| 1 | 倾斜板振动熔体处理技术研究与应用进展显示文摘论述了一种金属组织细化与制备半固态金属浆料的熔体处理方法,总结了近年来的研究与应用进展。倾斜板振动技术可以显著细化金属坯料组织,使纯铝的细化晶粒度很容易达到1级细化标准,该技术对过共晶Al-Si合金中初晶Si与共晶Si也具有较好的细化效果;采用该技术可制备具有细小球形晶或等轴晶组织的A356、Al-6Si-2Mg、A2017、AZ91、AZ31、过共晶Al-Si合金等金属坯料,实现了触变成形;通过连续流变挤压制备了6201、A2017、AZ31、AZ61合金管材、型材和线材,通过流变轧制制备了A356、A2017、AZ91、AZ31、AZ61、Mg-Sn合金板带材;倾斜板振动熔体处理技术具有成本低、效率高的特点,在流变压铸、流变挤压、流变轧制及金属组织细化等方面具有很好的应用前景。 | 管仁国 赵占勇 钞润泽 温景林 | 2012 | 特种铸造及有色合金2012,32,3: | 12 |
| 2 | Mathematic model of rolling pressure during a semisolid shearing-rolling process显示文摘A mathematic model of rolling pressure during a novel semisolid shearing-rolling process was established. The rolling pressure in this process is higher than that in the conventional rolling. The increment of rolling pressure in the backward slip zone is higher than that in the forward slip zone, and the neutral plane moves toward to the roll gap entrance. The maximum and the average rolling pressures increase with the decrease of strip thickness, and the effects of strip thickness on the rolling pressure is more obvious in the forward slip zone than in the backward slip zone. Meanwhile, the neutral plane moves toward the roll gap exit with the decrease of strip thickness. The maximum and average rolling pressures increase with the decrease of strip width, and the strip width affects the pressure more obviously in the backward slip zone than in the forward slip zone. At the same time, the neutral plane moves toward the roll gap entrance with the decrease of strip width. | 4 | 冷轧SIMA法制备镁合金半固态坯料的组织与性能显示文摘利用冷轧与半固态热处理工艺(冷轧SIMA法)制备了AZ91D镁合金半固态坯料,研究了不同冷轧压下量对半固态坯料显微组织与压缩性能的影响,并探讨了固相颗粒的球化机制与半固态坯料的成形机制。结果表明:随着冷轧压下量的增加,固相颗粒的平均尺寸逐渐的减小、球形率逐渐地增大,液相率逐渐地增大,而半固态坯料的压缩性能呈先升后降的趋势;当冷轧压下量低于8.72%时,对半固态坯料显微组织的影响较为敏感。半固态加热时,固相颗粒的原子尺度界面由光滑小晶面转变为粗糙非小晶面,宏观表现为多边形转变为球形;且随着冷轧压下量的增大,该球形化过程的转变速度显著提高。 | 张世超 郑小平 陈连生 张其鹏 王青云 王瑞清 | 2016 | 材料热处理学报2016,37,4: | 3 |
| 5 | 6201合金管材连续流变扩展挤压成形过程的数值模拟和实验研究显示文摘数值模拟和实验研究了6201合金管材连续流变扩展挤压成形过程中的温度场分布和熔体流动规律。结果表明,在连续流变扩展挤压6201合金管材过程中,辊-靴型腔中的合金等温线向轧辊侧偏移,随着浇注温度的升高半固态区间逐渐下移;在辊-靴型腔中合金熔体服从牛顿流体的层流运动规律,从工作辊表面向靴表面速度依次递减,在靴表面速度为0 m·s^(-1);在扩展挤压模中合金呈辐射状逐层填充扩展腔,并发生分流-汇合流动,呈现出均匀的层流流动,在模具中心和分流孔流动速度最大,并逐渐向侧壁递减;与分流孔中心位置和焊合部位对应的成形管材横断面流线密集,在两者之间出现一个流线舒缓的过渡地带;制备6201合金管材的合理浇注温度范围为750-780℃。 | 管仁国 赵占勇 曹富荣 张秋生 黄红乾 | 2011 | 材料研究学报2011,25,1: | 2 |
| 6 | Semisolid die forging process,microstructures and properties of AZ31 magnesium alloy mobile telephone shells显示文摘A semisolid slurry of AZ31 magnesium alloy was prepared by vibrating wavelike sloping plate process,and the semisolid die forging process,microstructures,and properties of the magnesium alloy mobile telephone shell were investigated.The semisolid forging process was performed on a YA32-315 four-column universal hydraulic press.The microstructures were observed by optical microscopy,the hardness was analyzed with a model 450SVD Vickers hardometer,the mechanical properties was measured with a CMT5105 tensile test machine,and the fractograph of elongated specimens was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The results reveal that with the increase of die forging force,the microstructures of the product become fine and dense.A lower preheating temperature and a longer dwell time are favorable to the formation of fine and dense microstructures.The optimum process conditions of preparing mobile telephone shells with excellent surface quality and microstructures are a die forging force of 2000 kN,a die preheating temperature of 250℃,and a dwell time of 240 s.After solution treatment at 430℃ and aging at 220℃ for 8 h,the Vickers hardness is 61.7 and the ultimate tensile strength of the product is 193MPa.Tensile fractographs show the mixing mechanisms of quasi-cleavage fracture and ductile fracture. | Ren-guo Guan Li-qing Chen Fu-rong Cao Zhan-yong Zhao Yong Ren | 2011 | International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2011,18,6: | 2 |
