1植物缓蚀剂的制备方法与研究方向显示文摘缓蚀剂能够有效抑制金属在酸性介质中的腐蚀,但是多数有机合成类缓蚀剂对环境和人体都有危害。综述了应用于酸性介质中的天然植物绿色缓蚀剂,总结了植物缓蚀剂制备过程中的各类提取方法,包括浸泡法、索氏提取法、超声波提取法等。阐述了失重法、量子化学法等研究手段的优缺点,以及植物缓蚀剂性能改善的技术。植物缓蚀剂的作用机理属于物理化学作用机理范畴。在实际研究中,选取恰当、方便的提取方法,以作用机理为理论指导,借助先进的研究手段对植物提取物进行分析表征,能够进一步推动植物缓蚀剂的研究。此外,对植物缓蚀剂的发展做出了展望,扩大植物缓蚀剂的提取范围,实现植物缓蚀剂的工业化生产、多样化应用,将成为其以后的发展方向。王霞 任帅飞 蒋欢 侯丽 周雯洁 2018表面技术2018,47,3:10

3A green and effective corrosion inhibitor of functionalized carbon dots显示文摘In this work, a green and effective corrosion inhibitor of functionalized carbon dots(FCDs) was synthesized by the conjugation of imidazole and citric acid carbon dots(CA-CDs). The corrosion inhibition behavior of FCDs for Q235 steel in 1 M HCl solution was systematically investigated by electrochemical analysis, corrosion morphology and adsorption isotherm. The electrochemical results implied that the as-prepared FCDs inhibitor could effectively suppress the corrosion of Q235 steel in 1 M HCl solution. At the same time, the inhibition efficiency of steel in 1 M HCl solution was more than 90% when the inhibitor concentration exceeded 100 mg/L. This excellent property was attributed to the coverage of adsorption film on the steel surface, which conformed to the Langmuir adsorption model. 4冬青树叶提取液在1 mol/L盐酸介质中对Q235钢的缓蚀性能显示文摘冬青树叶提取液作为Q235钢酸洗中的天然绿色缓蚀剂,具有一定的环保价值。通过失重法、电化学法、形貌分析等方法研究了冬青树叶提取液在1 mol/L盐酸中对Q235钢的缓蚀性能,并探讨了缓蚀机理。结果表明:通过浸泡+超声波提取得到的冬青树叶提取物缓蚀剂,随其浓度增大缓蚀性能提高,在50℃下当缓蚀剂浓度达到0.8 g/L时,缓蚀率能达到94%;该缓蚀剂属于混合型缓蚀剂,吸附方式为物理吸附,有效缓蚀成分在碳钢表面的吸附符合Langmuir等温吸附。刘子涵 王兴平 盛耀权 李宇春 何壮 2019材料保护2019,52,6:6
5Thermodynamic and Adsorption Behaviour of Medicinal Nitramine as a Corrosion Inhibitor for AISI Steel Alloy in HCl Solution显示文摘The inhibition ability of 2-amino-5-nitrothiazole(Nitramine) against the corrosion of AISI steel 4130 in 1 mol/L HCl solution was evaluated by polarization,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) and chronoamperometry.Polarization studies indicated that nitramine retards both the cathodic and anodic reactions through chemical adsorption and blocks the active corrosion sites.The adsorption of this compound obeyed the Temkin's adsorption isotherm.The inhibition efficiency was increased with inhibitor concentration as well as temperature.EIS data were analysed by equivalent circuit model shows that as the inhibitor concentration increased the charge transfer resistance of steel increased whilst double layer capacitance decreased.Kinetic and thermodynamic parameters such as activation energy,enthalpy,entropy and free energy of activation and adsorption were calculated.Atomic force microscopy and optical microscopy were used to study the steel surface with and without inhibitor.Ali Reza Hosein Zadeh Iman Danaee Mohamad Hosein Maddahy 2013Journal of Materials Science & Technology2013,29,9:5

7Benevolent behavior of Kleinia grandiflora leaf extract as a green corrosion inhibitor for mild steel in sulfuric acid solution显示文摘The ethanolic extract of Kleinia grandiflora leaves was characterized and tested for its potential anticorrosion properties on mild steel in 1 M H2SO4 medium using mass-loss analysis, potentiodynamic polarization measurements, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, UV–visible spectroscopy, and X-ray diffraction analysis. The effect of temperature on the corrosion behavior of mild steel was studied in the range of 308 to 328 K. The inhibition efficiency was observed to increase with