| 1 | 超声乳化术与小切口囊外摘除术治疗白内障患者的疗效及对角膜内皮细胞及生存质量的影响显示文摘目的:探讨超声乳化术与小切口囊外摘除术治疗白内障患者的疗效及对角膜内皮细胞及生存质量的影响。方法:选取2015年3月到2017年6月在我院接受治疗的白内障患者203例,根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组100例和观察组103例。对照组患者给予小切口囊外摘除术进行治疗,观察组给予超声乳化术进行治疗。于术前、术后1周、术后1个月、术后3个月对所有患者的视力进行检测。于术前、术后2周检测患者的眼角膜内皮细胞数量,并计算细胞密度和六角形细胞比率。于术前和术后1个月采用生活质量评定量表对患者的生活质量进行评测,记录患者术后出现的并发症。结果:术前、术后1个月、术后3个月,两组患者的视力比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后1周观察组患者的视力明显高于对照组(P<0.05);术后2周两组患者的细胞密度、六角形细胞比率均降低,对照组的细胞密度低于观察组(P<0.05)。术前、术后1个月两组患者的自理能力、活动能力、社交能力、心理情绪得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后1个月两组患者的自理能力、活动能力、社交能力、心理情绪得分均高于术前(P<0.05)。两组患者的并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:与小切口囊外摘除术相比,超声乳化术能在短期内更快的提升患者视力,且对患者的眼角膜内皮细胞损伤较小,但两种手术近期疗效和并发症情况基本一致,且对患者生活质量的影响无差异。 | 丁洁 贾冠美 张士宏 姚雪辉 刘晔青 蔡金玲 刘冲 都艳红 王艳新 张丹 夏春晓 | 2018 | 现代生物医学进展2018，18，14： | 20 |
| 2 | 超声乳化术对低密度角膜内皮细胞眼的影响显示文摘目的观察晶状体超声乳化人工晶状体植入术对角膜内皮细胞密度低眼的损害程度。方法前瞻性病例对照研究。将晶状体超声乳化人工晶状体植入术的患者按年龄及核硬度匹配后分为两组。试验组,角膜内皮细胞密度600~1000个/mm2;对照组,角膜内皮细胞密度〉2300个/mm2。每组35例(35只眼)。术前及术后3个月、6个月测量角膜内皮细胞密度和中央角膜厚度,对角膜内皮细胞丢失率和中央角膜厚度增加率进行比较。结果术后3个月平均角膜内皮细胞丢失率两组差异无统计学意义(x2=1.97,P=0.16),术后6个月两组差异也无统计学意义(X2=0.50,P=0.48)。术后3个月试验组中央角膜厚度增加率高于对照组(X2=10.83,P=0.00),但术后6个月两组差异无统计学意义(X2=1.27,p=0.26)。结论角膜内皮细胞密度低的患者超声乳化人工晶状体植入术后,角膜内皮细胞的损害程度与角膜内皮细胞密度正常的患者相当,并且中央角膜厚度呈一过性增加,大部分患者术后6个月恢复。 | 冯甄 冯珂 郭海科 张英朗 | 2016 | 中华眼外伤职业眼病杂志2016，38，9： | 3 |
| 3 | Comparison of 45- degree Kelman and 45- degree balanced phaco tip designs in torsional microcoaxial phacoemulsification显示文摘AIM: To compare the intraoperative performance and postoperative outcome after microcoaxial torsional phacoemulsification using either a Kelman or balanced phaco tip.· METHODS: Cataracts were treated using 2.2 mm microcoaxial torsional phacoemulsification using either a45-degree mini-flared Kelman or a 45-degree IntrepidBalanced phaco tip. Intraoperative measurements included total ultrasound(US) time, cumulative dissipated energy(CDE), torsional US time, and balanced salt solution(BSS) use. The central endothelial cell density(ECD) and central corneal thickness(CCT) were evaluated preoperatively and postoperatively 1, 7, and30 d after surgery using noncontact specular microscopy.·RESULTS: The 116 enrolled eyes(116 patients) were divided equally between the Kelman and balanced tip groups. Intraoperative measurements showed significantly less total US time, torsional US time, CDE, and BSS use in the balanced group than in Kelman group(P <0.05).The total US time, torsional US time, CDE, and BSS use were 17.45 ±14.53 s, 16.63 ±13.97 s, 6.38 ±5.26, and 48.21 ±17.21 m L in the Kelman group and 11.39 ±9.60 s, 10.90 ±9.25 s, 4.04 ±3.42, and 41.36 ±12.70 m L in the balanced group, respectively.