1Improvement of HydrophUicity and Blood Compatibility on Polyethersulfone Membrane by Blending Sulfonated Polyethersulfone显示文摘Polyethersulfone(PES) is widely used as biomaterials due to its thermal stability,mechanical strength,and chemical inertness.Nevertheless,their blood compatibility is still not adequate for hemodialysis and blood purification.In this study,the sulfonated polyethersulfone(SPES) was synthesized through an electrophilic substitution reaction,and PES/SPES blending membranes were prepared.The characterization of the SPES was studied by FTIR.The water adsorption and water contact angle experiments show that the hydrophilicity of PES/SPES blend membrane was improved as for the sulfonate group existing in the SPES.Moreover,PES/SPES blend membrane could effectively reduce bovine serum albumin adsorption and prolong the blood coagulation time compared with the PES membrane,thereby improving blood compatibility.王海涛 杨刘 赵学辉 于湉 杜启云 2009Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2009,17,2:15
2以聚乙烯基咪唑为配基的内毒素亲和吸附剂的研究显示文摘通过乙烯基咪唑(VI)在硅胶粒子表面的自由基接枝聚合制备了一种以聚乙烯基咪唑为配基的新型内毒素亲和吸附剂.用FTIR检测样品中咪唑基的特征吸收,用热重分析法(TGA)测定了PVI的接枝率.实验发现,PVI在吸附剂中的含量对内毒素的吸附率影响很大.当PVI的接枝率为2·5%左右时,吸附剂对内毒素的去除率最大.在离子强度小于1mol/L和pH=7的中性条件下,PVI吸附剂对内毒素具有最佳的吸附性能.该吸附剂具有良好的血液相容性.内毒素在该亲和吸附剂上的吸附等温线符合Freundlich吸附方程,其吸附动力学为二级反应.张媛媛 周康 平郑骅 2007高等学校化学学报2007,28,7:11
3Efficacy of a novel endotoxin adsorber polyvinylidene fluoride fiber immobilized with L-serine ligand on septic pigs显示文摘A novel adsorber,polyvinylidene fluoride matrix immobilized with L-serine ligand (PVDF-Ser),was developed in the present study to evaluate its safety and therapeutic efficacy in septic pigs by extracorporeal hemoperfusion.Endotoxin adsorption efficiency (EAE) of the adsorber was firstly measured in vitro.The biocompatibility and hemodynamic changes during extracorporeal circulation were then evaluated.One half of 16 pigs receiving lipopolysaccharide (Escherichia coli O111:B4,5 μg/kg) intravenously in 1 h were consecutively treated by hemoperfusion with the new adsorber for 2 h.The changes of circulating endotoxin and certain cytokines and respiratory function were analyzed.The 72 h-survival rate was assessed eventually.EAE reached 46.3% (100 EU/ml in 80 ml calf serum) after 2 hcirculation.No deleterious effect was observed within the process.The plasma endotoxin,interleukin-6 (IL-6),and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) levels were decreased during the hemoperfusion.Arterial oxygenation was also improved during and after the process.Furthermore,the survival time was significantly extended (>72 h vs.47.5 h for median survival time).The novel product PVDF-Ser could adsorb endotoxin with high safety and efficacy.Early use of extracorporeal hemoperfusion with the new adsorber could reduce the levels of circulating endotoxin,IL-6,and TNF-α,besides improve respiratory function and consequent 72 h-survival rate of the septic pigs.Endotoxin removal strategy with blood purification using the new adsorber renders a potential promising future in sepsis therapy.Jian-ping GAO Man HUANG Ning LI Peng-fei WANG Huan-lin CHEN Qiu-ping XU 2011Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2011,12,4:3
4壳聚糖/活性炭纤维复合膜的制备及对甲基橙的吸附研究显示文摘通过化学交联法制备了纯壳聚糖膜和壳聚糖/活性炭纤维复合膜(质量比为1∶1.1);探讨时间、pH值、温度、甲基橙溶液初始浓度以及吸附剂用量对吸附甲基橙的影响。研究结果表明,最佳吸附时间为120 min,在pH为6.0,甲基橙初始浓度10 mg/L,温度为10℃时,膜对甲基橙的吸附效果最好,去除率达99.54%。胡思前 邱蓓 2010应用化工2010,39,9:3
5内毒素亲和吸附材料的制备及其性能评价的初步研究显示文摘目的制备以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为载体、多胺为亲和配基的内毒素吸附材料并初步探索其吸附性能和血液相容性。方法将乙二胺、己二胺、三乙烯四胺和四乙烯五胺4种多胺配基分别接枝聚合在PVA表面,制得PVA-g-乙二胺(PN-1)、PVA-g-己二胺(PN-2)、PVA-g-三乙烯四胺(PN-3)和PVA-g-四乙烯五胺(PN-4)4种内毒素亲和吸附材料;确定它们的自由氨基固载量和氮含量,考察吸水率,以鲎试剂-凝胶法确立每种吸附材料在水相中体外静态吸附平衡时间并计算内毒素吸附效率,初步考察吸附材料的血液相容性,包括溶血率、血浆白蛋白和总蛋白回收率。结果 PN-1、PN-2、PN-3和PN-4的自由氨基固载量分别为353.49、419.72、644.72和880.67μmol/g,氮含量分别为378.57、521.421、071.42和1628.57μmol/g;吸水率以PN-2为最高,1 h可达179.03%,远大于未改性PVA的吸水率(89.15%);当37℃、物料比0.150 g/ml、内毒素浓度5 EU/ml时,PN-2、PN-3和PN-4均在60 min左右达到吸附平衡,此时吸附率分别为94.4%、90.0%和95.0%,而PN-1的吸附率仅为75.0%。血液相容性:PVA、PN-1、PN-2、PN-3和PN-4溶血率分别为0.4%、0.7%、0.01%、0.4%、0.2%,总蛋白回收率分别为82.50%、98.11%、98.61%9、6.21%9、1.10%,白蛋白回收率分别为78.82%、92.19%、92.73%、90.48%、88.24%。结论所制备的4种胺化PVA亲和材料在体外水相静态吸附试验中对内毒素均有良好吸附效果,溶血率均符合国家相关标准(<5%),总蛋白和白蛋白的非特异性吸附少,尤以PN-2的综合性能最佳。刘曦 卢勇 吕福洪 王红 刘嘉馨 2012中国输血杂志2012,25,1:3
