| 1 | 投饵养鱼对潘家口水库围隔中浮游植物及水质的影响显示文摘2009年8月~10月在潘家口水库进行现场围隔试验,研究了投饵、投饵单养鳙鱼(Aristichthy novilis)、鲤鱼(Cyprinus carpio)及投饵混养鳙鲤鱼对浮游植物和水质的影响.结果表明,试验期间潘家口水库水体浮游植物密度维持在2.6×106个.L-1水平,氮、磷质量浓度比达112,磷是潜在的限制性营养盐.投饵和投饵养鱼围隔中的浮游植物密度显著高于对照围隔及库区水体,投饵围隔中的浮游植物密度又显著高于投饵养鱼围隔,其中以单养鳙鱼围隔最低;鳙鱼和鲤鱼可以有效控制蓝藻(Cyanophyta)增长,使围隔水体中的浮游植物优势种由蓝藻变为绿藻(Chlorophyta).投饵养鱼对水体中的浊度、高锰酸盐指数、总磷有显著促进作用;投饵和投饵养鱼围隔中总氮及溶解氧浓度显著低于对照围隔及库区水体.投饵和投饵养鱼围隔中的浮游植物密度与浊度、高锰酸盐指数、总磷呈显著正相关. | 臧常娟 黄岁樑 吴敏 杜胜蓝 高峰 林超 郭勇 罗阳 | 2011 | 环境科学学报2011,31,3: | 8 |
| 2 | 鄱阳湖网箱养殖对水环境的影响——以都昌水域为例显示文摘为了探讨网箱养殖对水体的影响,选取了位于鄱阳湖北岸的都昌县网箱养殖水域为研究对象,于2017年10月和2018年3月对网箱区、外围区和对照点的水体环境进行了分析调查,探讨了网箱养殖对养殖区水体水环境(水温、DO、pH、Chla、TN、TP等)的影响,并利用综合营养状态指数对水体的富营养化状态进行了评价.结果表明,网箱养殖活动对养殖区水体水温和pH几乎没有影响;而对DO、Chla和营养盐含量的影响较明显.3月和10月研究区水体的DO明显低于对照点,Chla明显高于对照点.3月和10月网箱区水体的TN变化范围分别为2.26—2.40 mg·L^-1和2.05—2.72 mg·L^-1,对照点分别为1.49 mg·L^-1和1.14 mg·L^-1;TP的变化范围分别为0.24—0.42 mg·L^-1和0.11—0.23 mg·L^-1,对照点分别为0.18 mg·L^-1和0.11 mg·L^-1;TN和TP含量的最大值均出现在网箱区;网箱区水体NH^+4-N的变化范围分别为0.66—1.05 mg·L^-1和0.18—0.39 mg·L^-1;NO-3-N的变化范围分别为0.72—1.01 mg·L^-1和0.38—0.62 mg·L^-1;3月研究区水体的NH+4-N、NO-3-N、TN和TP含量整体高于10月.养殖水体处于中营养,尚未出现富营养化. | 王毛兰 刘景景 | 2019 | 环境化学2019,38,10: | 6 |
| 3 | 双齿围沙蚕-牙鲆网箱综合养殖模型碳、氮收支的实验研究显示文摘在实验室条件下,设计相同的牙鲆(Paralichthys olivaceus)鱼苗网箱养殖密度(密度5尾/箱,鱼苗体质量约21 g),分别与不同数量的双齿围沙蚕(Perinereis albuhitensis,0 g,50 g,70 g,90 g)混合养殖,4个实验组分别记作C、S1、S2和S3,网箱规格为Ф60 cm×30 cm。各实验组设3个平行组,实验进行40 d。牙鲆和沙蚕在称重前均饥饿24 h,同时取5尾牙鲆和20 g沙蚕作为实验初始样品。实验期间,每天07:30和18:00分2次投喂配合饲料,根据对照组饵料剩余情况适时调整投喂量,每个实验单元的投饵量基本一致,此过程中不处理残饵和粪便。实验单元采用微流水,流量为250~500 L/d。实验期间,24 h持续微量充气。至实验结束时,全部生物饥饿24 h。将其全部取出,擦干体表水分,称重后置于70℃干燥箱中烘干至衡重,研磨、分析。结果表明,对照组(C)的底质积累碳、氮量最高,各实验组水体净输出的氮和有机碳量以及呼吸碳量分别无显著差异(P〉0.05)。饲料是碳、氮输入的主要来源。在输出各项中,各个实验组水体净输出氮占输出氮比例无显著差异(P〉0.05),而系统净排放氮以对照组所占比例最高,但与S1和S2组无显著差异(P〉0.05);对照组底质积累氮所占输出氮比例显著高于S2和S3组(P〈0.05)。对照组底质积累碳所占比例显著高于其他各实验组(P〈0.05);对照组和 S1组的水体净输出有机碳比例显著高于 S3组(P〈0.05),而 S3组碳净排放占碳输出的比例显著低于对照组和 S1组(P〈0.05)。碳、氮产投比均以对照组最低。在本研究条件下,双齿围沙蚕在综合养殖模型中可利用牙鲆网箱养殖产生的残饵和粪便,减少底质碳、氮积累,提高产投比,综合养殖模型既可以降低碳、氮排放,又可以增加产品产出。结论认为,网箱养殖牙鲆搭配双齿围沙蚕的综合养殖模型理论上具有可行性,双齿围沙蚕可以作为牙鲆网箱养殖产生的残饵和粪便的一道有效处理屏障,此模型在港湾和围堰鱼类网箱养殖中更有意义。 | 房景辉 张继红 吴文广 毛玉泽 高亚平 蒋增杰 方建光 | 2014 | 中国水产科学2014,21,2: | 4 |
| 4 | Assessing the effects of oyster/kelp weight ratio on water column properties: an experimental IMTA study at Sanggou Bay, China显示文摘Integrated Multi-Trophic Aquaculture(IMTA)is an effective method for sustainable aquaculture as species from different trophic levels could reduce negative effects from fed species in the environment.A proper proportion of different trophic species in an IMTA system could improve the aquaculture production and environmental sustainability.At present,research on the proper proportions for farming species is scarce.We investigated the effects of IMTA modes of oyster(Crassostrea gigas)and kelp(Saccharina japonica)in different weight ratios on water quality and carbonate system in a closed enclosure experiment for three days in the Sanggou Bay in Shandong Province,China,in December 2017.Nine collocation modes in oyster:kelp weight ratio were tested showing as 24:3,24:2,24:1,16:3,16:2,16:1,8:3,8:2,and 8:1.The water parameters were determined at 17:00 on Day 