1中国黄颡鱼的线粒体DNA多样性及其分子系统学显示文摘基于体侧色斑、背鳍前部形态、吻长及尾柄长的差异,Ng和Kottelat(2007)将分布于中国的黄颡鱼群体划为两个物种:北方群体为Pseudobagrus sinensis,南方群体为P.fulvidraco。本研究通过对70个黄颡鱼标本相关形态特征的测量及对线粒体cyt b基因序列的分析,探讨了P.sinensis物种的有效性问题。结果表明:依据体侧色斑和背鳍前部形态的差异,可将黄颡鱼分为对应于P.sinensis和P.fulvidraco的两种形态类型,但对尾柄长、吻长的测量发现二者没有差异。对70条cyt b基因序列的分析结果为:两种鱼类有1个共同的单倍型;两种鱼类的单系性在系统发育分析中都没有得到重现,而二者聚在一起形成获得100%支持率的单系群;两种鱼类群体之间存在持续的基因交流(Nm=4.7);两种鱼类在单倍型的巢式支系分析(nested clade analysis,NCA)中没有形成各自独立的进化谱系,所有的单倍型以不超过5步的突变全部被纳入同一个进化网络中。因此我们认为P.sinensis不是有效物种,而应被视为黄颡鱼的一种形态类型。基于cyt b基因的序列变异,本研究对黄颡鱼群体的遗传多样性和种群结构作了初步分析。群体的核苷酸不配对分布及Tajima's D中性检验表明,约在10.1-14.1万年前,黄颡鱼在其分布范围内经历过群体扩张,推测这可能是导致黄颡鱼群体单倍型多样度高(h=0.857±0.0014)而核苷酸多样度低(π=0.0023±0.0003)的主要原因。此外,分析结果显示黄颡鱼群体缺乏明显的地理结构,推测原因可能是历史上水系的连通促进了不同地理群体之间的基因交流。库喜英 周传江 何舜平 2010生物多样性2010,18,3:16
2Pliocene cyprinids (Cypriniformes,Teleostei) from Kunlun Pass Basin,northeastern Tibetan Plateau and their bearings on development of water system and uplift of the area显示文摘Here described are the cyprinid fossils from the Pliocene Lower Member of Qiangtang Formation of the Kunlun Pass Basin,northeastern Tibetan Plateau,collected at a locality 4769 m above the sea level(asl).The materials consist of numerous disarticulated and incomplete bones as well as thousands of pharyngeal teeth,fin rays,and vertebrae.The fossils were referred to the genus Gymnocypris,lineage Schizothoracini,family Cyprinidae;the lineage Schizothoracini;and the family Cyprinidae respectively.The Schizothoracini is a freshwater fish group endemic to the Tibetan Plateau and its surrounding area.Previous workers on living schizothoracins regarded that Gymnocypris belongs to the highly specialized grade of the group,colonizing higher altitudes than other members of the group.Two species are so far unequivocally assigned to the genus,i.e.,G.przewalskii and G.eckloni,and they are inhabiting Qinghai Lake and the waters on both north(the Golmud River) and south(upper reach of the Yellow River) sides of the East Kunlun Mountain,respectively.The abundant fossil schizothoracins occur in the Kunlun Pass Basin on the southern slope of the East Kunlun Mountain(at 4769 m asl),close to the present Golmud River,indicating comparatively rich waters in the area and possible connections between the water systems on north and south sides of the East Kunlun Mountain during the Pliocene.This also suggests a more humid climate in the area during the Pliocene than it is today.The presence of the highly specialized schizothoracin Gymnocypris may also imply less amplitude of uplift(approximately 1000 m) in the area since the Pliocene than previously proposed.CHANG Mee-mann 2010Science China Earth Sciences2010,53,4:8
3基于Cyt b基因的雅鲁藏布江下游墨脱江段及察隅河墨脱裂腹鱼的遗传多样性及种群历史动态分析显示文摘以线粒体Cyt b基因为分子标记,对雅鲁藏布江下游墨脱江段及察隅河的墨脱裂腹鱼进行遗传多样性及种群历史动态分析。结果显示,167尾墨脱裂腹鱼样本共检测到21个单倍型,呈现较高的单倍型多样性(h=0.768)和较低的核苷酸多样性(π=0.00167)。基于单倍型构建的分子系统发育树及Network网络关系图表明,所有来自墨脱江段及察隅河的单倍型不能按照地理分布各自聚类,而是相互混杂聚在一起。不同地理种群间的遗传分化指数(FS T)为–0.014—0.771,其中金珠藏布(JZZB)与其他种群呈现出高度分化(FS T:0.372—0.771)。分子方差分析(AMOVA)显示当JZZB种群为一组,剩余6个种群为一组时,组间遗传差异最大,表明JZZB种群与其他种群具有显著分化。相反,虽然察隅河与墨脱江段的地理距离较远,但是察隅河与墨脱江段其他种群之间(除了JZZB)的FST为0.093—0.169,仅显示中等分化水平,表明察隅河种群与雅鲁藏布江种群尚有少量的基因交流。中性检验、错配分析及BSP(Bayesian skyline plot)分析显示,雅鲁藏布江下游墨脱江段及察隅河的墨脱裂腹鱼种群在末次间冰期(0—0.137 Ma)发生过种群扩张现象。俞丹 张智 张健 林鹏程 熊淑蓉 唐芬莲 刘焕章 2019水生生物学报2019,43,5:7
