| 2 | 腹膜透析患者出现神经精神症状的临床分析显示文摘目的:探讨腹膜透析患者出现神经精神症状的原因、临床表现和转归。方法选取2011年6月~2013年5月我院收治的出现神经精神症状的腹膜透析患者40例作为观察组,选取同期无神经精神症状的腹膜透析患者24例作为对照组,分析出现神经精神症状的原因,比较两组年龄、透析龄、血压和肾功能指标。结果腹膜透析患者出现神经精神症状的常见原因包括毒物蓄积、代谢紊乱、透析失衡、脑血管意外、营养物质缺乏、药物蓄积等;观察组在年龄、透析龄、血压和肾功能指标上与对照组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);35例患者症状缓解,1例患者死亡,死亡率为2.5%。结论造成腹膜透析患者出现神经精神症状的原因比较复杂,主要是毒物蓄积、代谢紊乱、透析失衡、脑血管意外,要积极加强对患者原发病的治疗,随时调整药量和抗生素剂量,促进患者的转归。 | 王晓峰 彭晔 金翠萍 | 2014 | 中国医药科学2014，4，20： | 0 |
