticated laboratory equipments. In this study, we presented a rapid, sensitive nano-detection platform for monitoring of RNA transcript levels. T7 RNA polymerase transcription reaction is employed as the example to test the feasibility of this method. In this design, in vitro synthesized RNA products can be hybridized to the FAM labeled single strand DNA (ssDNA) probes which can be adsorbed onto the graphene oxide (GO) surface. Using GO as the fluorescence switch, excellent capacity of the signal-on fluorescence platform for detection of RNA transcripts level is demonstrated. Transcription levels sensing with this nano-platform achieved a sensitivity of 5 pmol/L transcription template. | 6 | Isothermal detection of RNA transcription levels using graphene oxide-based SYBR Green I fluorescence platform显示文摘An isothermal graphene oxide(GO)-based SYBR Green I fluorescence platform for sensitive detection of RNA transcription levels is proposed. Briefly, a synthesized T7 DNA template was transcribed by T7 RNA polymerase, to producemany copies of single-stranded(ss) RNA transcripts. The ssRNA transcripts were then hybridized with a label-free ssDNA probe which alone will be adsorbed on the GO surface. The resultant double-stranded(ds) RNA:DNA hybrids were incubated with GO and SYBR Green I. Then the hybrid binding with SYBR Green I emits enhanced fluorescence for detection. Experimental results show that the detection limit of the method is 0.5 pmol/L of T7 DNA template. A calibration curve with a linearity range of 0.5 pmol/L to 5 nmol/L is established, thus, making quantitative analysis feasible. | 8 | Physical properties and device applications of graphene oxide显示文摘Graphene oxide(GO),the functionalized graphene with oxygenated groups(mainly epoxy and hydroxyl),has attracted resurgent interests in the past decade owing to its large surface area,superior physical and chemical properties,and easy composition with other materials via surface functional groups.Usually,GO is used as an important raw material for mass production of graphene via reduction.However,under different conditions,the coverage,types,and arrangements of oxygen-containing groups in GO can be varied,which give rise to excellent and controllable physical properties,such as tunable electronic and mechanical properties depending closely on oxidation degree,suppressed thermal conductivity,optical transparency and fluorescence,and nonlinear optical properties.Based on these outstanding properties,many electronic,optical,optoelectronic,and thermoelectric devices with high performance can be achieved on the basis of GO.Here we present a comprehensive review on recent progress of GO,focusing on the atomic structures,fundamental physical properties,and related device applications,including transparent and flexible conductors,field-effect transistors,electrical and optical sensors,fluorescence quenchers,optical limiters and absorbers,surface enhanced Raman scattering detectors,solar cells,light-emitting diodes,and thermal rectifiers. | Xiao-Ming Huang Li-Zhao Liu Si Zhou Ji-Jun Zhao | 2020 | Frontiers of physics2020,15,3: | 0 |
| 9 | RGO-CdSe纳米复合材料的制备及其光学非线性吸收特性显示文摘通过两相法制备了氧化石墨烯-硒化镉(GO-CdSe)纳米复合材料,并进一步通过水合肼还原,制备了还原氧化石墨烯-硒化镉(RGO-CdSe)纳米复合材料。通过透射电镜(TEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、紫外可见光吸收(UV-Vis)光谱和荧光(PL)光谱对复合材料的形貌、结构和光学特性进行了表征。CdSe量子点为闪锌矿结构,粒径在6nm左右,基本均匀的分布在RGO片上。在波长为532nm、脉冲宽度为30ps的激光作用下,采用单光束Z扫描技术,对复合材料的三阶光学非线性吸收性质进行了研究。研究发现,RGO-CdSe纳米复合材料展现出反饱和吸收的非线性光学特性;相对于未附着CdSe量子点的RGO,复合材料的光学非线性吸收特性有所增强。RGO-CdSe纳米复合材料的非线性吸收系数为18.3cm/GW,高于纯RGO的11.2cm/GW。实验结果表明,RGOCdSe纳米复合材料在光限幅器、光开关等光学器件方面有着潜在的应用前景。 | 尉乔南 韩俊鹤 刘军辉 李若平 黄明举 | 2016 | 光电子.激光2016,27,1: | 0 |