1(D1),and 6:00 and 17:00 on Days 2(D2)and 3(D3).As two-way ANOVA showed,all increased parameters(dissolved oxygen(DO),pH,chl a,the carbonate system and pCO2)were significantly related to oyster-kelp modes,and interaction between modes and time were also significant(P<0.05).On the 3th day,the 8:3 mode was the highest in DO,pH,chl a,CO32-(P<0.05),and dissolved inorganic carbon(DIC),HCO3-,CO2,and pCO2 were the lowest(P<0.05).According to previous references and the results of this study,the appropriate oyster:kelp proportion at the beginning of winter is from 8:2 to 8:3.The results of this study may help government to optimize the aquaculture structure of Sanggou Bay. | FANG Jinghui FANG Jianguang CHEN Qionglin MAO Yuze JIANG Zengjie DU Meirong GAO Yaping LIN Fan | 2020 | Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2020,38,6: | 2 |

| 6 | 樟湖库湾网箱养殖对底层水体氮磷营养盐变化的影响显示文摘根据2018年4月、7月和10月对樟湖库湾网箱养殖区水体水环境的调查,分析了网箱养殖区底层水体氮(N)、磷(P)营养盐的季节变化,并利用综合营养状态指数对水体的富营养化状态进行了评价。结果表明,樟湖库湾网箱养殖对底层水体温度、透明度(SD)、高锰酸盐指数(CODMn)和溶解氧(DO)影响较小;与对照区相比,网箱养殖区春季增加水体叶绿素a,夏季增加pH值。樟湖库湾网箱养殖区总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)和无机氮(DIN)季节平均值均高于对照区,而PO4^3--P与对照区没有显著差异(P>0.05)。养殖区和对照区的TN、TP、氨氮(NH+4-N)、硝态氮(NO-3-N)和亚硝态氮(NO-2-N)浓度呈现从春季到秋季逐渐降低的季节变化趋势;养殖区PO4^3--P夏季高于其他季节。富营养化评价结果表明,樟湖库湾网箱养殖区底层水体春季和夏季达到重度富营养水平,秋季属于中度营养化水平。 | 曾涛 | 2020 | 渔业研究2020,42,5: | 1 |

| 8 | Applicability of Perinereis aibuhitensis Grube for Fish Waste Removal from Fish Cages in Sanggou Bay,P.R.China显示文摘The present study investigated the applicability of integrated polychaete-fish culture for fish waste removal to offset negative impact induced by organic benthic enrichment.A field study demonstrated that deposition rate was significantly higher underneath the fish farm than that in control area.The material settling under the farm was characterized by a high amount of fish feces(45%) and uneaten feed(27%).Both feeding rate(FR) and apparent digestibility rate(ADR) increased with decreasing body weight,as was indicated by significantly a higher rate observed for the groups containing smaller individuals in a lab study.The nutrient in fresh deposited material(De) was higher than that in sediments collected under the farm(Se),resulting in lower feces production but higher apparent digestibility rate for the De group as feeding rate was similar.Consequently,higher nutrient removal efficiency was observed in the De group.A mass balance approach indicated that approximately 400–500 individuals m^(-2) is required for removing all waste materials deposited underneath the fish farm,whereas abundance can be lower(about 300–350 individuals m^(-2)) when only the fish waste needs to be removed.The results showed that a significant amount of waste had been accumulated in the fish cages in Sanggou Bay.The integration of fish with P.aibuhitensis seems promising for preventing organic pollution in the sediment and therefore is an effective strategy for mitigating negative effect of fish farms.Thus such integration can become a new IMTA(integrated multi-trophic aquaculture) model in Sanggou Bay. | FANG Jinghui JIANG Zengjie JANSEN Henrice M.
