| 1 | A Review of Point Feature Based Medical Image Registration显示文摘Point features, as the basis of lines, surfaces, and bodies, are commonly used in medical image registration. To obtain an elegant spatial transformation of extracted feature points, many point set matching algorithms(PMs) have been developed to match two point sets by optimizing multifarious distance functions. There are ample reviews related to medical image registration and PMs which summarize their basic principles and main algorithms separately. However,to data, detailed summary of PMs used in medical image registration in different clinical environments has not been published. In this paper, we provide a comprehensive review of the existing key techniques of the PMs applied to medical image registration according to the basic principles and clinical applications. As the core technique of the PMs, geometric transformation models are elaborated in this paper, demonstrating the mechanism of point set registration. We also focus on the clinical applications of the PMs and propose a practical classification method according to their applications in different clinical surgeries. | 2 | 三维点云预采样的曲面自适应布点策略及应用显示文摘针对现有的自适应布点策略大多无法在三维模型未知的前提下进行智能布点的问题,将点云信息、颜色信息与接触式测量进行结合,提出一种三维点云预采样的曲面自适应布点策略。通过预处理后的深度点云与HSV颜色空间下分割后的点集,获取待测曲面的显著性点云。提出一种改进的欧式分割算法将显著性点云分割为数个点云簇。根据均值漂移算法,以质心Voronoi结构的成本函数作为均值漂移算法的权函数,在各点云簇中迭代计算出最佳采样点的具体位置。通过实验对比该布点策略与均匀采样、随机采样、自适应采样的采样精度和采样效率。结果表明三维点云预采样的曲面自适应布点策略能够在保证测量精度的前提下提高采样效率,相较常规自适应采样的采样计算时间时间缩短了60%。 | 龚瑗 邱兆祥 郑新建 李西兴 | 2020 | 机械科学与技术2020,39,11: | 0 |