·CONCLUSION: Torsional phacoemulsification performed with a balanced tip provided more effective lens removal with less total US time, torsional time, CDE, and BSS use, as well as similar changes in ECD with a Kelman tip in all cataract grades. | 4 | An evaluation of intraoperative and postoperative outcomes of torsional mode versus longitudinal ultrasound mode phacoemulsification:a Meta-analysis显示文摘AIM: To evaluate and compare the intraoperative parameters and postoperative outcomes of torsional mode and longitudinal mode of phacoemulsification. METHODS: Pertinent studies were identified by a computerized MEDLINE search from January 2002 to September 2013. The Meta-analysis is composed of two parts. In the first part the intraoperative parameters were considered: ultrasound time(UST) and cumulative dissipated energy(CDE). The intraoperative values were also distinctly considered for two categories(moderate and hard cataract group) depending on the nuclear opacity grade. In the second part of the study the postoperative outcomes as the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA) and the endothelial cell loss(ECL) were taken in consideration.RESULTS: The UST and CDE values proved statistically significant in support of torsional mode for both moderate and hard cataract group. The analysis of BCVA did not present statistically significant difference between the two surgical modalities. The ECL count was statistically significant in support of torsional mode(P <0.001). | 5 | Phacoemulsification in eyes with corneal opacities after deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty显示文摘To evaluate the maneuverability and efficacy of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens(IOL) implantation in eyes with corneal opacities after deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty(DALK), twelve eyes of 12 patients with mild to moderate corneal opacities after DALK and coexisting cataracts were analyzed retrospectively. Phacoemulsification and IOL implantation assisted with anterior capsule staining, as well as non-invasive optical fiber illumination, were performed on all eyes. No intraoperative or postoperative complications were noted. Mean corrected distance visual acuity(logMAR) improved from 1.24±0.17 to 0.73±0.22. Post-phaco intraocular pressure was maintained between 13 to 20 mm Hg in all cases throughout the follow-up period. Mean endothelial cell density decreased from 2258.42±205.94 to 1906.25±174.23 cells/mm2. | 6 | 比较21G弯头和直头在横向劈核微切口同轴超声乳化手术中的应用(英文)显示文摘目的:比较在微切口同轴扭动超声乳化使用直头和弯头的术中表现和术后结果。方法:白内障患者行2.2mm横向劈核微切口同轴超声乳化术中使用30°直头或弯头进行治疗。术中检查分析包括平均超声功率,总超声乳化时间,有效的超声乳化时间。使用非接触镜显微镜评估术前和术后1d,7d和30d的中央内皮细胞密度和角膜中央厚度。结果:此研究共纳入白内障患者190例190眼,95眼为弯头组,95眼为直头组。术中检查显示弯头组总超声乳化时间和有效的超声乳化时间较直头组显著降低(P<0.05)。弯头组总超声乳化时间和有效的超声乳化时间中位数分别为25.9(13.5-45.0)s(四分位间距)和18.0(9.0-30.0)s,直头组分别为38.8(16.5-73.5)s和26.0(11.0-49.0)s。结论:横向劈核微切口同轴超声乳化术中,相比较直头,使用弯头可以更加有效的摘除晶体,在所有阶段中除了第四阶段,总超声乳化时间和有效的超声乳化时间更短。 | Süleyman Demircan Mustafa Atas Emre Goktas Burhan Baskan Gokmen Zararsiz | 2015 | 国际眼科杂志2015，15，12： | 0 |
