| 1 | 精密复杂曲面零件多轴数控加工技术研究进展显示文摘多轴数控(CNC)加工是现代工业中的标志性加工技术,在能源、动力、国防、运载工具、航空航天等制造领域的关键零部件加工中占据着主导地位。随着这些领域中高端装备性能要求越来越高,涌现出一大批加工难度大、性能指标要求苛刻的精密复杂曲面零件,其加工已由以往单纯的形位精度要求,跃升为形位与性能指标并重的高性能加工要求,给传统的复杂曲面零件数控加工技术带来了严峻挑战。针对精密复杂曲面零件形位精度保证、加工效率提升及动态切削过程可控等关键技术问题,从多轴数控加工的高效加工路径设计、进给率规划以及加工动力学分析等方面,详细论述相关加工技术的研究现状、存在的难点和核心问题,指出可行的解决途径、突破方向和未来的发展趋势,为实现复杂曲面零件的高性能数控加工提供参考和依据。 | 徐金亭 牛金波 陈满森 孙玉文 | 2021 | 航空学报2021,42,10: | 25 |
| 2 | Milling stability analysis using the spectral method显示文摘This paper focuses on the development of an efficient semi-analytical solution of chatter stability in milling based on the spectral method for integral equations. The time-periodic dynamics of the milling process taking the regenerative effect into account is formulated as a delayed differential equation with time-periodic coefficients,and then reformulated as a form of integral equation. On the basis of one tooth period being divided into a series of subintervals,the barycentric Lagrange interpolation polynomials are employed to approximate the state term and the delay term in the integral equation,respectively,while the Gaussian quadrature method is utilized to approximate the integral term. Thereafter,the Floquet transition matrix within the tooth period is constructed to predict the chatter stability according to Floquet theory. | 4 | Fault feature enhancement of gearbox in combined machining center by using adaptive cascade stochastic resonance显示文摘The difficulty to select the best system parameters restricts the engineering application of stochastic resonance(SR) . An adaptive cascade stochastic resonance(ACSR) is proposed in the present study. The proposed method introduces correlation theory into SR,and uses correlation coefficient of the input signals and noise as a weight to construct the weighted signal-to-noise ratio(WSNR) index. The influence of high frequency noise is alleviated and the signal-to-noise ratio index used in traditional SR is improved accordingly. The ACSR with WSNR can obtain optimal parameters adaptively. And it is not necessary to predict the exact frequency of the target signal. In addition,through the secondary utilization of noise,ACSR makes the signal output waveform smoother and the fluctuation period more obvious. | 5 | 基于等弓高误差法的双回转台五轴数控加工后置处理器开发显示文摘为实现B-C轴双转台五轴数控机床复杂曲面的计算机集成制造,在建立机床三维模型的基础上,推导了机床各轴运动坐标同刀位数据之间的映射关系,计算了机床平动坐标和回转坐标间的转换,采用等弓高误差法优化走刀步长,调整走刀行距,解决了普通后置处理器在刀具路径设置方面撞刀、过切的问题,在满足误差要求的情况下减少了刀具路径总长,提高了加工效率。采用VisualC++开发了专用后置处理器,通过VERICUT软件实现了仿真加工,并对复杂球面零件进行加工实验,验证了该后置处理器的可靠性和高效性。 | 高峰 朱延炎 解瑞东 周飞 李艳 | 2017 | 计算机集成制造系统2017,23,6: | 5 |
