1球化退火工艺对55MnB钢碳化物球化效果的影响显示文摘针对55MnB钢设计了亚温退火、等温球化退火、周期球化退火3种球化退火工艺,通过组织观察和硬度测定、碳化物电解萃取、XRD物相分析等手段来研究球化退火工艺对55MnB钢碳化物球化效果的影响规律。结果表明,亚温退火的碳化物球化效果不明显,组织中仍有一些片状珠光体存在;等温球化退火和周期球化退火的碳化物球化效果较好,碳化物基本上呈球状或粒状弥散分布在铁素体基体上。在球化退火过程中,碳化物的主要类型为M3C,并且不随球化退火工艺的改变而改变。周宏亮 黄训增 杨弋涛 2015金属热处理2015,40,2:16
2Effect of Subcritical Annealing Temperature on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of SCM435 Steel显示文摘The effect of subcritical annealing temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of SCM435 steel was investigated through changing the heating and soaking temperature as 660 °C, 680 °C, 700 °C, 720 °C and 745 °C. The microstructure and mechanical properties of intercritically annealed specimens were analyzed. With increasing the subcritical annealing temperature from 660 °C to 720 °C, the spheroidization ratio gradually increased, and the mechanical properties, formability and Vickers hardness were improved. According to the comprehensive comparison of mechanical properties and formability, the subcritical process at soaking temperature of 680-720 °C could achieve similar annealing effect as that of intercritical process. Therefore, the subcritical annealing temperature could be set as 700 °C in practice, with the Ac1 temperature fluctuation within ±20 °C, and the applicability and stability of subcritical annealing were guaranteed in industrial application. 3GCr15钢中的离异共析转变显示文摘利用Gleeble 3500型热模拟实验机,测定了GCr15钢共析转变温度区间。通过扫描电镜和硬度测试,研究了奥氏体化温度和时间对碳化物颗粒形态及分布的影响,分析了GCr15钢共析转变过程中的显微组织变化及其影响因素。结果表明:GCr15钢不完全奥氏体化,有助于离异共析转变的发生。在共析转变温度区间存在一临界点,从共析转变开始点到该临界点,GCr15钢共析转变的主要方式为离异共析转变,直接形成球状珠光体组织;从临界点到共析转变结束点,共析转变过程中出现片状珠光体,在此区间内,随温度的下降,片状珠光体转变逐渐趋于主导。利用离异共析转变,GCr15钢可直接获得完全的球状珠光体组织,碳化物平均尺寸为1. 35μm,布氏硬度为181 HBW左右,球化时间可缩短到6.5 h。尹志新 徐荧 梁均全 陈俊霖 李进飞 2019金属热处理2019,44,3:2
4Effects of solution treatment on grain coarsening and hardness of laser welds in UNS N10003 alloy contained different carbon content显示文摘Microstructure and microhardness evolution of laser welds in low carbon UNS N10003 alloy(LC alloy)and high carbon UNS N10003 alloy(HC alloy)before and after solution treatment have been characterized and investigated in this work.The eutectic M6C-γ carbides have been transformed into spherical M6C carbides in fusion zone of HC alloy,while it can be found that the spherical M6C carbides were precipitated in fusion zone of LC alloy after solution treatment.The grain coarsening of fusion zone in HC alloy was slight because the migration of grain boundaries were impeded by the eutectic M6C-γ carbides.However,the columnar grains of fusion zone in LC alloy were transformed into the coarse equiaxed grains due to the migration of grain boundaries were not impeded.The activation energy of grain growth between 1093℃ and 1177℃ for 20 min in LC fusion zone was 144.3 kJ mol^-1,while that of HC fusion zone was 309.5 kJmol^-1 calculated according to the classical Arrhenius equation.The microhardness of fusion zone in LCalloy was lower than that of fusion zone in HC alloy after solution treatment because of no dispersion strengthening and grain coarsening.Kun Yu Xianwu Shi Zhenguo Jiang Chaowen Li Shuangjian Chen Wang Tao Xingtai Zhou Zhijun Li 2019Journal of Materials Science & Technology2019,35,8:1
5低碳低合金钢热处理退火工艺参数优化研究显示文摘合理的热处理退火工艺参数匹配是获得均匀、细化微观组织材料的关键。以低碳低合金钢20CrMnTi为研究对象,在临界-亚临界温度Ac附近加热和保温试样,获得细小的片状珠光体和细化的铁素体晶粒。以加热温度和保温时间为设计变量,通过正交试验设计退火工艺方案,获取材料的塑性数据(硬度、屈服强度、断面收缩率和伸长率)。通过多层次分析法计算多目标综合塑性的权重,然后运用灰色系统理论计算退火工艺参数的优化组合,进一步用优化的工艺参数组合退火处理试样。应用扫描电镜测试并优化工艺处理材料的微观组织,获得分布均匀的铁素体和细小片状渗碳体晶粒组织;通过拉伸应力-应变试验曲线分析材料力学性能,均证明该材料的综合塑性明显提高,表明该优化退火工艺参数的方法是正确、可行的。赵茂俞 陈乾旺 2012精密成形工程2012,4,6:1
