| 1 | 板坯连铸结晶器内水口结瘤对钢液流动行为的影响显示文摘根据现场调研结果,采用物理模拟和数学模拟相结合的方法,系统地研究了浸入式水口单侧结瘤对结晶器内流场、液渣层以及气泡的影响,同时,还考察了不同体积的结瘤物脱落进入结晶器后的运动轨迹。研究结果表明,水口单孔结瘤将导致结晶器两侧流场不对称。相比较于结瘤侧,未结瘤侧流量增加,流股冲击增强,保护渣卷入钢液的几率增大,同时,未结瘤侧的气泡数量增多,气泡穿透深度增大。此外发现,不同体积结瘤物脱落进入结晶器后,粒径较大者更容易上浮至结晶器液面。 | 吴浩方 陈志平 文光华 徐海伦 | 2009 | 钢铁2009，44，8： | 4 |
