| 1 | 中国城市扩张态势与驱动机理研究学派综述显示文摘作为世界上最大的发展中国家,随着城市扩张问题的日益凸显,中国城市扩张研究也逐渐成为学术界关注的焦点。本文首先对国内外关于中国城市扩张速度与规模、模式与类型,以及城市空间结构演变的研究进行系统归纳;然后,在此基础上分别从经济学派、制度学派和经验学派的角度对中国城市扩张的驱动机理进行总结,并简要评述各学派研究的特点及局限性。笔者认为,中国的城市扩张具有明显的阶段性、区域性及等级性,即处于不同发展阶段不同区域的不同等级的城市表现出不同的扩张态势,其相应的扩张机理也不同。因此,关于中国城市扩张的后续研究应加强现阶段及长时间尺度研究,选取更具普适性案例,采用更加全面数据和综合的方法,注重不同学派视角的综合,对中国城市扩张进行更加全面与科学的研究。 | 高金龙 陈江龙 苏曦 | 2013 | 地理科学进展2013,32,5: | 65 |
| 2 | 基于GIS的四平市城市扩展遥感分析显示文摘本文以吉林省四平市为例,选取1976、1979、1991、2001和2007年MSS、TM、ETM+的5个时相遥感图像,对其进行处理、解译,以城市面积变化、分维数、紧凑度等作为指标,对该市31年来城市扩展及其特点进行研究。结果表明,四平市在31年内的城市扩展可分4个阶段,其中,1979-1991年城市扩展速度最快,而2001-2007年城市扩展速度也较快,而且更注重城市的内涵建设,这与四平市经济发展情况相符合。说明城市形态指数与统计数据结合可以更充分地描述城市扩展的特征和过程。 | 尹芳 冯敏 钟凤 李秀霞 | 2010 | 地球信息科学学报2010,12,2: | 15 |
| 3 | 中国人文地理学区域空间结构研究的主要领域及展望显示文摘以中国地理学界权威期刊的区域空间结构研究文献为样本,通过对文章数量、研究关键词、研究团队以及科研机构与地区分布的分析,总结中国区域空间结构研究的总体特征。发现:中国区域空间结构研究领域发表的期刊文章数量总体呈上升趋势;中国区域空间结构研究的问题和内容主要包括城镇化过程、城市空间结构、城市群空间结构演变、区域空间结构演化动力机制等方面;研究方法包括因子分析、聚类分析、空间计量分析方法、3S技术、模型等。随着学者们对区域空间结构演化过程更全面、更深入的认识,研究手段也日趋多样化、复杂化。在对中国区域空间结构主要相关成果进行梳理和总结的基础上,提出:1未来中国区域空间结构的重点发展方向应当集中于拓展全球化视野、加强理论创新;2注重微观尺度研究领域的开拓,重点研究微观尺度空间发展的过程规律、类型与模式、动力机制;3研究范式与研究方法多元化,形成以地理学为主导的多学科相互渗透和融合的综合集成研究;4加强区域空间结构优化的政策体系研究,促进区域协调发展及提升服务社会需求的决策支持能力等。 | 刘建国 张妍 黄杏灵 | 2019 | 地理科学2019,39,6: | 14 |
| 4 | 耦合Autolotistic与CLUE-S模型的城市土地利用变化模拟(英文)显示文摘The Conversion of Land Use and its Effects at Small regional extent(CLUE-S) model is a widely used method to simulate land use change. An ordinary logistic regression model was integrated into the CLUE-S model to identify explanatory variables without considering the spatial autocorrelation effect. Using image-derived maps of the ChangshaZhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration, the CLUE-S model was integrated with the ordinary logistic regression and autologistic regression models in this paper to simulate land use change in 2000, 2005 and 2009 based on an observation map from 1995. Significant positive spatial autocorrelation was detected in residuals of ordinary logistic models. Some variables that were much more significant than they should be were selected. Autologistic regression models, which used autocovariate incorporation, were better able to identify driving factors. The Receiver Operating Characteristic Curve(ROC) values of autologistic regression models were larger than 0.8 and the pseudo R2 values were improved, compared with results of logistic regression model. By overlapping the observation maps, the Kappa values of the ordinary logistic regression model(OL)-CLUE-S and autologistic regression model(AL)-CLUE-S models were larger than 0.75. The results showed that the simulation results were indeed accurate. The Kappa fuzzy(Kfuzzy) values of the AL-CLUE-S models(0.780, 0.773, 0.606) were larger than the values of the OL-CLUE-S models(0.759, 0.760, 0.599) during the three periods. The AL-CLUE-S models performed better than the OL-CLUE-S models in the simulation of land use change. The results showed that it is reasonable to integrate autocovariates into CLUE-S models. | 5 | Land Use Allocation Based on Interval Multi-objective Linear Programming Model: A Case Study of Pi County in Sichuan Province显示文摘Adjusting and optimizing land use structure is one of the essential approaches to solve the conflict between land supply and demand. In this study,an uncertain interval multi-objective linear programming model was established and applied to analyzing the suitability of land use structure in Pi County of Sichuan Province. An adjustment scheme for optimizing land use structure was proposed on the basis of development planning drawn up by the local government. The results are summarized as follows: 1) the optimal adjustment scope for cropland area ranges from 27 976.75 ha to 31 029.08 ha,and the current area is less than the lower limit of the scope; 2) the optimal adjustment scope for garden land area ranges from 4 736.49 ha to 12 967.11 ha,and the current area is less than the lower limit; 3) the optimal adjustment scope for construction land ranges from 7 761.95 ha to 10 393.18 ha,and the current area is greater than the upper limit; 4) the optimal adjustment scope for industry and mining land ranges from 557.29 ha to 693.54 ha,and the current area exceeds the upper limit; and 5) the areas of forest land,grassland and other agricultural land are within the optimal adjustment scope. | 7 | Spatial pattern and drivers of urbanization in China's mid-level developing urban agglomeration:A case study of Chang-Zhu-Tan显示文摘Urban agglomeration has become the main form of regional spatial organization in China.While most of the existing studies of urban agglomeration in China have focused on the eastern coastal areas,urban agglomeration with mid-level development in the rest of the country has been overlooke1.To better understand the urbanization process of the mid-level developing urban agglomeration,this study investigated the clustering pattern and the drivers of both urban population and firm dynamics during 2005-2015 in the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan(Chang-Zhu-Tan)urban agglomeration of China using the methods ofkernel density estimation and geographic detection.Our results show that centralization was obvious,although decentralization also occurred in Chang-Zhu-Tan,and that the spatial agglomeration was promoted by several factors,such as administrative resources,location advantage,labor cost,and consumption capacity.Some problems hindering the development of this region were also discovered:administrative resources played a critical role in urbanization because small towns and villages did not receive enough attention,and the effect of local policy was not as beneficial as expected.These findings partly explain the relatively slow development of mid-level developing urban agglomerations and have important implications for promoting healthier urbanization. | Yanhua He Yi Lin Guohua Zhou Yixuan Zhu Kai Tang | 2021 | Regional Sustainability2021,2,1: | 6 |
