1Design Optimization of CFRP Stacking Sequence Using a Multi-Island Genetic Algorithms Under Low-velocity Impact Loads显示文摘A method to improve the low-velocity impact performance of composite laminate is proposed, and a multi-island genetic algorithm is used for the optimization of composite laminate stacking sequence under low-velocity impact loads based on a 2D dynamic impact finite element analysis. Low-velocity impact tests and compression-after impact(CAI) tests have been conducted to verify the effectiveness of optimization method. Experimental results show that the impact damage areas of the optimized laminate have been reduced by 42.1% compared to the baseline specimen, and the residual compression strength has been increased by 10.79%, from baseline specimen 156.97 MPa to optimized 173.91 MPa. 3Efficient Reliability-Based Optimization Scheme for Piezoelectric Composite Beams with Delamination under Axial Compression显示文摘An efficient computational framework for reliability analysis and reliability-based design optimization of piezoelectric composite beam with delamination is presented.In the proposed approach,the transverse shear deformation,delamination and piezoelectricity of the beam are taken into account.By introducing the Heaviside step function into the displacement components and using the Rayleigh-Ritz method,and the buckling governing equations for the piezoelectric composite beams is obtained.The reliability of the beams is obtained by integrating the support vector machine method and first order reliability method,further the reliability-based optimization is executed through employing genetic algorithm.The effects of ply style,delamination length and voltage are discussed in details.Numerical results indicate that the comprehensive computational scheme provides a unified numerical framework to analysis the nondeterministic buckling and reliability efficiently.毕仁贵 李盈利 张正 吴顺兴 2019Journal of Donghua University(English Edition)2019,36,3:0
4复合材料双钉胶螺混合连接接头多参数优化设计显示文摘为提高复合材料双钉胶螺混合连接接头的承载能力,本文结合实验和有限元方法,利用ABAQUS建立了有限元模型并验证了其可行性,基于代理模型和遗传算法,对碳纤维复合材料板与钛合金板双钉混合连接结构的板宽、端距和孔距等参数开展了多参数优化设计。结果表明:二次多项式代理模型的预测结果精度最高;与优化前试验得到的常规混合连接接头的载荷性能相比,优化后的结构承载能力提升了44.35%。李明坤 郑艳萍 熊勇坚 黄飞 2022宇航材料工艺2022,52,1:0
