| 1 | 嗜酸性胃肠炎的CT小肠造影诊断显示文摘目的:探讨和分析嗜酸性胃肠炎(EG)的CT小肠造影表现特点。方法:回顾性分析我院2009年8月~2010年7月经内镜、组织病理及实验室检查而确诊的嗜酸性胃肠炎6例,并进行文献复习。结果:临床主要表现有腹痛3例,腹胀3例。外周血嗜酸性粒细胞增高2例。6例均有明显异常的胃肠道病变,病变主要累及胃窦3例、十二指肠4例、空肠5例、回肠4例、结肠3例以及阑尾2例。CT表现为胃肠壁水肿增厚,其中伴分层状肠壁增厚3例,胃肠腔狭窄3例,均未见梗阻,有黏膜皱襞粗大4例,少量腹水5例。结论:嗜酸性胃肠炎的CT表现与嗜酸性粒细胞浸润胃肠壁的部位及深度有关;胃肠壁分层状增厚、黏膜皱襞粗大甚至呈不规则假息肉状或结节状,有一定的CT特征性,结合外周血嗜酸性粒细胞的增高可诊断本病。 | 赵雪松 缪飞 王明亮 吴志远 | 2011 | 中国医学计算机成像杂志2011，17，2： | 13 |
