1Photoluminescence of Tb-doped MgAl-LDHs depending on phase transition caused by annealing显示文摘This paper presented the photoluminescence of Tb-doped Mg-Al layered double hydroxides(Tb-doped Mg Al-LDHs) depending on phase transition caused by annealing. Tb-doped Mg Al-LDHs structure transformed from hexagonal LDHs, cubic Mg O to spinel Mg Al2O4 phase as temperature varied from 200 to 1000 °C. Emission and excitation spectra of Tb-doped Mg Al-LDHs obviously changed with phase transformation. The emissions of Tb3+ ions attributed to 5D4→7FJ transitions(J=3, 4, 5, 6) were observed in the emission spectra of all the Tb-doped samples. The ratio of(5D4→7F5)/(5D4→7F6) emission intensity, which was sensitive to surroundings of Tb3+ ion, markedly enhanced with temperature rising to 600 from 400 °C. Over 600 °C, the ratio of(5D4→7F5)/(5D4→7F6) intensity tended to decreasing up to 1000 °C. 2CePO4下转换发光材料合成及性质研究显示文摘以Ce(NO3)3·6H2O为铈源,采用水热法,190℃条件下,反应12h合成了CePO4发光材料。研究了三种不同的PO4∶Ce物质的量比对材料形貌、尺寸及荧光性能的影响。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外光谱分析(FTIR)、荧光光谱分析(FS)对所合成的CePO4材料进行了表征。结果表明,合成的八面体形貌的CePO4发光材料,在230~270nm范围内出现多个激发峰;在430~530nm范围内有多个发射峰。随着磷酸根摩尔数的增大,CePO4八面体越大,荧光峰位置及强度发生了变化。张艺 瞿腾飞 2019化学世界2019,60,9:1
