| 2 | 高敏C反应蛋白在哮喘小鼠中的表达及其与气道炎症的相关性显示文摘目的测定哮喘小鼠中高敏C反应蛋白(hs CRP)的水平及其与气道炎症的相关性,观察气道炎症的抑制对其表达的影响。方法应用鸡卵白蛋白(OVA)致敏激发制备哮喘小鼠,测定哮喘小鼠血清、支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中hs CRP水平,分析其与气道高反应性(AHR)、气道嗜酸细胞(Eos)和气道黏液分泌的相关性。在哮喘小鼠OVA激发前后分别腹腔注射DXM和anti-CD69m Ab,观察它们对哮喘小鼠气道炎症及hs CRP的影响。结果哮喘小鼠血清hs CRP显著高于正常小鼠(P<0.05),且与AHR、BALF中Eos、气管周围Eos浸润及黏液表达正相关(r分别=0.90、0.99、0.96、0.90,P均<0.05);但BALF中hs CRP未有显著增高。DXM和anti-CD69m Ab均可有效地抑制血清hs CRP的增高和哮喘小鼠的气道炎症(P均<0.05)。结论哮喘小鼠存在以CRP为指标的系统性炎症,且其水平与气道局部炎症正相关,而气道炎症的抑制可有效地抑制系统性炎症。 | 黄文娟 戴宇 刁然 汪慧英 | 2015 | 全科医学临床与教育2015,13,1: | 2 |
| 3 | 落新妇甙对肺移植大鼠外周血T细胞活化的影响显示文摘背景:目前,对于排斥反应的研究主要是通过阻断T细胞活化来达到抑制排斥反应。而在众多体外试验中,落新妇甙及其类似物显示了典型的选择性免疫抑制特色。目的:观察落新妇甙对大鼠移植肺活化T细胞的影响及动态变化,探讨落新妇甙对大鼠移植肺活化T细胞的作用。方法:50只大鼠随机分为3组。其中10只不做移植,抽取外周血设为空白组。剩余40只大鼠随机均分供、受体,左侧单肺原位移植建模后再随机均分为2组:对照组肺移植后,用生理盐水灌胃;落新妇甙组移植后用落新妇甙灌胃。移植前、移植后第2,5天,分别用荧光标记抗体双染色结合流式细胞技术检测各阶段大鼠T细胞表达的活化抗原CD69、CD25和CD71的表达。结果与结论:移植后第2天,落新妇甙组检测的CD69、CD25和CD71抗原均显著高于空白组(P<0.01),但低于对照组差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。移植后第5天,落新妇甙组CD69、CD25和CD71抗原基本降至正常水平,显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结果提示落新妇甙能显著抑制急性排斥反应诱导的T细胞活化,对肺移植排斥反应有较强的抑制作用。 | 林慧庆 黄杰 舒愠 | 2010 | 中国组织工程研究与临床康复2010,14,44: | 2 |
| 4 | EB病毒相关性噬血细胞综合征患儿T淋巴细胞CD69的表达及意义显示文摘目的探讨外周血T淋巴细胞CD69表达在EB病毒相关性噬血细胞综合征(epsteinbarr virus-associated hemophagocytic syndrome,EBV-AHS)患儿中的变化及意义。方法应用流式细胞术检测EBV-AHS患儿(急性期28例,缓解期21例)及30例健康对照儿童外周血CD3^+CD4^+CD69^+及CD3^+CD8^+CD69^+的表达水平,对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果三组受试者间CD3^+CD4^+CD69^+及CD3^+CD8^+CD69^+的表达水平差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01);急性期组CD3^+CD4^+CD69^+及CD3^+CD8^+CD69^+的表达水平明显高于缓解期组及对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01);缓解期组CD3^+CD4^+CD69^+及CD3^+CD8^+CD69^+的表达水平明显高于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论 T淋巴细胞的过度活化在EBV-AHS发病过程中起重要作用,是EBV-AHS重要的发病机理之一。检测T淋巴细胞CD69的表达有利于临床判断治疗效果,并为应用免疫调节剂提供理论依据。 | 白志瑶 宋建新 | 2014 | 实用检验医师杂志2014,6,3: | 2 |
| 5 | 标本放置温度和时间对T淋巴细胞活化标志检测结果的影响显示文摘目的探讨标本放置温度和时间对流式细胞术检测T淋巴细胞活化标志结果的影响。方法采集健康体检者血液,EDTA-K2-抗凝,室温及4℃保存,在不同时间进行CD3+T淋巴细胞CD69、CD25、HLA-DR检测。结果 EDTA-K2-抗凝血室温保存标本与新鲜标本相比,CD3+CD69+、CD3+CD25+细胞百分率在12h开始减低,CD3+CD69+到16h明显减低(P<0.05),CD3+CD25放置到20h时明显减低(P<0.05),CD3+HLA-DR+细胞表达逐渐增高,到20h时明显增高(P<0.05);4℃放置的标本CD3+CD69+、CD3+CD25+到24h时明显减低(P<0.05),CD3+HLA-DR+细胞表达到24h变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论作为T淋巴细胞的活化标志,室温放置标本检测CD3+CD69+应在12h内完成,CD3+CD25+应在16h内检测,CD3+HLA-DR+可在20h内检测,最好放置4℃保存标本。 | 沈天行 宋建新 | 2015 | 国际检验医学杂志2015,36,3: | 0 |
