1煤矿顶板岩体微震分布规律研究及其在顶板分带中的应用——以董家河煤矿微震监测为例显示文摘近年来,微震监测在煤矿中得到大量应用。通过对煤矿采动影响微震区微震事件的空间和能量的空间分布规律分析,研究微震事件数沿垂直方向的突变性,进而确定煤矿顶板对变形和破坏其控制作用的关键层。基于关键层是顶板2个分带的分界线的学术思想,以董家河煤矿22517工作面为例,对煤矿顶板沿垂直方向的分带模型进行研究,并和钻孔观测法所得的结果进行对比,得到以下结论:将22517工作面顶板岩体分带分为6带—垮落带,岩块区域,垂直裂缝贯通区域,垂直裂缝带,离层带和弯曲下沉带,其中岩块区域和直裂缝贯通区域组成了传统分带模型中的裂隙带,垂直裂缝带,离层带和弯曲下沉带组成了传统分带模型中的弯曲下沉带。从而加深人们对煤矿顶板岩体变形、破坏的认识,为煤矿顶板分带高度的确定提供新的方法和思路。程关文 王悦 马天辉 唐春安 陈通 马克 2017岩石力学与工程学报2017,36,A02:22
2覆岩分次垮落时留巷顶板离层形成机制显示文摘从采场侧向覆岩活动的阶段特征入手,结合数值模拟分析了顶板离层的形成过程,建立了顶板岩梁受力模型,推导得出了顶板下沉与离层数值的影响因素和算式.在采动期间,巷道顶板同期破断的岩层组间不会发生离层,分次垮落岩层组间的离层值取决于各岩层组力学性质与层厚的差异,并受顶板岩梁旋转基点深度和采空区侧向悬臂长度的影响.提供合理的顶板支护阻力可以约束锚固区内的离层,以高初撑力锚杆索和单体支柱为基础的刚性主动支护,能够扩散和均化支护应力,满足控顶载荷需求并有效控制离层.韩昌良 张农 李桂臣 阚甲广 2012中国矿业大学学报2012,41,6:16
3Overburden fracture evolution laws and water-controlling technologies in mining very thick coal seam under water-rich roof显示文摘Considering the danger of water inrush in mining very thick coal seam under water-rich roof in Majialiang Coal Mine,the universal discrete element(UDEC)software was used to simulate the overburden fracture evolution laws when mining 4#coal seam.Besides,this study researched on the influence of face advancing length,speed and mining height on the height of the water flowing fractured zones(HWFFZ),and analyzed the correlation of face advancing length and change rules of aquifer water levels and goaf water inflow.Based on those mentioned above,this research proposed the following water-controlling technologies:draining the roof water before mining,draining goaf water,reasonable advancing speed and mining thickness.These water-controlling technologies were successfully used in the feld,thus ensured safely mining the very thick coal seam under water-rich roof.Zhang Youxi Tu Shihao Bai Qingsheng Li Jianjun 2013International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2013,23,5:8
4Overburden failure and the prevention of water and sand inrush during coal mining under thin bedrock显示文摘Coal mining under thin bedrock or thick unconsolidated soil layers brings mining problems related to these special geological conditions. The meaning of the term ''thin bedrock'' is defined through the thick- ness statistics of the coal seam and the bedrock layer. The coal-bearing strata having thick, unconsoli- dated aquifers and thin bedrock located at the Taiping Coal Mine in Shandong province were taken as a geological prototype for subsequent study. The geological, hydro-geological and engineering character- istics of the thin bedrock were analyzed. An engineering geological model was than established. Overbur- den failure and the development of ''Three Zones'' were studied by physical model tests. The rupture pattern and rock failure were analyzed for mining conditions under thin bedrock. The height of the caving zone and the freely flowing water fractured zone of different mining thicknesses were separately calcu- lated. The results show that a mining thickness greater than 3.5 m causes the height of the freely flowing water fractured zone to be sufficient to touch the weathered zone and the bottom of the Quaternary sys- tem aquifer, to various degrees. This, then, would lead to water and sand inrush into the working face. Measures to prevent water and sand flow inrush disasters by eliminating the power source are put fore- word. A field dewatering scheme was designed and observational data were obtained. The dewatering project had an obvious effect and the water level at working face number 8309 dropped to a safe level. The average draw down of the groundwater was observed to be 7.86 m. 5考虑残余应力的套管整形修复尺寸界限研究显示文摘变形套管经冲击整形后套管内存在残余应力,为了真实模拟套管冲击整形过程,探讨套管整形修复尺寸界限,采用ANSYS软件建立了变形套管冲击整形非线性接触三维有限元模型。