increasing concentration of the extract. Polarization curves revealed that the Kleinia grandiflora leaf extract is a mixed inhibitor. Impedance diagrams revealed that an increase of Kleinia grandiflora leaf extract concentration increased the charge transfer resistance and decreased the double-layer capacitance. The adsorption process obeys Langmuir's model, with a standard free energy of adsorption(ΔGads) of-18.62 k J/mol. 8Lactobionic Acid as a New Synergist in Combination with Phosphonate-Zn(Ⅱ)System for Corrosion Inhibition of Carbon Steel显示文摘Studies on lactobionic acid introduced as a synergist in the presence of phosphonobutane-1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid(PBTC) and zinc ions for corrosion control of carbon steel in aqueous environment are presented.The investigations revealed that lactobionic acid(LBA) acts as an excellent synergist in corrosion inhibition.Optimum concentrations of all the three components of the ternary formulation are established by gravimetric studies.Potentiodynamic polarization studies indicate that the new ternary system is a mixed inhibitor.Impedance studies show that a protective film is formed on the metal surface in the presence of the inhibitor formulation.The film is found to exhibit its protective nature even at higher temperatures up to 60 °C.Analysis of the protective film by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and reflection absorption Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy infers the presence of Zn(OH)_2,oxides and hydroxides of iron and the inhibitor molecules in the surface film probably in the form of a complex,[Zn(ll)—PBTC—LBA].The morphological studies by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and the topographical studies by atomic force microscopy(AFM) also indicate the presence of protective film on the metal surface.A plausible mechanism of corrosion inhibition is proposed.S.Srinivasa Rao B.V.Appa Rao S.Roopas Kiran B.Sreedhar 2014Journal of Materials Science & Technology2014,30,1:2
9地面管网含硫酸性腐蚀环境用缓蚀剂的性能与作用机制显示文摘为了改善地面管网含硫酸性高温环境的腐蚀问题,用微波法合成了一种N掺杂碳点缓蚀剂NCDs,采用电化学和失重法测试了NCDs在25、60、90℃下对N80钢片在模拟溶液中的缓蚀作用。结果表明,在相同NCDs浓度下,随温度的升高,缓蚀效率降低。在25℃下,缓蚀剂NCDs质量浓度为150 mg/L时的缓蚀效率达到最大,达94.16%;在60℃下,NCDs质量浓度为200 mg/L时的缓蚀效率最大,为82.92%;在90℃下,NCDs质量浓度为150 mg/L时缓蚀效率达到69.59%。对腐蚀形貌分析发现90℃时,钢片表面的腐蚀坑深度和数目最多。吸附等温曲线表明,NCDs在90℃时吸附平衡常数最大,但高温会使其局部腐蚀更严重。此外发现N掺杂碳点的吸附类型为物理与化学混合吸附。该碳点缓蚀剂可有效解决地面管道高温下的腐蚀,延长使用寿命。李薛 孙振华 周海刚 魏旭 周兆院 刘晶姝 2023油田化学2023,40,3:0
10Combined Computational and Experimental Study on the Adsorption and Inhibition Effects of N_2O_2 Schiff Base on the Corrosion of API 5L Grade B Steel in 1 mol/L HCl显示文摘The electrochemical behavior of low carbon steel(API 5L grade B) in 1 mol/L HCl solution with different concentrations of N,N0-bis(4-formylphenol)-trimethylenediamine Schiff base was studied by electrochemical techniques and density functional theory analysis. The inhibition efficiency was found to increase with increasing inhibitor concentration and decreased with increasing temperature. The high inhibition efficiency was attributed to the blocking of active sites by adsorption of inhibitor molecules on the steel surface.Thermodynamic parameters for the adsorption and activation processes were determined. Galvanostatic polarization data indicated that Schiff base act as a mixed-type inhibitor and the adsorption isotherm obeyed the Langmuir adsorption isotherm.