| 6 | 地塞米松预处理及治疗对ISO致小鼠急性心肌损伤影响的比较研究显示文摘目的观察地塞米松(dexamethasone,DEX)对异丙肾上腺素(isoprotereno,ISO)致小鼠急性心肌缺血损伤的影响并探讨其作用机制。方法将16只昆明种小鼠随机分成正常对照(control,CON)组4只、ISO组4只、地塞米松预处理(dexamethasone pretreatment,DEX-pre)组4只、DEX组4只。CON组、ISO组首次处理前30min给予等量0.9%氯化钠注射液腹腔注射预处理。CON组给予等量0.9%氯化钠注射液腹腔注射处理。ISO组给予5mg/kg ISO,每日腹腔注射1次,连续3d。DEX-pre组在首次ISO注射前30min给予DEX 1.25mg/kg腹腔注射,余同ISO组。DEX组在第2天、第3天ISO注射30min后给予DEX 1.25mg/kg腹腔注射,余同ISO组。在HE染色光镜下观察心肌组织的病理学改变;酶联免疫吸附测定法检测血清肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor alpha,TNF-α)的变化;流式细胞分析检测脾脏T细胞亚群(杀伤性T细胞即CD4+T细胞、抑制性T细胞即CD8+T细胞、激活的杀伤性T细胞即CD4+CD69+T细胞、激活的抑制性T细胞即CD8+CD69+T细胞)变化。结果 1与ISO组比较,DEX-pre组心肌损伤得到明显改善(P<0.05),DEX组无明显变化(P>0.05)。2DEX组TNF-α含量明显高于CON组、ISO组和DEX-pre组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3DEX-pre组CD4+T细胞、CD4+CD69+T细胞、CD8+CD69+T细胞与其他3组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他3组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);DEX-pre组CD8+T细胞低于其他3组,DEX组低于CON组与ISO组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DEX预处理对ISO致小鼠急性心肌缺血损伤的心肌具有明显保护作用,而损伤后给予DEX治疗则无保护作用。可能机制与DEX预处理导致免疫功能改变及炎性细胞因子改变相关,确切机制有待进一步研究。 | 张严高 余磊 王建莉 尹戴佳佳 朱闽湘 | 2016 | 河北医科大学学报2016,37,10: | 0 |
| 7 | Study on immunological characteristics of T lymphocyte in peripheral blood from patients with sjogren's syndrome显示文摘Objective: To study on in immunological characteristics of T lymphocyte in peripheral blood from patients with Sjogren's syndrome (SS), provide the theory basis for the further research of Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) targeted therapy.Methods:T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood from SS, RA and normal control groups were tested with various monocbnal antibodies and multicolor flow cytometry.T lymphocyte subsets were tested in peripheral blood from SS patients of different TCM Syndromes. The relationship between T Lymphocyte subsets and disease activity was measured by erythrocyte sedimentation rate (SR)and serum IgG. Results: The percentage of CD4^+T cells and the ration of CD4^+/CD8^+T cells in peripheral bbod from SS patients decreased significantly, and the percentage of CD8^+T cells increased than that in control groups (P<0.05). Compared with patients in inactive period, the percentage of CD4^+T cells in peripheral bLood from SS patients in the active stage increased (P>0.05), the percentage of CD8^+T cells decreased (P>0.05), and the ration of CD4^+/ CD8^+T cells increased (P<0.05).Compared with control groups, the percentage of CD69 expressed on T cells in peripheral blood from SS patients decreased, and the percentage of CD95's expression increased (P<0.05).The percentage of CD69CD95's expression also increased (P>0.05). There were no differences among CD4^+T cells, CD8^+T ceLs and CD4^+/ CD8^+ in peripheral blood from SS patients of different TCM Syndromes (P>0.05). CD69 and CD95's expression on SS patients of different TCM Syndromes was no significantLy different (P>0.05).T cell receptor Vβ(TCR Vβ) subfamilies gene in peripheral blood from SS patients and control groups were expressed in all.
