| 1 | 基层育龄人群地中海贫血干预模式的探讨显示文摘目的研究基层育龄人群地中海贫血(简称地贫)的干预模式。方法回顾性分析2013年10月至2014年10月英德地区7 311对夫妇的调查资料,对地贫筛查结果及干预效果进行分析。结果共检出地贫高风险夫妇104对,检出率为1.42%;α地贫高风险夫妇共检出77对,检出率为1.05%;β地贫高风险夫妇共检出27对,检出率为0.37%;7 311对夫妇中,检出Hb H胎儿2例(0.03%),检出重型α地贫胎儿9例(0.12%),重型β地贫胎儿3例(0.04%)。干预后育龄人群的地贫知识明显高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论建立完善的地贫筛查技术平台、工作流程、筛查流程及筛查网络,加强对医务人员及相关技术人员的培训,加大宣传力度和筛查力度,完善遗传咨询、跟踪随访制度能够有效的预防中重型地贫患儿的出生。 | 吴志群 黄劲柏 苏明珍 龙碧娟 巫月红 叶丽华 陆翠群 | 2015 | 中国计划生育和妇产科2015，7，6： | 3 |
| 2 | Variability of anti-human transglutaminase testing in celiac disease across Mediterranean countries显示文摘AIM To verify the precision and accuracy of transglutaminase antibodies(TGA)assays across Mediterranean countries.METHODS This study involved 8 referral centres for celiac disease(CD)in 7 Mediterranean countries.A central laboratory prepared 8 kits of 7 blinded and randomized serum samples,with a titrated amount of Human TGA Ig A.Each sample was analysed three times on three different days,with each centre running a total of 21tests.The results were included in a blindly coded report form,which was sent to the coordinator centre.The coordinator estimated the mean coefficient of Variation(Co Var=σ/μ),the mean accuracy(Accur=Vobserved-Vreal)and the mean percent variation(Var%=[(Vobserved-Vreal)/Vreal]×100).RESULTS The analysis showed that 79.17%of the mean variation fell between-25%and+25%of the expected value,with the accuracy and precision progressively increasing with higher titres of TGA.From values 1.25 times greater than the normal cut-off,the measurements were highly reliable.CONCLUSION TGA estimation is a crucial step for the diagnosis of CD;given its accuracy and precision,clinicians could be confident in establishing a diagnosis. | Andrea Smarrazzo Giuseppe Magazzù Mongi Ben-Hariz Maria Legarda Tamara Virtut Velmishi Elefhteria Roma Aydan Kansu Dusanka Micetic-Turk Enzo Bravi Pio Stellato Carmela Arcidiaco Luigi Greco | 2017 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2017，23，24： | 0 |
