1Solid state synthesis of nano-mineral particles显示文摘Many researchers in academia and industries are interested in reducing particle sizes from few submicrometers to nano-meter levels.These nano-particles find application in several areas including ceramics,paints,cosmetics,microelectronics,sensors,textiles and biomedical,etc.This article reviews the present state of the art for solid state synthesis of mineral nano-particles by wet milling,including their operating variables such as ball size,solid mass fraction and suspension stability.This article concludes and recommends with a critical discussion of nano-particles synthesis and a few common strategies to overcome stability issues.S.Sakthivel R.Prasanna Venkatesh 2012International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2012,22,5:3
2锂离子电池浆料的制备技术及其影响因素显示文摘新能源汽车行业的蓬勃发展对高性能锂离子电池需求越来越迫切。作为锂离子电池的重要组成部分,电极性能对于锂离子电池整体性能的影响十分显著。而在电极中,作为多组分混合物浆料的均匀性和稳定性对于电极片性能的影响巨大。但是目前研究者们的重点通常都是放在电极特性和电池组装工艺上,对决定电池性能浆料的特性研究较少。电极组分的均匀性是由浆料组分的均匀性和稳定性决定,而浆料是一种多组分悬浮颗粒组成的复杂体系,其均匀性和稳定性难以直接观测,浆料的流变性能是当前能反映浆料均匀性和稳定性的最有效的指标参数。本文阐述了近年来锂离子电池电极浆料制造过程中活性物质、黏结剂、导电剂、溶剂、分散添加剂、pH值、温度、混合步骤对浆料流变性能的影响,总结了这些因素对浆料流变性能的影响规律,为研制出更加均匀和稳定的浆料体系及高性能锂离子电池提供一定的指导作用。欧阳丽霞 武兆辉 王建涛 2021材料工程2021,49,7:1
3Influence of synthesis parameters on the properties of LiFePO4/C cathode material显示文摘The influence of sintering temperature,carbon content and dispersive agent in ball-milling was investigated on the properties of Li Fe PO_4/C prepared using Fe_2O_3,NH_4H_2PO_4,Li_2CO_3 and glucose via solid state reaction.X-ray powder diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and charge–discharge test were applied to the characterization of the Li Fe PO_4/C samples synthesized under different conditions.Sintering temperature affects the crystallite/particle size and degree of crystallinity of LiF eP O_4,formation of Fe_2 P and maintenance of carbon in LiF e PO_4/C.Carbon maintenance is favored by low sintering temperature,and 700 °C is optimum for synthesis of LiF eP O_4/C with superior electrochemical performance.A higher carbon content in the range of 4.48%–11.03% results in a better rate capability for Li Fe PO_4/C.The dispersive agent used in ball-milling impacts the existent state of carbon in the final product which subsequently determines its charge–discharge behavior.The sample prepared at700 °C by using acetone as the dispersive agent in ball-milling exhibits an excellent rate capability and capacity retention without any fade at 0.1C,1C and 2C,with corresponding average discharge capacities of 153.8,128.3and 121.0 m A·h·g^(-1),respectively,in the first 50 cycles.Zhengwei Xiao Yingjie Zhang Guorong Hu 2016Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2016,24,3:1
4砂磨制备纳米立方碳化硅及表面特性显示文摘为探讨机械粉碎法批量制备立方碳化硅纳米粉体的可行性,以平均粒径Dv(50)为2.49μm立方碳化硅为原料,采用具有一定实验体量的30 L型砂磨机对250 kg浆料进行砂磨实验研究。通过对砂磨产物的粒度、微观形貌、表面结构、Zeta电位等测试,分析了纳米碳化硅的粉碎机理及其表面特性。结果表明:砂磨过程中产物的粒径下降速率会发生数量级的变化,可将其划分为快速粉碎、慢速粉碎和均化、整形3个阶段。采用0.3~0.4 mm的碳化硅介质球,经砂磨40 h粒径可批量制备Dv(50)在100 nm,单颗粒粒径在30~50 nm的纳米颗粒,且粒度均匀,球形度良好。砂磨制得的纳米立方碳化硅,表面含有大量的羟基和二氧化硅,具有很好的亲水性,其表面特性与纳米二氧化硅相近。在pH≥7下分散稳定性良好,尤其在pH为9时Zeta电位绝对值最高可达60 mV以上,粒径达到最小值103 nm,分散稳定性最好。表明砂磨制备的纳米立方碳化硅在中性和碱性条件下具有良好的分散稳定性,可用于机械抛光、陶瓷湿法成型、涂层等工业应用领域。邓丽荣 王晓刚 华小虎 陆树河 王嘉博 王行博 2021西安科技大学学报2021,41,6:0
