1电解锰渣的综合利用进展与研究展望显示文摘电解锰渣是电解金属锰时产生的酸性滤渣,含有大量有害物质。随着电解锰行业的快速发展,大量堆放填埋的电解锰渣引发了严重的水土、生态环境污染问题,对锰渣的无害化处理与资源化利用已成为电解锰行业和环保领域的研究热点。在电解锰渣特性的分析基础上,对国内外电解锰渣的综合利用进展(如锰离子回收、肥料制作和建筑材料应用)进行了回顾,分析了锰渣各种资源化利用方法的优缺点。最后,展望了电解锰渣的研究与应用前景,旨在为锰矿资源的可持续性开发与电解锰渣的综合回收利用提供参考。吴建锋 宋谋胜 徐晓虹 成昊 饶郑刚 2014环境工程学报2014,8,7:50

4锰尾矿中锰对小麦生长的营养效应显示文摘通过盆栽试验研究了锰尾矿中锰对小麦产量构成、叶绿素产量和锰素营养的影响。结果表明:施锰改善了小麦的株高、穗长、穗粒数、百粒重等产量构成因素,其中锰矸石与锰渣混合处理(处理E)的穗粒数最高,达34.17粒,百粒重达4.15 g;小麦拔节期、孕穗期的叶绿素总含量分别提高了10.6%-13.7%和18.1%-26.8%,籽粒和茎叶的锰含量分别提高了37.5%-55.8%和12.6%-25.7%。盆栽试验后,土壤残余锰低于种植前。为综合利用锰尾矿,以锰矸石与电解锰渣混合的形式作为锰肥效果更好。徐放 王星敏 谢金连 丁德健 陈林 2010贵州农业科学2010,38,8:6
5Preparation of MnO_2 and calcium silicate hydrate from electrolytic manganese residue and evaluation of adsorption properties显示文摘Electrolytic manganese residue(EMR), a high volume byproduct resulting from the electrolytic manganese industry, was used as a cheap and abundant chemical source for preparing MnO2 and EMR-made calcium silicate hydrate(EMR-CSH). The MnO2 is successfully synthesized from the metal cations extracted from EMR, which can effectively recycle the manganese in the EMR. By the combination of XRD, SEM and EDX analysis, the as-prepared MnO2 is found to exhibit a single-phase with the purity of 90.3%. Furthermore, EMR-CSH is synthesized from EMR via hydrothermal method. Based on the detailed analyses using XRD, FT-IR, FE-SEM, EDX and BET surface area measurement, the product synthesized under the optimum conditions(p H 12.0 and 100 °C) is identified to be a calcium silicate hydrate with a specific surface area of 205 m2/g incorporating the slag-derived metals(Al and Mg) in its structure. The as-synthesized material shows good adsorption properties for removal of Mn2+ and phosphate ions diluted in water, making it a promising candidate for efficient bulk wastewater treatment. 6Leaching process and kinetics of manganese in low-grade manganese ore显示文摘Manganese was extracted from leaching low-grade manganese ore in sulfuric acid medium. The effects of granule diameter, leaching time, liquid/solid ratio (V/W) and the concentration of sulfuric acid were investigated through orthogonal and single factor experiments. The experimental results showed that the optimal leaching conditions are, size of 0.054mm, 120 minutes of reaction time, 3(V/W) of liquid/solid ratio and 30% of the concentration of sulfuric acid (g/g). Under those conditions, the leaching efficiency is 96.73%. 7锰尾矿对萝卜营养效应的研究显示文摘[目的]研究锰尾矿中锰元素对萝卜生长发育和根部、茎叶和种子中锰素营养的影响,为综合利用锰尾矿资源提供参考。[方法]通过盆栽试验,对萝卜株高、叶片数、展幅和叶绿素含量等指标进行了测定。[结果]锰使萝卜的株高、叶片数和展幅等植物学性状分别比对照增长了9.56%~17.0%、11.7%~21.9%和16.6%~29.7%;但对萝卜冬性无显著的影响;萝卜中叶绿素含量在破白期、根部膨大期和抽薹期比对照组分别提高了6.2%~25.1%、7.2%~27.2%和9.3%~29.5%;萝卜籽粒、茎叶和肉质根部锰含量大小顺序为籽粒(茎叶(肉质根部。[结论]锰尾矿中的锰可以加快萝卜的生长发育和提高其锰素营养。徐放 谢金连 丁德健 陈林 2010安徽农业科学2010,38,7:4
8Leaching of manganese residue for the preparation of trimanganese tetroxide with a high surface area显示文摘The accumulation of electrolytic manganese residue (EMR) has become a serious problem and its recycling will be of great benefit to protect the environment and assist sustainable development. The reusing method was conducted by leaching EMR with sulfuric acid and the optimal leaching condition was 1:3 (g/g) as the ratio of solid to liquid with 20% (g/g) H2SO4 , heating at 90 ℃ for 3 hours, which aims at extracting Mn in a sulfuric acid medium. The produced MnSO4 solution was precipitated by adding alkali and oxidized in aqueous phase. The oxidized products were characterized by various techniques, including X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (IR) spectrometry, vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM), with Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) specific surface area instrument and laser particle size analyzer. 9复合改良剂强化博落回修复锰矿渣的机理显示文摘【目的】植物修复是重金属污染土壤修复的有效策略,添加改良剂有利于提高植物修复效果。本研究利用前期试验筛选出的复合改良剂(蘑菇渣和凹凸棒)联合博落回植物修复锰矿渣。【方法】以锰矿渣为基质进行盆栽试验,测定锰矿渣改良条件下博落回的叶绿素含量、抗氧化系统、亚细胞分布、化学形态、微观结构和官能团,揭示复合改良剂(蘑菇渣和凹凸棒)对锰矿渣植物修复的影响。【结果】复合改良剂的加入可以提高矿渣渗透性和肥力,改善博落回的生长条件,促进了博落回的生长。改良条件下,叶绿素的含量显著增加,光合效率明显提升;叶片中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物歧化酶(POD)活性显著增加,通过去除了过量的ROS,调节渗透压,降低脂质过氧化程度,从而使叶片对Mn胁迫的耐受性增强。改良矿渣中博落回通过增加水提取态Mn^(2+),促使大部分Mn^(2+)与有机酸结合解毒,毒害减少。透射电镜观察到改良矿渣中的博落回根、茎、叶细胞结构完整。此外,博落回通过功能基团(-CH3和-COOH)将Mn结合在细胞壁和液泡中来降低Mn对博落回细胞的损伤水平。【结论】博落回是一种能有效稳定锰矿渣重金属元素的草本植物。复合改良剂(蘑菇渣和凹凸棒)对锰矿渣的改良,降低了锰对博落回的毒性,提高了植物修复效果。何浪君 陈永华 苏荣葵 蔡斌 王佳昕 张奥姗 朱虹红 2022中南林业科技大学学报2022,42,3:0
