| 1 | 地球系统模式FIO-ESM对北极海冰的模拟和预估显示文摘评估了地球系统模式FIO-ESM(First Institute of Oceanography-Earth System Model)基于CMIP5(Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 5)的历史实验对北极海冰的模拟能力,分析了该模式基于CMIP5未来情景实验在不同典型浓度路径(RCPs,Representative Concentration Pathways)下对北极海冰的预估情况。通过与卫星观测的海冰覆盖范围资料相比,该模式能够很好地模拟出多年平均海冰覆盖范围的季节变化特征,模拟的气候态月平均海冰覆盖范围均在卫星观测值±15%范围以内。FIO-ESM能够较好地模拟1979-2005年期间北极海冰的衰减趋势,模拟衰减速度为每年减少2.24×104 km2,但仍小于观测衰减速度(每年减少4.72×104 km2)。特别值得注意的是:不同于其他模式所预估的海冰一直衰减,FIO-ESM对21世纪北极海冰预估在不同情景下呈现不同的变化趋势,在RCP2.6和RCP4.5情景下,北极海冰总体呈增加趋势,在RCP6情景下,北极海冰基本维持不变,而在RCP8.5情景下,北极海冰呈现继续衰减趋势。 | 舒启 乔方利 宋振亚 | 2013 | 海洋学报2013,35,5: | 9 |
| 2 | 波致混合对CCSM3气候模式预测能力的改进显示文摘在海气耦合模式CCSM3基础上引入波致混合作用后建立了改进的海气耦合模式,设计了SST同化方案,并进行了2005,2006和2007年ENSO的集合后报和2008年气候预测数值试验.结果表明,改进的海气耦合模式的同化效果优于原来的海气耦合模式CCSM3的同化效果.集合后报与观测资料对比表明:改进的海气耦合模式能够较好地预测当年ENSO事件的发生情况,预报强度和成熟期特征与实际也较吻合,波致混合可以明显地提升气候模式的预测能力.在此基础上利用改进的海气耦合模式对2008年气候异常进行了集合预测,结果表明:始于2007年的LaNia事件将持续至2008年夏季,2008年ElNio事件出现概率很小;2008年夏季中国东南沿海、黄淮流域、东北东南部、新疆中南部以及青藏高原西部降水比往年偏多,局部可能出现洪涝,内蒙古西部、华南西南部以及青藏高原南部降水比往年偏少.我国沿海除两广地区和长江口附近地区外,均有不同程度的降水增加. | 宋振亚 乔方利 赵伟 | 2009 | 自然科学进展2009,19,2: | 6 |
| 3 | Effects of the surface wave-induced mixing on circulation in an isopycnal-coordinate oceanic circulation model显示文摘The influence of the nonbreaking surface wave-induced mixing under the mixed layer on the oceanic circulation was investigated using an isopycnal-coordinate oceanic circulation model. The effect of the wave-induced mixing within the mixed layer was eliminated via a bulk mixed layer model. The results show that the wave-induced mixing can penetrate through the mixed layer and into the oceanic interior. The wave-induced mixing under the mixed layer has an important effect on the distribution of temperature of the upper ocean at middle and high latitudes in summer, especially the structure of the seasonal thermocline. | 5 | Reducing the climate shift in a new coupled model显示文摘Climate drift refers to spurious long-term changes that may be inherent in coupled models when external forcing factors are fixed. Understanding the sources of this drift and tuning the drift are crucial for obtaining reasonable simulations from coupled models. To prepare for the upcoming Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 6, a new coupled model has been constructed based on the Community Earth System Model and the Grid-point Atmospheric Model of IAP LASG version 2. However, the surface temperature predicted by the new model is too underestimated, and this underestimation is caused by a type of climate drift, i.e., ‘‘initial shock.''