以P110钢级、壁厚12.65 mm的177.8 mm(7 in)套管为例,分别对不考虑套管残余应力和考虑套管残余应力2种情况进行研究。研究结果表明,考虑残余应力的套管整形修复尺寸界限比不考虑套管残余应力的套管整形修复尺寸界限减小了4 mm,且考虑残余应力的套管整形修复尺寸界限与试验结果更接近。该研究结果为套管整形修复技术提供了理论参考,对于现场套管整形修复作业有一定的理论指导意义。李增亮 蔡俐娜 王木乐 赵新学 赵传伟 2014石油机械2014,42,2:6
6Structure and deformation measurements of shallow overburden during top coal caving longwall mining显示文摘Mining induced pressures are strong and overburden failure areas are large in top coal caving longwall mining, which constrains high production and safety mining. By employing the combination of the full view borehole photography technique and the seismic CT scanner technique, the deformation and failure of overlying strata of fully mechanized caving face in shallow coal seam were studied and the failure development of overburden was determined. Results show that the full view borehole photography can reveal the characteristics of strata, and the seismic CT scanner can reflect the characteristics of strata between the boreholes. The combined measurement technique can effectively determine the height of fractured and caved zones. The top end of the caved zone in Yangwangou coal mine employing the top coal caving longwall mining was at the depth of 171 m and fractured zone was at the depth of 106-110 m. 7白水隧道围岩力学参数敏感性分析与智能反演显示文摘以石黔高速公路白水隧道为例,采用敏感性分析与数值模拟相结合的方法计算出隧道围岩各力学参数的敏感度,确定影响隧道变形的主要力学参数。首先,基于正交试验设计构造BP神经网络的样本,建立待反演参数与围岩变形的非线性映射关系,将现场监控量测实测值作为输入样本,得到围岩力学参数。然后,将反演得到的力学参数代入到数值模拟中,计算出隧道围岩变形值,对比分析实测值与计算值。结果表明,两者误差较小,这说明该方法应用于该工程的可行性。祝江林 陈秋南 2019湖南文理学院学报(自然科学版)2019,31,2:3
8含溶洞隧道在地震和渗流耦合作用下塌落特征研究显示文摘为研究隧道正上方溶洞在地震力和渗流力耦合作用下浅埋隧道塌落特征,以广西逻皓隧道为工程背景,基于非线性Hoke-Brown准则,结合上限定理及能量守恒定律,对溶洞位于隧道正上方时围岩塌落面进行二维分析。本文推导塌落曲线公式,并求出工程风险可控极限值h;通过调整地震力和渗流力参数大小,分析其对塌落体形状及塌落范围的影响。研究结果表明:地震力和渗流力耦合作用下隧道塌落曲线类似于一条开口向下且顶部水平截去小部分的抛物线;塌落体体积随孔隙水压力系数r的增大而增大,而随竖向地震系数k的增大而减小。李冰 2022铁道建筑技术2022,,8:2
9大埋深倾斜厚煤层下导水裂隙带发育高度的微震监测显示文摘以九龙矿15249S工作面为工程背景,利用微震监测技术对上覆岩层塑性区破坏变化规律及导水裂隙带发育高度进行监测,并结合理论计算、数值模拟与现场实测结果进行对比,验证微震监测较高的准确性。结果表明,微震监测结果更为接近现场实测数据。监测结果显示:工作面及其回采巷道上方130 m范围内,微震事件分布密集、能量较大,故该空间内上覆岩体破坏变形较为严重,裂隙较为发育;当超过130 m时,微震事件骤减,数量几乎为0;因此得到导水裂隙带发育高度为130 m。研究成果可为九龙矿的安全生产提供可靠参考,并为类似的大埋深倾斜厚煤层工作面提供一种有效监测导水裂隙带发育高度的方法。李新旺 温学君 代卫林 程立朝 孙利辉 2023中国科技论文2023,18,5:1
10基于高斯过程回归-差异进化法的富水区隧道围岩流固耦合智能反馈分析显示文摘为实现富水区隧道建设的参数反馈优化,基于机器学习和智能优化算法建立了流固耦合条件下的隧道参数反分析方法。首先,建立工程数值计算模型,采用流固耦合模型进行求解;以正交设计分析的形式获得不同岩体参数组合条件下的围岩位移及孔隙水压分布情况,建立机器学习所需的学习样本,其中输入组为各岩体参数集,输出组为围岩位移及孔隙水压;其次,采用高斯回归过程获取学习样本所蕴含的非线性映射关系,并通过差异进化算法优化这个过程所涉及的关键参数集;然后,根据所建立的回归模型,根据目标区域的实测位移及孔隙水压,再次采用差异进化算法对岩体参数进行寻优计算,获得参数反分析结果。最后,将反演值与实测值进行对比,验证反分析得到的围岩参数的可靠性。吴招锋 2021工业建筑2021,51,2:1
11不同溶洞条件对大跨隧道开挖影响敏感性分析显示文摘该文以江西萍莲高速公路莲花隧道为工程背景,首先通过数值模拟软件建立大跨隧道在不同溶洞条件下的开挖模型,分析Ⅳ级围岩段某典型断面溶洞在不同位置、不同距离和不同扁平率3种条件下,大跨隧道开挖时地表沉降和拱顶沉降的发展变化规律,获取某典型断面隧道拱顶沉降和地表沉降的累积值,然后构建溶洞在3种水平条件下隧道围岩稳定性的正交试验模型,进行不同溶洞条件对大跨隧道开挖影响敏感性分析。研究结果表明:在不同溶洞条件下,溶洞位置是影响隧道开挖围岩稳定性的主要因素,其次是溶洞离隧道的距离和扁平率大小。汪祥国 2021中外公路2021,41,4:0
