1Determination of Gamma point source efficiency based on a backpropagation neural network显示文摘Efficiency is an important factor in quantitative and qualitative analysis of radionuclides, and the gamma point source efficiency is related to the radial angle,detection distance, and gamma-ray energy. In this work, on the basis of a back-propagation(BP) neural network model,a method to determine the gamma point source efficiency is developed and validated. The efficiency of the point sources ^(137)Cs and ^(60)Co at discrete radial angles, detection distances, and gamma-ray energies is measured, and the BP neural network prediction model is constructed using MATLAB. The gamma point source efficiencies at different radial angles, detection distances, and gamma-ray energies are predicted quickly and accurately using this nonlinear prediction model. The results show that the maximum error between the predicted and experimental values is 3.732% at 661.661 keV, 11π/24, and 35 cm, and those under other conditions are less than 3%. 2Lattice Boltzmann method for simulation of time-dependent neutral particle transport显示文摘In this paper, a novel model is proposed to investigate the neutron transport in scattering and absorbing medium. This solution to the linear Boltzmann equation is expanded from the idea of lattice Boltzmann method(LBM) with the collision and streaming process. The theoretical derivation of lattice Boltzmann model for transient neutron transport problem is proposed for the first time.The fully implicit backward difference scheme is used to ensure the numerical stability, and relaxation time and equilibrium particle distribution function are obtained. 3A hybrid voxel sampling method for constructing Rad-HUMAN phantom显示文摘An accurate and fast sampling method was developed on the modeling of a voxel phantom called RadHUMAN for radiation protection of MC-based radiation transport and simulation.The segmented organ voxels,which were assigned with three dimensional(3D) coordinates,were simplified through a two-step hybrid sampling algorithm.Firstly,certain voxels were sampled into a coordinate matrix by the nearest neighbor sampling.Secondly,the coordinate matrix was renewed using a weighted sampling.To compare visualization with the sampling,the resultant matrix was used to extract the contour of organs/tissues for constructing polygon-surface phantom.The feasibility and effectiveness of the sampling method was vcriiied through the modeling of large organs(e.g.skeleton system) and application of transformation to MC computational geometries.赵凯 程梦云 龙鹏程 范言昌 王文 胡丽琴 吴宜灿 2014Nuclear Science and Techniques2014,25,2:0
