1Zn-Ni-Cu铁氧体/聚邻甲氧基苯胺复合物的制备及电磁性能显示文摘用共沉淀法和溶液原位聚合法分别制备了锌镍铜铁氧体粉末(ZNCF)及其聚邻甲氧基苯胺(POMA)复合物.用粉末X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)等分别表征了产物的结构、形貌、电磁性能.结果表明,ZNCF/POMA复合物的组分之间存在一定的相互作用;POMA对ZNCF粒子的包覆能起到调控样品电磁性能的作用,复合物的磁性能随POMA含量的增加而减小,而电导率则相反;与单一组分相比,POMA/ZNCF复合物表现出更优良的电磁波吸收性能,ωZNCF为20%的复合物的反射损耗峰值和有效带宽分别为-27.32 dB和8.81 GHz,峰值对应的共振频率为11.61 GHz,是颇具应用前景的电磁波吸收材料.李涓碧 吴雪 李良超 陈瑶瑶 丁艳 胡迪琼 傅樑芳 2014中国科学:化学2014,44,3:6
2Preparation and electrical-magnetic properties of Co_(0.6)Cu_(0.16)Ni_(0.24)Fe_2O_4/MWCNTs composites显示文摘Co0.6Cu0.16Ni0.24Fe2O4/multi-walled carbon nanotube nanocomposites (CCNF/MWCNTs) were synthesized by solution filling method.The phase structure,thermal stability,morphology and electrical-magnetic properties of the samples were characterized by means of modern testing technology.The effect of iron concentration,filling time,sintering temperature on their electrical and magnetic performance was discussed.The results indicated that conductivity was related to the content of MWCNTs,while the magnetism correlated with the volume fraction of the filled CCNF in the composites.When the optimal condition satisfied the filling time of 18 h,ferric concentration of 0.25 mol L-1 and sintering temperature of 350°C,the prepared composite had the best magnetic loss performance,and its minimum reflection loss reached-22.47 dB on 9.76 GHz,the available bandwidth was beyond 2.0 GHz.Hence,the obtained composite can be used as advancing absorption and shielding material due to its favorable microwave absorbing property.XIAO QiuShi HAO Bin LI LiangChao WANG WeiXiang JIN Ye CHEN HaiFeng MA Ge 2013Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,4:5
3钴铜镍铁氧体/碳纳米管复合物的制备及电磁性能显示文摘用溶液填充法制备了Co0.6Cu0.16Ni0.24Fe2O4铁氧体/碳纳米管(CCNF/MWNTs)复合物.通过现代测试技术表征了样品的结构、热稳定性、形貌和吸波性能.探讨了铁离子浓度、反应时间、煅烧温度等对其电-磁性能的影响.结果表明,复合物的电导率主要与其中MWNTs的含量有关;磁性与MWNTs中填充CCNF的量成正比.当[Fe3+]=0.25mol/L,填充时间为18h,煅烧温度为350°C时,所制备的CCNF/MWNTs复合物具有最佳的介电损耗和磁损耗性能,且复合物在9.76GHz处的反射损耗极值为22.47dB,有效带宽大于2.0GHz.由此推测,CCNF/MWNTs复合物是一类具有较大潜在应用价值的电磁波吸收材料.肖秋实 郝斌 李良超 王炜祥 金叶 陈海峰 马歌 2013中国科学:技术科学2013,43,4:0
4Fabrication of Z-type barium ferrite/silica composites with enhanced microwave absorption显示文摘The Z-type barium ferrite/silica composites(Z-BCF/SiO2)were fabricated by in situ chemical synthesis method.The composition,structure,morphology and magnetic behavior of the composites were characterized by chemical analysis,IR,XRD,SEM,TEM and VSM.The results indicated that there were some interactions between two components in the Z-BCF/SiO2 composites due to the coating of SiO2 on the Z-BCF particles.The magnetic properties of the Z-BCF/SiO2 composites were evidently less than that of the Z-BCF,owing to the small volume fraction of magnetic components in the samples.Due to the good transmission and loss properties on electromagnetic waves,the composites were better at microwave absorption than the parent component.Therefore,this research laid a foundation for the fabrication of highly efficient microwave absorbing material with enhanced wave impedance matching.SHEN JunHai CHEN KeYu LI LiangChao DING Yan LI JuanBi KONG WeiQiu 2014Science China(Technological Sciences)2014,57,9:0
