1固体氧化物燃料电池力学性能变化规律和断裂模式研究显示文摘采用同轴环施力法研究了单电池还原前后抗弯强度的Weibull模量与其厚度之间的关联性。结果表明:对应1.1、0.9 mm与0.7 mm 3个厚度,Ni O-YSZ(氧化钇稳定的氧化锆)阳极支撑单电池的Weibull模量分别为4.56、4.78与6.16,随着样品厚度降低,Weibull模量逐渐增加,这与阳极内部缺陷数量减少相对应;还原之后Ni-YSZ阳极支撑单电池的Weibull模量分别提高至8.66、12.49与9.37,塑性Ni相的形成是抑制裂纹扩展的主要原因,其中厚度为0.9mm的单电池呈现最佳的综合性能,对应特征强度为122.9 MPa。样品裂纹源主要源自于阳极支撑体的内部缺陷与Ni颗粒团聚,依此可以通过不同裂纹源的类型与3种断裂模式解释不同厚度单电池力学性能的变化规律。胡赛 金鑫 王傲 耿佳琦 池波 蒲健 2021硅酸盐学报2021,49,10:1
2微观结构对Ni-SDC阳极电化学性能的影响显示文摘用甘氨酸-硝酸盐法制备了具有高比表面积的纳米粒子NiO和Ce0.85Sm0.15O2-δ(SDC),用固相合成法制备了Ni-SDC复合阳极材料,通过测量过电位和电导率对其性能进行比较,研究微结构对复合阳极电化学性能的影响.结果表明,由于阳极组成和制备条件不同导致的微结构的变化,对阳极性能有很大影响.通过调整微结构,可以使阳极过电位和电导率明显改善.用甘氨酸-硝酸盐法制备SDC与NiO初始粉末,将2种初始粉末在600℃预烧,混合后得到的复合阳极具有优异的电化学性能.在600℃时,样品在氢气气氛下的电导率达到了3 534 S/cm,电流密度为0.5 A/cm2时样品过电位是0.18 V.吉晓瑞 2010沈阳工程学院学报(自然科学版)2010,6,1:1
3Plant-based synthesis of NiO nanoparticles using salvia macrosiphon Boiss extract and examination of their water treatment显示文摘The goal of this study was to synthesize nickel oxide nanoparticles(NiO-NPs)by the sol-gel method,which involved the use of salvia macrosiphon Boiss plant extract,Ni(NO3)2·6 H2 O as a capping agent,and a nickel precursor,respectively.The synthesized NiO-NPs were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),ultraviolet-visible(UV-Vis)spectrophotometer,X-ray diffraction(XRD),field electron scanning electron microscopy(FESEM)/energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX),thermo-gravimetric analysis/differential thermal analysis(TGA/DTA)and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM)analyzes.Also,according to the results of UV-Vis,the gap band of nanoparticles was calculated to be in the range of about 2.9-3.9 eV.The photocatalytic activity of nanoparticles on methylene blue(MB)degradation was investigated and according to the results,about 80%MB was apparently degraded in the presence of NiO-NPs under UV-A light(11 W)after 5 h in pH^11.We have evaluated the cytotoxicity of NiO-NPs on the multiple tumor cells by materials method,and all the utilized concentrations were observed to cause non-toxic effects;therefore,it can be suggested that these samples have the potential of being employed in different fields of medicine.Zahra Sabouri Narges Fereydouni Alireza Akbari Hasan Ali Hosseini Alireza Hashemzadeh Mohammad Sadegh Amiri Reza Kazemi Oskuee Majid Darroudi 2020Rare Metals2020,39,10:0
